I order food by uber eats at 6.30pm £36 worth 6 items but then 6.40 Uber driver knocking on my door with food how is this possible

Excellence food, drink and service by staff. We wanted a quiet and friendly environment to have a meal. Enjoy the curry and my partner said it was money well spent.

Absolutely vile food disgusting. avoid at all costs.food knocked me sick.had to be thrown away. £30 wasted.and the staff are very rude and wouldn't refund me.i wont be ordering from there ever again. i wouldn't give the food to a homeless person or my own dog.

Always eat from the bo wah it's my local Chinese. Nice owner and nice food. Always make my meals as I request.

Whilst visiting family in Monton we decided to have a chinese meal to celebrate a special evening. The food arrived in good time, was hot and well packed and presented. The delivery gut was polite and well turned out. We all enjoyed the food and managed to eat it all. No one was ill and we all agreed that it was a great meal. Will definitely use the Golden Wok again

I placed an order on Uber eats & within minutes my order had been cancelled by the restaurant. The following morning I received an email stating that I am still being charged for my order as they had already began preparing my food, despite the cancellation not being at my request & within minutes of placing the order. Very unhappy & unsatisfied customer.

We may have just timed it really badly but we had a terrible dining experience. Walked in at around half 6 and the young girl with dark hair behind the bar made no attempt to hide the fact that she didn’t want to be there and the cokes we were served were flat and not very nice. We then were sent through to the dining area where the floor was absolutely covered with noodles, rice, food etc. No exaggeration, you literally couldn’t avoid stepping on it to get to a table. When we went up to the buffet it looks like there was a really good selection, however I’m not joking when I say that if the 20 or so trays only 3 or 4 of them had enough left in for a decent portion. We may have just come in after a rush I don’t know but it just hadn’t been kept on top of at all. (Funnily enough the chef was sat on the front step of the place smoking when we arrived) We managed to scrape together some semblance of a plate of food which was for the most part luke warm and bland. Salt and pepper chicken was great but I could only get 3 pieces as the tray was empty. Oh and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come and refill the cutlery tray as well. Horror show of a visit all in all, sorry!

Dont misunderstand there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food - it was perfectly fine but thats just it, it was just average nothing to rave about. The delivery turned up 1/2 hour before the delivery time so was super impressed with that

Been here before but this very disappointed by the waitress absolutely rude to us. Just told us to wait outside in a condescending tone, when a table available she just say go and get a chair from over there, what do I work here. The food was not up to standards and so is the services. Will never come again.
