Whilst visiting family in Monton we decided to have a chinese meal to celebrate a special evening. The food arrived in good time, was hot and well packed and presented. The delivery gut was polite and well turned out. We all enjoyed the food and managed to eat it all. No one was ill and we all agreed that it was a great meal. Will definitely use the Golden Wok again

We often get a takeaway from here and it's always hot and delicious. They also do delivery for a small charge. I would definitely recommend.

I bought crispy chicken in Peking sauce and fried rice on the 20th of November. It tasted lovely, however about 2 hours later I started to have a bad tummy, then I started to have diarrhoea. I was back and forth from the toilet all night, I then started to vomit!! I was so poorly I could barely move. I felt to sick. I will not be eating from here again. It’s the 24th and I still feel a little unwell.

I have loved the food from this venue and told many people about it. I used to live in the city centre and could accept the waiting time. I have just been sat waiting for delivery for what is now hitting far over an hour. The delivery time also changed last minute for yet another half an hour - i tried contacting and it is "closed" so i assume I am receiving a "staff on the way home in their own time" delivery now. I placed the order well in advance so it wasn't trouble at the end of the night for anyone to make and I am very easy going. This is not acceptable for the time I have waited, the cost which I could have gotten cheaper from somewhere else, and also now I don't have food or the money to get an alternative. I have just finished a 16 hour shift and am not happy at all. I will not be using this company again and am very disappointed in this service. One night off work finally and I'm left without food for the night and no driver etc to be able to contact. Just a "closed" phone line.

66 Broad StreetUsed to love to order from here, but the woman who answers the phone is SO rude, she just says “hello” in such tone! Rude and abrupt. Called to cancel our order straight after due to her tone, and she was not bothered at all! Still a sarky, teenage-like attitude! Not worth our custom. Hope this is looked into from a loyal customer (used to be).

516 Bolton RoadWould not recommend this place,very poor food,staff not very helpful or friendly all they want is your money bum's on chairs get your money and want you to leave as soon as possible, anyone with food allergies they don't want to cater for very little help. This is definitely a place to avoid at all cost. No disabled toilets and the toilets are dirty and very poor.

183 Moorside Road Swinton, Swinton, Salford M27 9LD EnglandI used to go here when I was a kid with my parents. I've recently been back to see if it's still as good as it was. Verdict; No, it's even better! It's so good I feel like proposing to the cheff! Always has been the best Chinese takeaway! Very highly recommended.
