The worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten. Kung pow chicken was missing the “sweet” from sweet & sour, it tasted rancid, the Singapore noodles were so salty - inedible, the duck in black bean sauce was unidentifiable - couldn’t chew the bone griddle and fat, so so disappointed. £40 down the drain.

Raw Chicken and overcooked rice and when I called to ask for another order the guy asked me to call back, to which I did and they refused to give me other order. Worst customer service and food, save your money.

Not what it used to be. Ingredients seem to be lower quality now. Broccoli instead of roast pork in the house chow mein with thin sauce, soggy spring roll and £2 delivery charge due to 'distance from store', I live <250 yards away. Prices seem to sneak up on a monthly basis too. I have used my loyalty credit and will go elsewhere in future.

If could would gave no stars order take away last night not long after keeped beening sick and such bad way went up a&e was put on a dip and had lot medication up hospital 6 house all pain and was so ill .

Ordered online. Food was almost ready when I got there. Good portion of chips. Tasty fish. Would definitely use this place again.

Don’t bother! Ordered a 1/4 crispy duck and a box meal. Apparently the box meal was ok at best, the 1/4 duck however was extremely disappointing, firstly it came shredded already which I would have been grateful for (don’t like messy fingers) but we we’re definitely short changed, barely any cucumber (about 1 slice per pancake) and I use the word pancake loosely they were more like mini popadums, completely impossible to wrap just broke all over the place rendering the dish inedible. I will not be going back!

The food here is great and will always be my go to order. But when the satay chicken has been sitting too long throw it out. Please don't expect customers to just pay for it, it's not edible. My cat took 5min to chew through it and turned away at the second offering.

We had 2 dishes missing from a £60 order, fair enough we all make mistakes. The lady taking orders was very rude, shouting down the phone like it was our fault.. basically you’ll get it when you get it! the egg fried rice was a peculiar shade of dark brown like it had been cooked in a dirty pan with invisible eggs, the crispy beef was soggy and dripping in a saucy fat residue and worst of all was the Thai green curry that was more ‘Thai dark brown curry’ which unfortunately made another appearance at 4am and again at 9am this morning. Beanshoots with garlic were grey and swimming in dirty bath water. Pointless calling them to point out everything was dire as they didn’t even want to know they’d missed dishes off the order that we had paid for. Just avoid unless you want severe stomach cramps and a dose of the Schmitz

Straight forward order that resulted in one of the 6 items not being delivered with the other 5 items then having to wait 1/2 hour for it (only live 2 minutes away) whilst the rest of the food went cold and no apology. I will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere in future

I ordered though deliveroo with around 45mins delivery time which was accepted. 10mins before delivery was due they cancelled the order. Bravo for ruining my dinner plans.

Chicken was pink rung them saying I will bring it back then they had the cheek to argue back. My 8month pregnant girlfriend had a fair bit aswell before noticing 👎

Possibly the worst chinese food I've had in a long time, greasy, soggy and extremely salty soup. They seemed very busy, maybe too busy to take care over the food. Nicest bit was the free bottle of coke.

Ordered from hunkydory for first time delivery super fast however crispy aromatic duck so over cooked couldn’t chew it.. rice looked like it had been reheated several times rice was all different colours wouldn’t recommend..

Best Chinese Takeaway in Gravesend!! Their shredded chicken is the best!! In fact we couldn't fault any item we had ordered and we ordered a lot! It was all well cooked and delicious. We order from just eat and numerous occasions part of our order has been missing. The chinese is nice but we are getting a bit fed up with items being missing from our order. We were using this take away for both delivery and collection alot before the 3rd time it happened.

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my delivery! Customer service was shocking! Food missing from order!!! Rang twice to be told order was on route, on the third phone call the lady said “the food is not in the kitchen so don’t know where it is” then rang me back to tell me they had no battered rolls after ordered hour and half ago, when i asked for a refund she gave me attitude like why should they refund me! Food finally turned up, barely hot! Items missing from order! Will never order from here again!!!

The cod is tasteless and is white fish not proper cod it’s dripping with grease and so is the chips the egg fried rice is nice the staff are ok but there is only one person on frount of house and they always overcharge looks dirty inside also

I went to buy my mother a small cod and chips. The guy on the counter held 3 pieces of fish together to dunk in the batter. I quickly said 'that's not a small cod' and he said ' its the same equivalent'. I pointed out that this is miss-selling and he was very p*** off. I told him not to bother a this is disgraceful.

Would rate 5 star but prices have crept up and what used to be a fair priced meal is now abit more pricier than your other local Chinese or fish n chip shops :-/ foods good but as stated above prices are getting high

I wouldn't normally review a takeaway but these guys really deserve one. Before I went in I was warned that the staff were rude. However I wanted to try them myself. I thought they were expensive until I worked the price myself. An overcharge by nearly £5!! When I queried it I was told "no" and then was ignored by the staff until I started to get angry. When the person behind the counter checked the order and was clearly moaning in Chinese when the overcharge was proved they gave me back the difference with hardly an apology. I know errors can happen but the staff attitude STINKS!! Plus sitting here 2hrs after eating and I feel sick. (although it tasted ok .... but only ok, not great) There are plenty of chippies locally.... I will go elsewhere in future..... sorry, hate giving bad reviews.

This is from about Feb time I went, waited 20 mins before been served not before been looked at from behind the counter from the "owner" while she whispered to her colleague after been asked am I here to deliver food my reply was no I'm here to order food, food was bland and customer service was non existed, not going back any more

Service so slow left hungry not happy

Chips ok but battered sausage was sparsely battered and it took forever. Curry pancake roll ended up not being a curry pancake roll. Used to be really good so will put it to a one off.

Food isn't bad, but make sure you check any change given, they do short change!!

Normally I would rate 5 star for quality and service but on this occasion I was sorely disappointed, they were not happy when I refused a small piece of dried up cod which was supposed to have been large cod. Looked as if it had been sitting under heat for hours. Insisted on freshly cooked fish. My chips had already been wrapped and were put under counter! When fish was ready they went to put the chips in bag but I refused them too as they had not been kept warm! A conversion in Chinese between staff took place and the boy reluctantly gave me fresh chips. Another minor point about this establishment is that although the majority of customers are English speaking the staff behind the counter carry on all there conversations in their own language, only speaking English to the customers.

Excellent balance between authentic chinese soul food and to die for fish and chips. Fairly new to the Gravesend area but will surely be coming back.

Used to be really nice, but has gone downhill. Ordered £27 worth tonight and most went in the bin as they use SO MUCH SALT it was absolutely disgusting.

The fish and chips and Chinese is delicious. The owner is quite friendly but busy sometimes.

I've lived in the area all my life and this is probably the best fish and chips in Gravesend. Much better quality chips than the others (and no black burnt bits on the chips). The Chinese is quite nice too!

Received verbal abuse from the woman taking the order when attempting to give directions. 45 minutes later called them again to find out where my order was. Received more verbal abuse before being hung up on. Went to the village fryer, ordered food for family, waited, got food, went home and ate it. Afterwards the doorbell rings. It’s hunky dory. Two and a quarter hours late. Sent packing. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The Chinese food is much better than you would expect from the exterior and interior decor.

Would give a 0 if possible. The service was appalling in the shop and the lady on the phone refused to talk to or serve us because of background noise. She then continued to talk to us in a malicious manner despite us ringing 5 times (literally) and she spoke in mandarin to a colleague to insult us. Never returning.
