The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Gravesham South East

First time trying this takeaway. Friendly staff, tasty food. Portion sizes aren't massive. Will order from there again

Unfortunately this was not a good experience, this must have been one of the worst meals I have had in a long time, only ones in restaurant so atmosphere poor to say the least, only one member of staff who done everything from service to cooking, which was not great, decor so shabby paper coming off the walls ,strange smell and tablecloths discoloured and holed to the point of needing replacing, someone on a previous comment said 1970 decor, think they was right and that's the last time it was decorated. This is a place I will not be going back to or could ever recommend to anyone thinking of going there, ultimately my advise pick somewhere else, Gravesend must have better places.

I think I have found my go to Chinese restaurant in the Gravesend area. Went with my young family to eat. The staff were accommodating. Food was really good. Definitely recommend. They also do a delivery service which helps if you don’t want to dine in.

Absolutamente repugnante, esperaron más de 2 horas y media para la entrega, fueron groseros en el teléfono y constantemente nos mintieron! ¡Nunca más usaré!

Crap service small portions and missing food then get told I'll have to come and get it in a very rude way and then hung up on me several times avoided at all costs

Avoid ordering Chinese food from this place—it’s absolutely terrible. The food has a foul smell and is clearly not fresh. When I went in to raise a complaint, the staff were incredibly rude and refused to issue a refund. I eventually had to contact Deliveroo, who thankfully resolved the issue. I’m not usually one to make a big deal, but the food here is truly awful. You risk falling ill or even getting food poisoning. Save your money and order elsewhere.

La comida aquí era tan delicioso y caliente incluso cuando lo trajo de vuelta a casa después de 30 minutos todavía estaba caliente para comer. Siempre cocinaban desde fresco cuando empezabas a pedir tu comida y el servicio siempre era rápido. Mientras esperaba a que cocinaran mi comida la señora del mostrador era muy amable y agradable, incluso en horas de mucho trabajo, era educada con el cliente por teléfono pero algún cliente siempre estaba tratando de causar problemas, incluso ellos recibieron un buen servicio. Algunos de los malos comentarios sobre la señora del mostrador eran tan incomprendidos y engañosos. Por ejemplo, tuvo que soportar una mala línea telefónica de conexión, (algunos con teléfono móvil ) , clientes groseros y deshonestos. La mejor comida para llevar en comparación con el precio y la calidad durante estos 6 años y cada vez que la dama siempre fue tan educado y servicial. No esperes un buen servicio cuando tienes una mala actitud al entrar en un lugar, es solo una comida para llevar no un restaurante de 5 estrellas.
