Soho China in Banbridge

Took 2hours and 45 mins to have food delivered, staff just kept saying was with the driver, totally unacceptable and won't be ordering from here every again. Shocking

This is our go to Chinese; it’s the best in the town. Never had a bad meal. Always cooked fresh and always full of flavour. The salted chilli ribs and bang bang chicken are unreal. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Ordered two meals and French Fried Onions,all food wend in the bin, it came cold and not fully cooked. FFO were soggy not as the name would suggest FRIED, chips halfcooked and hard, beef curry look warm and the meat was as tough as shoe leather. I won't be back

This is our regular takeaway spot for family Chinese nights in. Good selection of dishes, meat usually tender and well cooked, sauces with plenty of vegetables and flavour. Happy customer & kids here, staff also very pleasant to deal with.

1st time trying soho china. Very disappointed!! Our 2 takeaway meals went straight in the bin after tasting. My daughter hit the nail on the head when she described the chicken as chewing muscle. Now I'm not too fussy with food, but nobody in the household could eat this.

Was discussed with the food not eatable at all and chips were not cooked and rice was burnt as for the rest was just pure slop... took it back to them would not recommend at all

We called in with no great expectations - just needed a quick meal. I have never been a fan of Chinese food BUT I am now a confirmed major fan of SOHO China. The flavours are wonderful. You can tell that this is NOT "out of a bottle" food. It is all hand made and totally different from anything we have experienced before. The owners are joyous, happy people who offer a genuine, warm welcome. Thanks for a really great meal.

Had a takeaway from here whilst visiting friends in Banbridge. Prices were good and food was excellent. So good that we ordered again a couple of nights later. Food was delivered hot and quickly. Will definitely be visiting again when next in the area.

Freshly prepared food, that isn't your regular run of the mill "europeanised" Chinese food. The dish I had was crispy and light, something none of the rest of the local Chineses have ever achieved. The management are also very friendly.

Let's be honest here, all the Chinese takeaways are serving glorified cat food, but this one in particular is by far the best tasting in the town. Nearly every Chinese in the town has been closed or received horrendous cleanliness ratings, except this one.

Tried this new takeaway last week. The food was lovely we had prawn curry and chicken satay. The prawns were lovely and nice portion size....my only criticism would be there are a lot of onions in the dishes and also no delivery service. Not greasy and piping hot when i got home. Also had ribs in peking sauce....delicious. Will definitely be back.

Had high hopes and as it is new and really nice building I was disgusted at food served. My beef curry carry out was cold. I saw them take some white beef and raw onion put in dish. Did they microwave it? I do not know but next thing I saw local woman pour curry sauce from a large pot on top of food and then it was wrapped and handed to me. It was cold and raw when I got home. I have eaten in hundreds of chinese places here and across the world. But I can honestly say this was definitely the worst of them all. I will never go back to it.

Ordered this evening for take away, food ready within minutes of arrival, very fresh, delicious and flavoursome food, not greasy like other Chinese restaurants around banbridge. Friendly atmosphere and excellent service. Thanks

Menu a bit limited, not as many dishes as other Chinese take aways. Took a while to prepare food although lady who took the order was very pleasant. Ordered prawn curry. Plenty of prawns but sauce very hot.

Tried calling a number of times to constantly being hung up on , not a great start to a new Chinese takeaway !

New Chinese Takeaway just opened in Banbridge. Its fabulous. Best around without a doubt. Food is extremely flavoursome and fresh. Well priced and friendly helpful staff. Well worth a visit. Large portions. Cant wait to my next visit.

I've just sampled this new Take Away in Banbridge. It will be the first of many visits. It was incredible. My wife and I had 2 dishes. Firstly, the Chicken in Satay sauce. Large slices of succulent white chicken breast with a beautiful Satay sauce. The best I have had anywhere. We also had the Chicken in Jiang Bao sauce which Ive have only been able to source in one other chinese. Its like a battered chicken similar but different and much nicer than Sweet and Sour and also resembles the appearance of Honey Chilli Chicken. It has cashew nuts in it. Really lovely. Food was extremely fresh with great sized portions. Staff were really friendly and very keen to please. Most dishes are between £6-7 which include boiled rice or chips. Fried rice being 30p more. Well done Soho Chinese. Nice addition to Banbridge. Cant wait to my next visit.
