Decent enough food but lunch was totally spoiled by having to sit in freezing conditions. It was truly Baltic, so much so we had our coats on throughout, a fact seemingly lost on the staff. Things weren't helped by the frosty attitude of the waitress on duty. Definitely WON'T be back - until proper central heating has been installed. Why pay an arm and a leg to sit and freeze? It was good to get outside for a heat! Absolutely shocking!!! Tom ☹️

What should have been a pleasurable evening with friends, it was marred by lack of heating!! I did warn my friends to wear something cosy as it is not a warm place. Was not prepared for how cold it was. -2 outside, not that much better inside. The food was delicious though. Don't think I'll be back till the warmer months.

I thought this was the best local chinese but I think the standards are slipping. Ordered shredded chicken in garlic chilli and a mixed meat spring roll. The shredded chicken has got worse over time and now has barely any sauce with some really dry pieces of chicken with undercooked onions that will blow your eyes out. The mixed meat spring roll was 99% beansprouts with a tiny half a prawn and an even smaller piece of pork (I hope it was pork!). Probably time to find a new chinese takeaway.

72 Hospital HillMade an order 5:45pm, a simple, Chicken Fried Rice with no Veg, 2 Bags of chips and 2 tubs of curry sauce. 1hour 30 minutes late the food arrives, rice looked and felt congealed, Chips were super soggy and gross, phoned up to have them send out a reorder which took another 45 minutes only for the chips now to arrive solid and half undercooked whilst the driver takes away the first order. Phoned second time to ask their driver to pick up chips and get them refunded and still waiting for the driver to arrive. Will not be ordering from here again, I left a negative review 7 years ago and decided to try it again with some people leaving positive feedback, only to be disappointed again, will not be fooled a third time.
