The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Rugby West Midlands

This is, without doubt, the best Chinese takeaway in Eastbourne!! Two of us had the fried beef and green peppers in black bean sauce. The meat was beautifully tender, the peppers, onions and vegetables cooked to perfection 'al dente', and all spiced just right. Singapore fried rice beautifully spiced and the chicken chow mien were wonderful noodles. As always, my wife had a spring roll which she rates as the best she has ever had, being lovely and crispy and not dripping in oil like so many of them! Her Sweet/sour King Prawn Balls were superb (as always, and you get no less than 10 of them!!) and we all shared some of those!! Consistently excellent, this particular meal was probably the best ever from the Golden Flower Kitchen. Go nowhere else!!

Good prices but food is Very average

. Recently, I decided to explore Rugby's Chinese restaurants and gave Super Wok a try. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment—definitely not worth my time or money. The ordering experience was frustrating; the staff member I dealt with came across as arrogant, which didn’t set the right tone. To make matters worse, the price of my order was £36, significantly higher than the £24 I typically pay for the same dishes elsewhere. When I received the food, the bag was a mess—curry had leaked all over the other containers and the bag itself. Sadly, the quality of the food matched the poor presentation. The egg-fried rice was so hard it needed to be cut with a knife, the sprouts with noodles were completely inedible, and the curry was utterly tasteless. In the end, my wife and I were left hungry and had to prepare a meal at home. I would never go back to Super Wok and cannot recommend it to anyone. The food is overpriced, poorly made, and simply not worth a penny.

Wow, thought I would treat my partner to a takeaway for Valentine’s Day, ordered at 7pm given 60 minute delivery time. After 1.5 hours still no delivery so called and they said it will be extra 20 minutes, after 20 minutes again still no food, was told they were extremely busy but the food had defiantly just left their premises. Another 1 and a half hours passed and no food, rang them back up and they say sorry we must of not cooked your food by mistake as they were so busy. Will not be ordering from here again, it’s now 23:30pm haven’t eaten and misses gone to bed in foul mood. Terrible takeaway

Following recommendations from friends and relations I ordered my first home delivery take-away from here and was absolutely over the moon with the quality and quantity of the food supplied. Everything was clearly freshly prepared and was delicious. Just one little niggle.... I was very disappointed that I was unable pay with a credit card over the phone and was most uncomfortable having to obtain cash (which I haven't used for 9 months). I was told I could have paid by cheque but I presume that would have meant presenting the delivery man with my bank card and I wouldn't have been happy with that either. It's a great shame but with the pandemic becoming more and more out of control and both my wife and I having to fully shield, I don't think I'll be able to order another meal from here under the current payment arrangements.

Not good at all, the rice was undercooked & tasteless, the chicken balls were swimming in grease & the salt & pepper chips were also tasteless & undercooked.

Their food is the best in Rugby. Always pleasant with good food. I have been in their kitchen and it's spotlessly clean.

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened some years ago, and I have to say I was rather disappointed with the 'Experience' menu. A lot of items have been removed and are not available. The sweets are gone completely and you have to pay extra for those, but only lychee and ice cream were offered. So, to conclude, I don't think I'll be going again in the foreseeable future.

Lady on the phone is very rude. Due to the fact they don't even have a menu online they clearly expect you to know it of by heart. She was so rude on the phone rushing us to order food when we're asking about a meal deal and what options their are to choose from to which she replied 'next time you come take a menu' because she was moody about having to read them out. Not professional at all. Food is lovely but customer service is awful. She needs to learn how to communicate to people.

popped in and ordered 3 dishes, chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls and a mixed fried rice dish. Service couldnt have been more pleasant - though they do only take cash... food excellent, low on additives and really tasty... amongst the best Chinese I have had in a long time - highly recommended
