Wow.. I had the vanilla ice cream with my waffle.. Best ice cream i have ever tasted. Caramel sauce and fruit. For a family it can be expensive. Definately enough to share. Staff very polite. Area very clean and well presented.

Have been going to Peking house for years, have never had a disappointed experience. Staff so friendly and helpful and willing to help. Would recommend

The worst buffet I’ve ever been to. They call it a world buffet but had FISH FINGERS as one of the dishes. The rice wasn’t fresh and to top it all off the staff shouted to each other in front of me and the person I was with “would you eat any of this?” To which the other replied “nah wouldn’t touch it”

best Chinese place going in Bathgate, ordered at 7:10pm and had came at 8:45pm On Saturday evening!! which places would have been busy… would defo get company drivers rather then app such as scoffable

Sat in and asked for half duck, but didn’t have any, no alcohol licence, and no tofu, anyway, gave us duck slices, charged us for full price of half duck, and my son who eat it, has had diarrhoea all morning. Wouldn’t go near the place again, The place overcharged, and food poisoned. 🤮

Used to be a firm favourite of mine, went there last night and was shocked by the price and over all quality of the food. The chicken/noodle soup - sliced chicken roll of some sort, possibly tinned! I won't go on about the rest, that say's it all to me, standards well below what used to be a great place to eat.

The delivery address was maps location not my address it was next doors. Phoned to change it and were told that an attempt had been made to deliver and was now back at the restaurant and was wasted food. We would have to order again and pay for it a second time. No chance. No one tried to contact us to find out what was going on. Cheek to have it registered as delivered. Have spoken with my neighbour and no one tried to deliver, must have tried a different similarly named street.

Food is always brilliant and staff friendly. However, I really wish they’d be more honest about when the food will be ready. I’ll order on the phone, they’ll say “ready in 20 mins”, I’ll walk into the shop and only then they signal to the kitchen to start cooking. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering on the phone.

Last night's delivery... Crispy shredded beef... Container half full. I ordered chips f/rice curry sauce... No curry sauce. Pinned right away but they had closed... Rice was ok though 😡

Ordered online 2hrs ago and still waiting on the delivery calked twice and told 5 min over 30 min ago.

The last two orders have been missing items, or been wrong. Unfortunately for me I didn’t check my order before I left this time resulting in another trip back down. Apologies were given but the food quality hasn’t been great either. The last time I was sick after and tonight my grandson has been violently ill after only eating some chips and a little bit of lemon chicken…. Now everyone refusing to eat there again. Not brilliant at all.

First time using them and waited for two hours and twenty minutes. Wouldn't answer the phone, etc. The quality of the food was terrible, very rushed, and the chow mein had a burnt taste. First and last time I would use them.

I ordered honey sesame chicken and was given sweet and sour. I called to have it swapped for the correct dish which was delivered and the new dish I received was floating in a thin, watery sauce. I’m sorely disappointed and I’ve wasted my money. I wasn’t going to call up a second time to have the issue sorted again as it shouldn’t have happened twice.

Horrific service Worst customer service I've ever had Food ordered at 5.22 called at 6.22 to ask where it was we were told it wouldn't be long Called again at 6.45 and told it was going in the bath right now and then leaving We called again at 7.15 to be told it was on its way and won't be long We called again at 7.45 as we were concerned our food had now been on its way for 1 hour and would be cold We spoke to a very aggressive woman on the phone who sighed continuously and said we were lying she didn't say it was on its way until 7.15 almost 2 hours after ordered She raised her voice sighed and argued with me after lying Noo apology was offered for the time we have waited or the confusion on when the order left Would not recommend ordering it's now almost 8pm and we still have no food

Took my ten year old for noodles her favourite food and they were average not good or bad but they have gone cashless and wouldn't take her money (she likes to use her pocket money)
