popped in and ordered 3 dishes, chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls and a mixed fried rice dish. Service couldnt have been more pleasant - though they do only take cash... food excellent, low on additives and really tasty... amongst the best Chinese I have had in a long time - highly recommended

Order meal by phone for collection at 18.30, had to wait until 18.45 for order to be ready. When serving found bits of bone, skin & large bone in duck dish.. whole meal was tasteless!!! call them to state I wasn't happy... the young man stated we could be credited when I brought bone back which I did the next evening... Chinese lady was very rude, when reurning the bones/ skin... wouldn't let me speak, keep on interrupting me...... WILL NEVER USE AGAIN... DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Treated ourselves to a Chinese, moved house so decided to try this one ....first visit but won’t be returning. Food was tasteless, meat questionable and very, very salty! Would not recommend:-(

Food is always good and freshly made. They only deliver later in the evening but as we live nearby this isn't a problem.

We used to use Rugby House regularly but hadn't in a while and thought we'd use them again. I wish that we hadn't! We ordered online for collection using the Rugby House website which was easy enough, but on arrival home with the food one of the dishes from the set meal ordered was missing. We ran to see if we could rectify the error only to be told that the menu online was incorrect and we should know that and not order using it. They are happy to take your money and not give you your order. Will not be using again.

Unfortunately I tried to order a delivery this evening and I got hold of the woman who answered the phones. She took my order and before I had a chance to pay, over the phone, she put the phone down on me. So I called back. I told her you put the phone down before I was able to pay. She said we only take cash. I looked and saw I had only £13 for a £13.50 order. But she said she is not the owner and she can't do anything about it. So for 50p I cancelled the order. So I ordered a pizza from Papa John's all went very smoothly with them. She was very rude and abrupt

Following recommendations from friends and relations I ordered my first home delivery take-away from here and was absolutely over the moon with the quality and quantity of the food supplied. Everything was clearly freshly prepared and was delicious. Just one little niggle.... I was very disappointed that I was unable pay with a credit card over the phone and was most uncomfortable having to obtain cash (which I haven't used for 9 months). I was told I could have paid by cheque but I presume that would have meant presenting the delivery man with my bank card and I wouldn't have been happy with that either. It's a great shame but with the pandemic becoming more and more out of control and both my wife and I having to fully shield, I don't think I'll be able to order another meal from here under the current payment arrangements.
