Absolutely awful, brought half of main course out with starters, told them to take it back and when we where ready for main course we would let them know, then they brought main course back out when table hadn't been cleared from the starters. To top it off it must have been left on the side in the kitchen as it was cold when brought back out, we refused to eat it as it was too cold and all they could say was "sorry" we gave the cold food back and asked for the bill which they said they will take 10% off. Absolute joke! To say we where disappointed is an understatement and no way on this earth is it 5 star food as rated on Tripadvisor, don't even get me started on the cleanliness!

Extremely unpleasant experience, impatient service, oily food, and a seat just in the corridor. Especially the waiter, who is very impatient and rude, I asked whether it was 90% of the original price, she interrupted me before I finished and said a really rude NO and started laughing, followed by âitâs 10% offâ. OH MY GOD, I will never go to the restaurant again.

The boss uncle was so nice that he gave us a dish, fruit and sugar water, which made us feel embarrassedđThe barbecued pork and roast goose tasted very authentic Hong Kong style, and the most important thing was that it was not oily! The other dishes are also delicious! Highly recommended!

As a customer, my husband and I went there for dinner. It was a Saturday, so perhaps thatâs why the restaurant was quite busy. Just as we were about to enter, we received a warm welcome, which we really appreciated. The food was fresh, flavourful, and offered in a wide variety, catering to both traditional and modern tastes. The service was impressive-staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any request, which made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. We enjoyed a variety of dishes all under one roof. Then we moved on to the dessert section, The dessert section was a highlight, offering a tempting range of cakes that were rich in flavour and beautifuly displayed, along with different flavors of ice cream, which we thoroughly enjoyed and making it a fun and tasty way to end the meal. If youâre nearby, please donât forget to visit at least once. So, thereâs no need to go elsewhereâfor all kinds of food under one roof, itâs âMr. Basraiâs World Cuisinesâ.

A diverse choice of bao flavours - particular love the curry bun! The noodles are good too with good portions and the service was fast. The environment is cosy and simple. I like their set menus because you get a lot of choices which is worth the money!

Everything I ordered this time was super delicious! The beef brisket is very tender, the beef in tomato sauce is sweet and delicious, and the portion is very sufficient. The western toast is a must-try, it is exactly the same as what I had in Hong Kong. I am really happy to be able to eat in such an authentic restaurant in the UK. ! Highly recommended đ

Chicken chow main was similar to any Chinese chicken chow main, not great but edible. Beef one however had no colour- lots of big mushrooms and green veg, awful taste. Had to bin the whole meal. Veg spring rolls were awful too. Wouldn't order again.
