The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Herefordshire, County of West Midlands

This is hands down the best restaurant in Hereford. The ramen and salt and pepper chips cannot be beaten. It's a shame the place isn't busy as the food is incredible beyond belief.

First time although heard good reports .Food great and service very slick. Will try Sunday lunch buffet soon 😋

First time using this place and they get the order wrong. I told them and they insisted that my order was correct considering I went in and ordered it myself.

First time staying in Broadmeadow campsite and locked for a local Chinese takeaway, thank goodness we picked Dragon house, with out a doubt the best Chinese takeaway my wife and I have had I'm going to say ever 👍 I normally never leave reviews but had to on this occasion best ever thankyou Dragon house

Finished my appointment early and the order was put in late on our end so had a little wait with a drink whilst it was being prepared as it was a bit too early for a full house of diners eating in. All staff were lovely and restaurant is pleasant enough. Takeaway arrived 15 mins earlier than quoted which is good but based on other reviews this might happen a lot and they might be guilty of "under promising over delivering" on wait times. Got home and unpacked our order, everything was correct. Tom Ka soup was lovely as were the main courses. Possibly wouldn't order the won tongs again as personal preference is steamed not fried. Both of us have travelled in Thailand before, it's clearly not as authentic as the real deal but as close as anyone is likely to get for Ledbury and all the key characteristics of Thai cooking is there, including lovely aromatic flavours which is a nice change from other stodgy options. Portion size was entirely in line with the price point as well; for context we had x2 starters x 2 mains and x2 sides of rice (plus a large glass of wine whilst I waited) and it was around the £45 mark. Would gladly order again if in the mood for a Thai.

Order a delivery and didnt wait too long for our chineese meal but when arrived it was cold Chow mein all stuck together .greasy chips was the worse I'd even seen

We have been staying in the area and decided to try Shun Fat out. On our 1st visit we had a Cinese....egg fried rice, lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken balls. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes as the place was packed. Very reasonably priced and better than any other I've tasted. On the 2nd visit we had fishcake, chips and battered sausages. Again delicious. The staff are so friendly and happy. There was also good banter between the staff and the owner "Richie" (I think that is his name). I have no hesitation in recommending this place....A**

Truly the best Chinese takeaway in Hereford. Sad they don’t do delivery but I will never get from anywhere else. Been here for years and even servered my mum when she was 20, and now I am! Very good prices too Please never close!

Ordered food at 7:50pm. Estimated an 8:40pm delivery.. It came to 9pm and still no delivery. I phoned and the staff said "5 minutes away" Another 20 minutes I called again.. the woman blamed the driver.. claiming ‘ The driver couldn't read the satnav and had no credit to call me’ Given I live in the centre of Hereford on an old estate it's very hard to get lost.

Love this place. Food tasty and plentiful as always. Good many choices for vegetarians too.

Food was great! Order came quickly. Price was excellent. Food was hot, tasty and large portions. We shall definitely be ordering from here again.

Best Chinese takeaway in Leominster

We go to the Golden Horse at least a couple of times a month. The people are friendly and helpful. The food is always good. Never had a bad experience there.

Awful. From the smell in the takeaway itself to the so called food that was provided. How places like this stay in business I don’t know. They are taking the Mickey. I won’t visit here again.
