Whilst visiting family in Monton we decided to have a chinese meal to celebrate a special evening. The food arrived in good time, was hot and well packed and presented. The delivery gut was polite and well turned out. We all enjoyed the food and managed to eat it all. No one was ill and we all agreed that it was a great meal. Will definitely use the Golden Wok again

We often get a takeaway from here and it's always hot and delicious. They also do delivery for a small charge. I would definitely recommend.

I bought crispy chicken in Peking sauce and fried rice on the 20th of November. It tasted lovely, however about 2 hours later I started to have a bad tummy, then I started to have diarrhoea. I was back and forth from the toilet all night, I then started to vomit!! I was so poorly I could barely move. I felt to sick. I will not be eating from here again. It’s the 24th and I still feel a little unwell.

Absolutely shocking the lady on the phone was vile and forgets without us ordering she wouldn't have a job! I am gobsmacked to read I'm not the only one saying this and still she thinks it's acceptable to be so horrible. Avoid at all costs shame as the food was nice, but even the delivery driver was rude.

516 Bolton RoadA place where to go if you are low on a budget and want to have a full stomach. 'All you can eat' for a good price. But don't expect anything else and rather don't look around much - cleanliness is not among their strengths. Update: Was back there a few months ago and must say they changed for better. Nice place to go 👍

39 New Herbert StreetDont misunderstand there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food - it was perfectly fine but thats just it, it was just average nothing to rave about. The delivery turned up 1/2 hour before the delivery time so was super impressed with that
