The beef and black bean sauce is like off dishwater

This was the most affordable chinese in the eccles area and the food was amazing! The food was delivered in 30 minutes and the lovely delivery man brought it all the way to the top floor of our apartment. Thanks so much and will definitely make this our regular chinese now!😊

Used this place for over twenty years . It used to by far the best in the area . Sad to say its gone down hill , portions aren't the same prices have risen around 18 percent recently. Ordered my favorite special fried rice it used to come with nice slices of pork and chicken , nice bits of beef and even a fried egg on top . Not anymore very poor now . Sorry guys I like to support local business but you need to up your game .

Ordered a £55 food order at 7:09pm, waited an hour and a half and it still hadn’t been delivered.I Rang up and the lady on the phone was so rude , groaning down the phone saying “oh my god I’m so busy”. I’m assuming my order hadn’t even been started yet. When I asked how much longer, she replied “10 minutes I don’t know , half an hour” which got followed by more groaning and shouting at other staff members. I sat patiently and said “hello are you there” and I got replied to with a “bye bye” and the phone got put down on me. Completely unprofessional and rude. I cannot believe this level of inconsideratness. I chose this business to place my nearly £60 order with , I know to take it elsewhere next time. Will never be going back here even though we have used this Chinese for almost 10 years. So rude, do not give your money to this company. Thank god I clicked pay with cash and not pre paid with card.

I have used this restaurant for over 40 years, under different management, and have never had a problem until last night when I ordered a Salt & Pepper box. I don't know why I was charged £18 for mainly, a box of S&P Chips. The S&P Chicken Wings were deffo left over from the previous day, they were hard and dried up! The Spring Onions were the same - in fact everything except the chips and ribs was disgusting! I know it was a Salt & Pepper dish but everything was soaked in MSG! I am gutted as I have never had an issue with their food whatsoever!

Been a customer for 13 years couldn't tell you the amount of money I have spent on over the years here. Mostly the food is lovely. Love the sweet and sour chicken and the curry. The chips are a bit of a hit and miss at times. The driver is a lovely pleasant guy. Wish Tina was still there though answering the phones . Such a lovely lady.

Jade Garden is the best Chinese take away in England. I've been going there since I was 16 so over 10 years and the family are incredibly sweet and friendly and the quality of food has remained the same. I'm so glad they have stuck to their authentic flavours. Go here for the best Chinese take away at an incredibly good price

Got salt and pepper chips from here and it had a few hairs on it phoned the restaurant the lady in the phone was so rude and was shouting at the delivery driver over the phone it wasn’t his fault felt so sorry for him her behaviour was disgusting

Food was hot & nice when we got it, but had to wait over 80 minutes for delivery. Unfortunately, don't think we'll be ordering again 😕

Hate to say this but jade garden was my favourite take away. Ordered food last night only to wake up throwing it all up.

Terrible service. They messed up delivery two times. And then tried charging extra when they eventually got it right. I would choose a better place for food I certainly will from now on..

My food arrived early and piping hot. The delivery man was so polite. I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely. I love the food from here, always full of flavour and tasty. The portions are really big too. If your looking for great food then I would definitely recommend. Thanks jade garden. Literally the best chinese ever was so sad when they closed over this period of PANDEMIC, ordered on first day of opening and they never fail me amazing service thanks guys xx

Been going here for years, although not as much lately, but cant fault it! Fantastic food, chatty staff, great place!

Food was lovely except ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and was given sweet and sour sauce dish. I called and women was rude "oh my god, if you want chicken with no sauce you need to ask you've ordered the wrong thing". Felt like I was a child being told off. I had to ask for an exchange to be fair was given free of charge. When I arrived was given small battered pieces of chicken! Had to go to Barton oriental for our sweet and sour chicken balls and chucked what they gave me in the bin. The rest of the food was really great quality unfortunately had to mark down due to incident above. If they don't sell sweet and sour chicken balls they should tell customers this when ordering.

Good food, just a shame you can't order and pay online :(

Great food with fantastic staff

Absolutely no customer service skills what so ever , I ordered sweet & sour chicken balls and they messed the order up and gave me something that I never asked for and when confronted she said I was in the wrong .. how rude , and when I got what I asked for in the first place the food was disgusting..when you ask for shredded duck they say it’s another £1 to be shredded !!! It’s all about making money nowadays and their customers don’t care ..Never again will I step foot in this place which is a shame as it was once a thriving little curry shop but now it’s gone downhill !!!!

It tastes soooo good. Always hot and delicious. I come here again and again. Also they're very efficient but it can get busy sometimes. BUT it is worth the wait!!!

Staff are rude and in the year 2019 do not accept card payments! This makes very little sense unless your scamming taxes!!!

Been ordering from jade garden for more than a year but today I was disappointed to pay a large order and its not complete. I arrived and so excited to dig in to my favorite chinese take away but so disappointed that we have no rice that normally come with the order. I rang them to ask about it and they said I have to come and collect but I said I cannot anymore since I have no car so I arranged for a delivery, waited and waited and waited and the food gone cold there was no rice delivery . Its now more than an hour still have no rice being delivered. They could have rang me back and informed us.

Been getting dinner from jade garden for years,the food has always been good and delivery service is also excellent.
