Tsans Welcome in Banbridge

Ordered a gluten free honey chilli chicken tonight. First problem, my son collected it and brought it home only to discover it was not the gluten free meal. Phoned up to report the problem. Was told they would deliver the correct meal. They phoned back later to say that they wouldn’t deliver as we are too far away. Said they would refund the amount next time. Absolutely no chance of me ever ordering food from here again.

This has to be the worst service ever, we waited 1 hr 45 mins for our order, rang to cancel as the food had been ready for a while, I was advised it was being made fresh, the girl had took the address down wrong and when it finally got here it had been reheated even the chicken balls had been fried within an inch of their lives. First and last time I will be using this place.

Purchased a Chicken Satay, and have to say it was the worst. Zero taste. Very disappointed. I called to let them know the the girl on end of the phone said ‘yeah’. When I pushed for a bit more of a response I got the following: ‘yeah I dont eat here”. Don’t waste your money

It was my first visit to this carry out. I ordered a breast of chicken curry with added mushroom and fried rice. It was busy and a Friday night. But it took 25 minutes and a complaint which the young local female took to the kitchen. The young girl was great,taking and despatching orders. She gave me a free diet bottle of coke and crackers for my wait. On to the curry which was a big portion. It was fine usual peppery chinese curry. Not so much chicken and a small amount of mushroom. Fried rice just fried in soya sauce. It cost all told £7.80. Little dear. But great praise to the young grammar school girl serving.

Don't waste your money on this place, asked for a beef chow mein and it come out like a few pieces of touch flavourless chewy meat with some veg and thin noodles on the side, no sauce or flavouring at all. Also asked for a chilli chicken dish and didn't get chips or anything, girl on the counter clealry wasn't interested in the orders at all, useless help

Polite staff work here, they've kept to the lockdown restrictions and their food is good quality. The chicken is always meaty and not just fat, their batter is never overdone (I find most places are) and their flavours are fantastic. I only moved in the area in the last year and I was worried I'd not find a good Chinese. I'm glad I found this one.

Very friendly staff to go into and as far as carry out Chinese goes the food is good and reasonably priced

I have used Tsans Welcome on numerous occasions and within the last week. I find the food cooked to be of a high standard and always tasty. The chef will also cook your food to your request if slightly varied from the menu. I would recommend to friends and family. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Very good food, value for money, quantity very good, no complaints at all so far, we really enjoy our experience and always look forward to it

It is with regret that I have to write a negative review but over the past few months we have got wrong orders. Saturday night past we were a full meal short even thou the rice was there! Both my husband & son heard me going over the order 3 times & still it was wrong. I had to drive into Dromore again 4 mile there & back to get another meal. Not really good enough. When I collected it I just about got a "sorry"

I use this takeaway 1-2 times a month and in 12 years have had little cause to complain. Saturday night is very busy and sometimes a 20 minute wait turns into 45-50 minutes which can be annoying. What every you get is good quality but they tend to give you more vegetables to pad out the meat dish.Prices have gone up in the last year but so has everything I suppose. Overall a good takeaway.

Most people have told us that Phuns is better but very happy with Tsan's. Friendly helpful staff who will suggest dishes to you or make a dish not on the menu. Also give prawn crackers free. I'm easily bought! But seriously, thus is the best Chinese in Hills/Dromore/Dromara area.

This is the only local Chinese we would use. Although we don't get a Chinese takeaway that often we find the food always to be good and staff are pleasant. There is one 'But' when it's busy it would appear that telephone orders get preference over customers who are waiting for their orders. Even when the order is ready in the kitchen the girl on the front desk will still lift the telephone and take that order while your food is waiting for collection. I find this very annoying as we have paid for our order and like me I have to travel 4 miles so I would like my order brought out immediately it is ready so that it is still hot when I get home!!! Let the telephone orders wait while paying customers are dealt with first.

Love this place to get my favourite food. A treat on a Saturday night for us. Always friendly service and very clean. .A good range of food to choose from and if there is anything you need to change its no bother..

Depending on when you visit, length of service can be long, but when you get your dish it is very nice , tasty and of high quality. Definitely somewhere to return too !

Es mis chino regulares llevar a cabo. El menú es bueno y la comida es siempre delicioso. Sería bueno si el restaurante re-inaugurado.

We tried the Tsan Welcome for the first time last weekend (we're new to the area). We were hugely impressed with both the food and the service. As I am vegetarian, we asked if the spring rolls were veggie-friendly, they weren't, but the staff offered to make me some from scratch. They were delicious - two huge spring rolls full of fresh, crunchy veg, made just for me. My (carnivorous) husband's chicken dish was also superb, excellent quality breast meat and more of those ultra fresh veg. We both agreed it was one of our best take-away meals ever. Well done Tsan and thank you for going the extra mile for me, it really was appreciated, we'll be back!
