Fuimos temprano, 5. 30 y la comida estaba caliente, fresca y muy sabrosa. El servicio fue excelente, atento y amable, este es un mega cambio de la experiencia de hace un tiempo, luego el servicio fue abrupto y se precipitó sin sonrisas! ... bueno, qué cambio maravilloso! Esto sin duda ha cambiado para mejor, nuestra noche fue agradable con buena comida, sin duda volverá muy pronto. Muy recomendable!

My food was almost 1 hour late & the food was cold . Am very annoyed .

Food was lukewarm when it arrived. Despite phoning and asking where my order was and being told it had just been picked up it still took over 30 minutes to arrive, when we are only 5 minutes drive from the restaurant. Food order took almost 2 hours from ordering to delivery and was marked as delivered before it had even left the restaurant.

All the food was cooked to perfection. We always enjoy the food from twin in the restaurant and as a take away too xx

Unfortunately, there was an issue that resulted in my food being delivered to the wrong address. Despite this, the restaurant kindly offered to recook the food fresh and have it ready for pickup. When I finally got the food, it was lovely—everything had a great taste, especially the spring rolls, which are my favorite of any Chinese restaurant. You can tell a lot of pride and care go into the preparation. The staff were very friendly and understanding, and upon entering the restaurant, I found the interior absolutely stunning and well-presented. It's evident that they genuinely care about their establishment. Although the inconvenience was frustrating, visiting the restaurant in person turned out to be a silver lining, as it now makes me want to dine in rather than order takeout. Highly recommended.

The staff were really welcoming & interacted with everyone at the table. The food was lovely. Will definitely return.

I'm afraid that it has gone down hill, food was not to expectations and the service was very poor. We will not be back. There are so many better places to eat in Gravesend.

I got really bad food poisoning and was ill for over week and lost loads of weight. The manger was most to call me but couldn’t be bothered to call me. I would not recommend this place.

Mi esposa y yo venimos aquí con amigos unas 4 veces al año con amigos, pero este lunes festivo vinimos solos para el almuerzo. Llegamos aquí, ya que abrió al mediodía y para la 1 calle 40 minutos eran las únicas personas aquí hasta que llegó una pareja joven con un bebé. A pesar de que somos las únicas personas aquí la comida y el servicio era de primera categoría. Increíble cómo podrían ganar dinero esta sesión de 2 horas. Bien hecho

Our usual Chinese restaurant has closed so we thought we would try this place and what a massive mistake we made. Food is sooooo bad, one of the worst meals I have ever had. Absolutely no flavour to any of the dishes, crispy beef was neither crispy and no trace of beef, Singapore noodles was completely flavourless, and the duck was bland. Being Chinese I know what good food should taste like and this was just horrid, if the chef is Chinese they should be ashamed of themselves!

Had such a lovely evening last night with my family. Staff are so lovely and the food was fresh and amazing. Thank you Twin Dynasty

Went to celebrate a special birthday with family and friends. Bank holiday Monday (06/05/24). Pre booked a table for 4. We had a lovely selection of starters. Then each chose a dish for mains with rice and vegetables to accompany and shared these. All came out piping hot and nicely presented. We just had room for an ice cream dessert. One of my friends advised staff (unbeknown to me), it was my birthday and they brought out a different ice cream with a candle and the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday! A lovely gesture. Staff were attentive, friendly yet professional. There were children as well as adults as customers which was great to see too. For four of us, with a great filling meal, soft drinks and two alcoholic drinks was just under £150 in total. There’s a great car park at the rear of the restaurant too, run by Gravesham Council. This was our second visit this year, we’ll certainly be back again.

We visited as a group of friends. Food is quite nice although the atmosphere is very canteen like and very overpriced. The staff are not really interactive and just seem to want to speed through the whole thing. I think £28.80 is quite a lot for a buffet and certainly not god value for money. And £20 for age 12 and under is completely ridiculous. They don’t take card for under £10 so if you want to buy drinks seperately you have to have cash. They don’t have a great selection of wine and if bought by the glass you only have the option of house red or house white?!?! Personally think there a much cheaper nicer places to eat with better atmosphere.

Second order and second time it’s been incorrectly prepared with dishes missing. Staff cannot read the orders properly. Manager rude and totally unhelpful. Won’t ever be using you again. Shame as service in house is great. China Garden for me now every time. Different class of service.

Food was v good but v late… I also said to come to the back of my house as the front has no lighting and is pretty dangerous at night… the message was ignored…

The noodles were what I expected however I was unable to eat the meat dish and the meat was not cooked properly.

To be honest they did make a slight mistake with this order but when I rang them they were super nice about it and they sent round the correct order the next day along with some complimentary items which were lovely. The food was very nice and extremely tasty and hot when it arrived. I would recommend here to friends.

Booked to go here on Easter Sunday arrived 7 30 surprised to see restaurant half empty or less but no problem as it can get noisy. One large table of adults with a child being loud and swearing which is not what you want. Food was OK wine was good although a bit pricey. Although the staff where pleasant they fell down on the delivery to the table items were forgotten my wife's meal arrived in 3 stages. Shame as it was not an overall good night and in my opinion not value for money (£80) on the night.

In these time where everything is costing more to go for a meal it supposed to be a treat but was let down last night only about 30ish people in the restaurant yet they managed to forget my noodles by the time they came my husband had finished his meal I only eat a bit as by this time was fed up a real let down I suppose we should have complained but was just fed up by that time and just wanted to leave it was a toss up between Dynasty and China Garden before we went out, l know where we will be going next time 😔😔

Arrived the first time just over two hours early, the second just after 5 to 20:00 which was better for an 20:00 delivery. The food was okay not the best. Rather annoying to put clearly on the order for a specific time and for it to show up over two hours earlier than it’s meant to.

Cold Chinese, fobbed off by restaurant when rang, excuses made and said sent 10 mins ago but only had few drivers, 35 mins later still no food. Driver restaurant overbooked slots. Soggy crispy seaweed, cold mains, poor poor poor

Food was really nice but wrong item delivered, ordered mushroom chow mein and received mushroom rice, we had already ordered egg fried rice so ended up with 2 rice dishes

Took over 90 minutes to arrive and then missing part of order

Food was good, but check your bill we had paid £110 deposit which they hadn’t taken off - we told them and they did remove it. However 2 out of 9 were not having the all you can eat buffet and ordered 2 portions chicken balls and three portions chips which we were charged £46.40 for !!!!

We booked here for a family birthday meal, horrible salty starters duck was crap and waited so long for main meal we gave up ! A very rude and aggressive male , maybe the owner still demanded we pay the full £27.80 per person 9 adults 2 children!! Threatened us with the police if we didn't pay the full price !! Never in my life have I had such a poor experience in a restaurant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!

Shocking service, ordered a take away, took over 2 hours, turned up cold, there was no updates, they took their phone of the hook, so couldn't get through to them, very rude and unprofessional, never ordering from them again

First time at this lovely restaurant in Gravesend. A surprise 50th Birthday celebration. Great food and service. Lovely that there’s a choice of circular or oblong tables. We took a cake + we put candles etc on, and the staff were very discreet when revealing this. There wasn’t any rush to chivvy us out of the restaurant. We arrived at 19:00 and left about 22:15… there were 8 of us. My only issue was that online you can only access the food menu’s and not the drinks menu (with prices on). Parking very close by too. Great value for the evening. Will certainly return.

Didn’t mind waiting a short while longer for the food but the rice which was delivered which was meant to be vegetarian (egg fried) came with prawns in. Called the restaurant, they said they could either deliver one later on tonight as they only had one driver or give us a credit for next time. Neither option will work so was told to contact Just Eat for a refund. Process easy to get a refund but given I have a vegetarian daughter unable to eat what she ordered, I am not happy.

A dear friend of mine invited my fiancée and I for a meal in a Chinese restaurant in Gravesend. In my heart, I had a dark premonition that he would be taking us to Twin Dynasty. I was, unfortunately, correct. I had been to this establishment once previously, an evening marred by nauseous lighting, an overbearing DJ, and music which couldn't have been more intrusive if it had been wearing bells and slapping me across the face with a frozen salmon. I vowed never to go again, a vow that was shattered by social obligation this fateful evening. The food is saltier than the Dead Sea, the plates are covered in a strange dark fluff upon service, and the prices are extravagantly high. The low-point of a poor (yet mercifully brief) experience came after our mountainous pile of starters had been spirited away. A meagre pot of hoisin sauce was placed upon our table, for reasons unknown to man or beast. It, and we, sat for some ten minutes as bored servers whizzed past us. Eventually we asked to be given the bill for the starters, whereupon we were asked: "are you not enjoying the duck?" This was puzzling as: 1) We hadn't been asked for orders. 2) We hadn't ordered duck. 3) My fiancée is allergic to duck. 4) There was no duck. Ultimately this is a restaurant for people who don't like restaurants. Dine at your peril.

when I called restaurant when food was Iver an hour late, I was advised that the driver left with five orders and should be with us soon when food arrived, two dishes, top and bottom dish, we're both under 55 degrees (probed). One of them contained chicken, the other had prawns in it. neither food do you want to eat in the danger zone temp. other foods were pork and beef and were just under the 'safe' 63 degrees. driver said not her fault..even though she had dishes for over an hour in car

The food was cold and not very appetising. The chips were rubbery and anaemic looking.The spring rolls, prawn toast and samosas were burnt and looked awful. The ribs in sauce were dry and hard. The Chilli beef was mediocre and the chow mein was nice but cold. We understand it’s Christmas Eve and everyone is busy, but I expect to receive quality food in my order. This was not an enjoyable meal unfortunately and that is very sad.

The. Starters where very good, duck was stone cold , meat on mains was something very different chicken was very watery, beef the same , think pre cooked frozen

Came here for a friend's birthday. Staff were welcoming at first and seated us fast as place wasn't too busy. Food is tasty and enjoyed what I ate and service was quite fast, however very obnoxious DJ playing house music so loud that even when screaming at each other, conversations cannot be had. Asked FOUR times to have it turned down as literally no one was dancing or singing along but DJ refused. Feels more like having a sit down meal in a nightclub rather than in a restaurant. Also felt unfairly judged for not completely clearing our plates and staff not only stood and stared at us all, but were quite clearly having conversations about me and my friends whilst stood directly behind us and making us all feel rather uncomfortable. Nothing is mentioned on a website that this place is 70% nightclub and 30% dine-in eating so wouldn't recommend for people looking to have a nice family meal. BONUS: place is step free to enter and is wheelchair accessible 👍🏼

We went here for my daughters birthday all you can eat. We had the restaurant to ourselves on a Saturday lunchtime. Great food and good service . Would go again.

Was told food would be at least an hour to an hour and 10 minutes but didn't receive food for 2 hours and 50 minutes! When it came most of the food was OK but the chicken balls were extremely dry and over cooked

Had dinner with a friend and it was a pleasant dining experience. From the well decorated interior to the ambience to the friendly staff (one of them deboned my crispy aromatic duck) to the delicious food, this is a place worth visiting! For £26 you can eat all you want 😊. Plus you get fragranced hot towels to wipe your hands after the meal. Caveat: don't waste food or you'll be charged extra at management discretion!

Place has sadly gone down gone down hill, food was standard and they had dropped their lunch time menu for an eat all you like buffet (the range had been reduced) only blessing was they reduced the £12 price to £8 for my 3 year old even if she did only eat prawn crackers and 2 duck pancakes

Unfortunately they delayed our order which was 50-65 minutes. And ended up waiting 1 hour & 35 minutes for our food and didn’t stay warm long at all. Shame because some of it was okay if cold. But won’t be ordering via takeaway again!

I have been here twice now it's always packed and lively my wife loves it here . Food is nice we go on a Saturday when there is a disco on makes it a great atmosphere

Staff were attentive despite it being very busy. Food was good. However there was DJ playing very loud music and although in the right place I've no objection to this, we couldn't have a conversation without shouting and often repeating ourselves. On booking I think we should have been informed this was happening. Apparently its a once a month thing.

Great food and service slow but still no change visited Saturday 8th April this is border line racism now as the waiting staff which are not Chinese are still not allowed to keep tips so I put this to the test again I offered a English waitress a tenner tip for good service but she informed she not allowed keep tips so angry won't be eating their again It's a shame shame

Was told I would receive a £10 refund due to delay in time of getting order out to us and having to contact restaurant to find out wheee our order was- I am still waiting on refund

The initial estimated time for delivery was 45mins. The actual delivery took over 2 hours and was then missing part of the order. The status changed from accepted order to enjoy your food before it was delivered with no ‘your order is on its way’ in between forcing me to phone the restaurant to find out what was going on. The food was ok but it wasn’t worth the wait.

Although tasty, ver disappointing. Beef in black bean sauce was far too runny...and to make it worse, there was no beef in it. Curry sauce was also very runny..almost as if with both sauces they were running out and added water to stretch it out. This place has started to go down hill lately

All the food was lovely as usual.... apart from the Chicken Curry. The chicken was so slimey and fatty, we couldn't eat it. Very disappointing as the rest was really good.

Had a good time last night, entertainment was really good and the food was delicious, as always. Can't recommend it enough.
