The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Gravesham South East

By far the best best Chinese takeaway in area, food is so tasty and well cooked. Premises are very clean and looked after. The staff are a absolute pleasure to order from with a great polite professional lady as front of house. Please once you have tried it and experienced the food I'm sure you will agree. Thank you for your business and the wonderful service you have always provided me. Taste house by fair the taste of experience you deserve.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience, this must have been one of the worst meals I have had in a long time, only ones in restaurant so atmosphere poor to say the least, only one member of staff who done everything from service to cooking, which was not great, decor so shabby paper coming off the walls ,strange smell and tablecloths discoloured and holed to the point of needing replacing, someone on a previous comment said 1970 decor, think they was right and that's the last time it was decorated. This is a place I will not be going back to or could ever recommend to anyone thinking of going there, ultimately my advise pick somewhere else, Gravesend must have better places.

Best food ever . Walked down to china garden hoping for the taste of delicious duck rolls and got it . New management is amazing . Staff were welcoming , friendly and Hilariously chatty . We will definitely be coming back !

Fuimos temprano, 5. 30 y la comida estaba caliente, fresca y muy sabrosa. El servicio fue excelente, atento y amable, este es un mega cambio de la experiencia de hace un tiempo, luego el servicio fue abrupto y se precipitó sin sonrisas! ... bueno, qué cambio maravilloso! Esto sin duda ha cambiado para mejor, nuestra noche fue agradable con buena comida, sin duda volverá muy pronto. Muy recomendable!

Pancakes so thin fell apart, duck not crispy it was soft mush and hardly any sauce. As for the rest of the meal so disappointed

So disappointed in my takeaway that I put it in the bin rather than taking it back and sitting in traffic for 30mins. The beef in black bean sauce was just a thick sludge of gravy over beef and a bowl of onions with 3x minute pieces of green pepper and the special fried rice, well I've had better microwave rice. I will not be using them again.

Do not go to this place the staffs attitude is absolutely disgusting. Ordered food this evening I live exactly 3mins away they delivered to me as I am unwell food was stone cold I called them to ask why they denied it and starting playing loud music in the background of the call when I was trying to explain. Very rude food was horrible. Much better places to go avoid this place if you want good customer service and delicious food.

Ordered for a delivery at 5.30pm. No food delivered till 7pm. Checked food. Missing chicken balls. Rung them n they said what would you want. I said chicken balls..that was at 7.05pm. The guy just turned up here at 8.20pm. Not hot. Not even warm...shocking. not using them again. I rated them really well couple of years ago. Whether they have changed owners,I don't know.but won't be using them anymore

Lady who answered the phone very rude Delivery guy very rude Went in there in the past and a lady was very rude. There was a guy called Simon, so polite and professional, vey nice chap. Since he left place has gone down hill rapidly. I will never use this place again

This is genuinely the best Restaurant I have ever been to. The food at this restaurant is so scrumptious, fresh and rich in taste and flavour. It had a wonderful aroma and the menu is great for anyone that's a bit picky, since they have like a hundred dishes to choose from. The food is always immaculate, and the service is even better. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I have never once heard them say anything rude or out of the ordinary. I bet the owners are just as lovely, if not lovelier. I have probably ordered food from here 10 times now, and I am glad to say I will definitely continue to. The dishes that I recommend, would be: •Satay Chicken on Skewers (with extra sauce, it's soooo good) •Egg Fried Rice •Singapore Vegetarian Vermicelli (my personal favourite) •Vegetable Curry (with tofu) •Mixed Vegetable Chow Mein (with tofu) Everything about this restaurant is amazing, and I have never had any problem that have occurred. I hope this restaurant becomes well-known and expands into a bigger shop, since I definitely think they should. Now, it may seem like I am overreacting, but honestly, this is the best Chinese Cuisine in the UK. I can't imagine a place better than Oriental Delight. It should be a 5 star Michelin restaurant at this point. I'm not sure how to post a picture, which is sad because I had a picture ready to add to this lengthy review. I can't wait to eat from Oriental Delight again. This concludes my review, and I am also proud to say that this is my first ans only google review (probabaly). And only for Oriental Delight, because it's the best.
