food was warm but edible, curry sauce needed mixing. ribs warm. delivery driver went to wrong address, had to go and find him. service charge!! thought that was banned along time ago.

Sadly lacking in quality, which seems to be a downward trend for this restaurant. Spring rolls extremely oily, salt n chilli squids ok but had way better in the past, and nothing special about the special chow mein - yes, it contained a bit of everything, but it was dry and lacking in flavour. Won’t order from here again, been disappointed way too many times.

Nice food and delivered pretty quickly. I normally have the same food whenever I have Chinese. My local is shut for refreshment so I thought I'd try another highly rated takeaway. First appearance it looked nice and tasty, however I found bits of broccoli in my szechuan pork (why??) which put me off straight away as I can't stand it and couldn't stomach eating it. Never found broccoli in any other Chinese food ive had, so it has put me off eating food from here. Sorry.

Don't order from here! I ordered King Prawn fried rice. They gave me the wrong order. There was pork in the rice. I can't eat pork due to religious reasons. I called them but they were rude on the phone. They are quick to take money and give customers the wrong food. Don't order from here.

Absolutely terrible customer service skills rang several times to be told our food was only going to be 20 mins late an hour later it finally came and could tell it had been sitting there for ages was soggy and barely warm

The food was greasy and before I had finished eating the diahorrea started & bouts lasting at least 30 minutes continued for over 3 hours. Will not be ordering again from this fast food outlet.

Food came super quick however i dont appreciate paying £4.50 total for delivery fee and service charge. It was never that expensive before it should be £1.50 max as i only live less than 10 minutes away!!

Asked for rice to be extra spicy, it wasn’t but very very oily. Salt & chilli chips had no salt and Salt & chilli chicken was very oily. Use to like this restaurant but wont be back.

Absolutely appalling. Tonight I decided to order a takeaway from here via uber eats and it was a total disaster. I do recognise how both parties are to blame. We were given the arrival time of 7-7:20pm however it did not arrive in that time frame even when we ordered it at 6pm. Deciding to wait a little longer so we weren’t told to just wait we then rang the restaurant after countlessly trying to request an update. As assumed she told us it would be soon and that the driver was in gravesend. However this was not the case. After 3 calls to the restaurant they continuously told us to wait and that the driver was nearby. Assuming this was miss communication and the restaurant not having a trusting driver we should’ve been told the trust and not lies in hope we wouldn’t call back. We demanded a refund in the end after still no contact from the restaurant or driver. At around 8:30pm the driver finally decided to ring us and argued that we gave him the wrong address. Which is ridiculous as all ubers can get here and I moved the pin to our location and made multiple delivery instructions. Instead of attempting to deliver our food and ask us to redirect him he proceeded to say “it’s your problem” before handing up once we have told him we just want a refund. Only now has he just put in through as “delivered” when we haven’t received the food and currently fighting to get a refund. If I could leave 0 stars I really would.

Food was a bit disappointing. The chicken satay just tasted of peanut butter, was too sweet and lacking in any taste (other than peanut butter) the chips were cold and soggy and the chicken curry was really oily and also weirdly sweet. I don’t think I’d order again.

Food never arrived ordered via ubereats (but they were supposed to deliver) . As I write ordered nearly 2hrs ago! Woman who picked up the phone said driver will give a ring like 40mins ago luckily ubereats cancelled my order. Its not funny that people's time is being wasted waiting on bloody food that never arrived and to top that up with lies saying it's on its way. Stay away from this place.

Good menu. Easy to order. Kept up to date with progress. And the young woman was very friendly and delivered with a smile. Excellent service all round.

The driver left food on floor next to the door, when I try to pick it up the bad was wet and all the food went on floor, I wasted 30f... All the boxes did open...

30-50 minutes estimated delivery when ordering. Actually took one hour and forty minutes to arrive.

Ordered from them for the first time a few weeks ago and it was fantastic service, food was delivered in good time and was great quality not cold or greasy and everything tasted amazing definitely ordering from here again. Think I found my new go to place!!

After telling is on the app, it was out for delivery and took long time to arrive. Only order 2x sweet and sour balls... they were on the cold side and the batter was soggy as it was late.

The chicken balls were all pink inside and need to be cooked a longer, Chicken Chinese style was overcooked as it was hard and chewy.

An extremely disappointing experience. Order placed about 8:30pm and estimated delivery time confirmed as 21:20-21:40. Text received from Just Eat at 21:47 that food was in the way. Called Taste of China Gravesend twice about 22:15 when food had not arrived but engaged tome - checked online and saw they close at 22:00!! Made alternative arrangements for dinner at 22:50 when delivery still not arrived. Just eat delivery man arrived at 22:05 (85mins from latest estimated arrival time and ). The delivery man and time captured on our CCTV. Spoilt Valentines for us! Called restaurant today 15/2/23 about 18:05 (5pm opening time stated online) to complain and spoke to a lady who advised me to complain to Just Eat. Your support in addressing this matter and getting compensated for this distressing experience is appreciated asap.

We ve been ordering from taste of china for years but on this occasion the singapore vermicelli noodles were incredibly hot , unable to be eaten due to how spicy it was therefore ruining our dinner experience

We use this Chinese restaurant, four times a month never had a problem happened to Valentine’s Day and we had friends around and they never actually turned up, but it said we had been delivered!! I will never order from them again

Ordered food for 18.50. Food arrived at 18.05, I wasn’t hoinf to be until 7pm. Rang the restaurant and they said to send it back with the driver and they would deliver fresh food at the correct time. My husband drew a smiley face on the bottom of the bag. At 19.25 the food arrived late in the same bag so had been sitting in the bag for over an hour and 20 minutes!

Don't eat from here as I got my food and next day was so sick had to take week off work with food poisoning
