Pancakes so thin fell apart, duck not crispy it was soft mush and hardly any sauce. As for the rest of the meal so disappointed

Worst experience I ve had. They over spiced the food, no to mention that they advertise as chicken w/cashew and guess what... They put peanuts instead 🫣 Beware of allergens! AVOiD!!

when my food arrived an hour late, I wasn't that bothered because I was starving and just couldn't wait to stuff my face, but when I opened the paper bag inside, the stale, cold chips dropped through the hole that the grease at the bottom had created and went everywhere. I hoped the rest would be better but it smelt of wet dog and clearly wasn't fresh. the rice was a block of stodge and the meat was lukewarm at best. it was so bad that I immediately threw the whole lot straight into the bin.

a little longer than i would have liked to wait, but the food (i ordered dumplings and singapore rice) was good. though, the wall tip emitted a bit of a potent smell, but very tasty.

although apparently there was a delay due to an accident it should've taken no longer than 30mins to get to us and it was marked as delivered when it wasn't. (I have proof of time of delivery). food is cold, greasy, duck is roast duck not shredded aromatice duck. rice is congealed and inedible, noodles are burnt and chicken balls are soggy on the outside and chicken is so tough it's inedible

Took 2.5 hours to arrive… called the shop as the app said delivered ! They couldn’t tell us what time or where our order was! We had to keep ringing back for updates When it finally arrived at 22:35 it was an hour and a half late and not great quality! We regularly used this restaurant up until now ! Terrible customer service

absolutely brilliant food really authentic sushi and the Ramen was good.

Hands down the worst Chinese I’ve ever ordered. It was my first time ordering so I played it safe by ordering king prawn fried rice because it’s not hard to get right. Wrong, it was awful the rice was mushy and there were 4 prawns in the whole dish. It was like having someone else’s leftovers. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

My first time ordering from this restaurant I called up to order my meal for pick up The food was actually tasty from what I ordered just I got told the wrong information and some parts of my order was missing from set meal. Duck rolls was vegetable rolls. Only received less prawn toast as meant to of been 4 peices. But over all I just enjoyed the meal just it’s shame someone missed out on the starters.

It is always good for the food to be 'early' and 'on time' but never late! advise to remove the " Sorry to hear that" from food being early. I waited for a food delivery for 2 hrs. from Just Eat which was extremely disappointing. 2 hrs late it was, a previous fish & chips order from a fish and chip shop.

Worst Chinese we’ve ever had! Bone dry spare rib, ‘chicken satay’ what was just plain chicken, soggy spring rolls, egg fried rice was fragranced. Chicken in chicken curry was tough. BBQ sauce has no flavour whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting.

food was cold when arrived, soggy spring rolls and sesame prawn toast. uncooked chicken on chicken satay. wouldn't recommend .

Foods absolutely delicious but they kept changing delivery times i understand that food places get busy we should be notified why our foods late especially when asking for a recommend time frame but other than that foods amazing nice portions and really not that expensive thanks guys

Most flavoured food I've had in a long time

Chicken balls were very greasy. Rice not very nice. Chips were like they had been reheated. No flavour to prawn crackers. Over all not very nice.

Heat delivered hot and food was really testy!!! Back there 100%

The potion were huge on my meal for one so was very pleased. Only issue was I ordered cheesy chips and they sent chips without any cheese.

I ordered from Thumbs (I think it was Friday last week) cuz I was gonna have a pizza but the wait time was like an hour or more and I was RAVENOUS. So I decided on Thumbs. Just eat said it was going to be with me in 45 mins and I was like 'but I'm so hungry, waaah'. ANYWAY. My food literally turned up in like... 10 minutes. It was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I felt awful cuz I wasn't expecting it so soon so I hadn't sorted out a tip for the driver so decided to leave a review and get them next time. Big thumbs up for Thumbs. You see what I did there...

We use thumbs all the time and the last 3 times the order has been wrong terrible service we won’t be using them again

Ramen was way too salty. Went in the bin. Inedible. Chow mein was nice. Delivery was on time.

The prawn toast was bitter like it had gone off, not like prawn toast I’ve ever had before, it was awful. The duck was not as aromatic as expected, and not enough onions and cucumber with it, however it was tasty enough to eat.

The last time I ordered food here was China China, I was under the impression the old owner helped with her ingredients with her style of cooking as it has always been so delicious. So I took a punt with ordering my meal from here . Huge disappointment! Everything I had was just over cooked , dry out and even burnt . I was far to exhausted from work to go through the whole complaints , and wait for a redelivery.. my advice go somewhere else Don't waste your time with a call nor your hard earned money !!!!

Food was warm, prawn crackers were stale, spring rolls were the size of my pinkie finger. the chicken balls and sweet n sour sauce was nice. Plain chow mien was very nice, however we thought the main dish wouldn’t be in the same container when ordering the set meal A, the main dish was a beef something it was very spicy and a had bad after taste, Rice was nice. wouldn’t have again. go to twin dynasty and hunky dory instead.

Fantastic food as always, would recommend Thumbs to anyone looking for great takeaway! :)

Item missing form order, by the time they delivered it after calling them the rest of the food was cold.

Really awful taste of old used fat, definitely not fresh. Won’t be returning to this one again considering it was early in the evening everything should have been fresh but we ended up throwing it away

My order arrived after a very long wait .This was unexceptable,when it eventually came ,it was very hot.So I had obviously been forgotten about .

One of the best Chinese takeaway in Gravesend. The food is always piping hot, fresh, tasty & full of flavour! The staff are so polite and accommodating! I highly recommend the salt & pepper chips, deep fried mushrooms & onion rings as side dishes!

Singapore Rice Noodles ,Chilli Oil ,Szechuan Chilli Roast Pork, I wanted hot and I got it 10/10
