Excellent food and such a wide range on the menu. The staff are really friendly and the place is immaculate. Looking forward to my next takeaway from here already :)

This was just what I needed: filling cheap, even quite fresh. Trawled through all these reviews and landed on Chinese roast pork chow mein (thnaks tomsmum) and it didn't disappoint. Nice to see the inside with everyone hard at work cooking and manning the phone cheerfully.

Give me all the carrots. It's my favorite. It depends on how many carrots you have.

What has happened to the Jade House. I used to order regulary for many many years. Well, after a long time, I ordered a home delivery...the salt content in all the food, especially the gravy, the satay sauce and the chow mein is absolutely horrendous. The high levels of salt cannot be safe for human consumption.. shocking. If you value your blood pressure and kidneys, stay away...

Very poor service, called to arrange a family meal to be delivered, advised would be about 90 minutes. No delivery after 150 min so called to ask what was afoot. Advised that our order had been cancelled, no real reason given other than they were busy. Give this establishment a miss as not reliable to say the least

Awful customer service. NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT. No kids menu. Told off loudly in front of the whole restaurant from the owner (I assume) because my 6 year old son and 7 year old daughter went to the toilet on their own (and, ok, danced around a bit trying to make it to the back of the restaurant, but they are kids!). The waitress swept under my daughter's feet while still eating because she spilt a few grains of rice on the floor. May I mention again, no kids menu, so she ate plain rice. They offered chicken balls and chips (the only option provided) but they couldn't swop chips for rice without it coming off the A La Carte menu. This was an early evening booking and the restaurant was made aware kids would be present. If they don't like normal child behaviour they should have told us it was not suitable. Will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. In fact, I'll be telling them to steer clear! Awful, embarrassing, and extremely disappointing.
