The best restaurants serving Chinese food in South Eastern NI

My family has been ordering from Phoenix for at least 10 years. We will never order again. Recently the food has not been up to standard and today it was so disappointing. It is sad that such a well established restaurant has come to this.

Ordered a gluten free honey chilli chicken tonight. First problem, my son collected it and brought it home only to discover it was not the gluten free meal. Phoned up to report the problem. Was told they would deliver the correct meal. They phoned back later to say that they wouldn’t deliver as we are too far away. Said they would refund the amount next time. Absolutely no chance of me ever ordering food from here again.

Went for some food, left very happy! Amazing service, and even better food. The omelette and the salt and chili chicken combo>> Open back up please :)

Should be called She ite hai because everything was re heated in microwave half of the meal was cold on all four meals rubbish not fit for human consumption kept some food for health inspector in case we are sick will definitely not be going there again and if we get sick will be suing them

Flavours good but quality of chicken really poor im no chef but chicken was rubber like and really turned us wife never ate anything Chips was bad slow

Prices have gone through the roof and quality of food has dropped drastically. Really disappointed, there are much better close by now for a lot cheaper. Can’t understand how you can raise the price of a meal repeatedly yet the portion gets smaller and worse quality. Avoid.

It would be a 4.8 because their curry could be hotter but I cant rate a 4.8. Saying that.. Best quality chicken I've ever had from a take away. And I'm from Belfast with about 400 takeaways available at my postcode on just eat. Satay skewer chicken proper chicken breast cooked perfectly. Crispy salted chilli chicken has a great crisp and great chicken. Again could be saltier with more chilli too but they absolutely nail the meat and the cook on the meat. Maybe I just have to ask for spicier next time. Powerful.

Really nice food and good portions.

This place should not be called a Chinese take away .. it is without doubt the worst Chinese I have ever eaten . In fact binned not eaten … raw pink sausages , bland friend rice with plastic chicken , cold chips and delivery 30 mins late … absolutely awful Never again … Di not order your take away from here it is really that bad ! And cost £45!!!

Regular, and live locally. The best food, super fast service and excellent customer service. Home delivery is available and prices are great! I love the curry sauce, spring rolls and I highly recommend the chicken balls. I can't wait until dinner time. Thinking about it makes me want to order a takeaway, oooh only one hour to wait. Never a problem.

Had a tasteless, watered-down chicken curry (knew it was a chicken curry based more on visual clues rather than actual flavour) - hadn't been there for 12 months, won't be back again.

Moaners will moan. I've been going here since 2009 and can't complain about their food or service Only used the carryout so can't comment on the restaurant when it was opened. Fillet beef in black pepper sauce is unbeatable. You know a place is good when people keep going back.

Avoid at all costs - was given wrong items and missing curry sauce. Rang up and they said it was not their problem and nothing they could do about it. The very rude guy on the phone kept hanging up the phone on me (4 times) - got nowhere with it so wasted money and stone cold food that I didn't even order. Take your business elsewhere!

Won't be ordering again ordered special chow mein in black bean sauce and salted chilli chicken ... There's more flavour in a pot noodle than there is in the chow mein 🤮 won't be back waste of money !!
