Food was good, I would like to see them not use oven chips to be fair, but the beef and chicken dishes were lovely.

Staff are rude and the order was so wrong it was unclean and asked about the wrong order was told it was right will never go to this take away again I am going to post on the Milton hotel web site never go to this take away. Unclean and rude.

food taste awful. not green pepper and black bean.. salt and pepper chips the chillies were burnt black. The satay sauce tasted like a curry. Won't be ordering from them again

Poor quality of food. Salt and pepper chips and chicken was soggy, wasn’t flavoured right, chips were hard or soggy, chicken was filled more with onions than anything else. Won’t be back

Really disappointed with these tonight, we've had some great food from here but tonight was awful. The duck was a lot smaller than usual and really dry and chewy, the noodles and rice were like rubber, could just taste grease, felt like I was eating last nights left overs. No prawn crackers anymore either? I know everyone is struggling and people are having to make adjustments but £35 for a takeaway to be that bad? Sorry guys, not impressed at all tonight for that price.

Positives - Quick delivery and the majority of the food was tasty. Negatives - Chicken balls were very tough so we ended up putting them in the bin and we didn’t receive any prawn crackers.

The food quality seems to have taken a dive here. This used to be our go to takeaway but the sweet and sour dish tasted distinctly odd, with a watered down odd chemical taste, and the chips were soggy and cold. Won't be ordering again unless it improves.

Great food and we live in apartments and the delivery guy always comes upstairs which is amazing!

Took a long time to find the driver 25 minutes at least and when I did get my food. items were missing with how long it took to get the food I couldn't be bothered with trying to get a refund for the missing item. overall not impressed if your going to get food from them make sure you pick up and check your food before leaving.

The food was cold when it arrived, despite arriving earlier than the delivery time stated. Some of the dishes we ordered had a strange taste to them which made the meal unpleasant and meant that we were unable to finish it.

I never got the can of coke I paid for.

The food was late due to it being delivered to the wrong address I phoned to see where my order was that's how I found out but when they sent a new lot of food out it was well worth the wait the food was hot fresh and delicious and we enjoyed it very much

The Duck Spring Rolls were delicious as was the Char Siu with Mushrooms. Food was delivered quickly and was piping hot

Very disappointed..no flavour to the salt and pepper chips…everything else just tasted over cooked not good at all..and considering what we payed didn’t even put free prawn crackers which I don’t think is a lot to ask x

They Use Frozen chips ( see pic attached) , we ordered salt & pepper chicken it was more like a dish of Onion and the salt & pepper chicken wings there was 5 wings again the rest was onions. (See attached picture ( the tray 3/4 onion) We spent £65 on a family meal and most of it went in the bin. I contacted them and they refused any sort of refund and said that's it just wasn't to our taste !!! We would never use them again they have either changed hands or have turned into another rip off takeaway. Even the curry sauce was solid it the tub due to bulking it out with cornflour !!

The lemon chicken was sludgy and had a metallic taste to the sauce. The fried rice was clearly reheated leftover rice and had a bad aftertaste. The duck in orange sauce was ok but also not fresh. Surprised an establishment like this exists. Very poor.

I went there 2weeks ago grub not bad cost me 13 50 fair one. Turned up today they wanted 18 50 avoid go elsewhere

We used to get free prawn crackers with our meal and occasionally a free menu item to try, but not anymore. Will make me think twice before ordering again.

Excellent food. Order contained Egg Fried Rice, House special with mushrooms and a packet of prawn crackers. Arrived earlier than expected which was very welcome.

Terrible service, over charged with order missing items. And other parts of the order wrong. This has happened on 2 occasions will not be going again. Food doesn't taste fresh either. Big No No 👎🏽

A bit expensive but worth it, the food was great and good portion sizes!

I ordered one of the duck dishes. There was a lot of everything but the duck! They fill their meals out with the cheap veg.

Ask for half and half chicken fried rice and prawn fried rice. Got 3 prawns.

Delivery driver went above and beyond to deliver my food. Still hot too! Food was good and cooked to order as instructed in the note’s section. Will definitely order from them again!

Food was not fresh, wsrmed up leftovers, pad thai all stock.together and stodgy, pale and endemic,, everything arrived cold, noodles slimy and tasteless, salt and pepper chicken was OK, family of 3 adults so everyone starving at the chicken but rest in the bin have photos looking for how to post them, everything tasted like the smell of damp,..

The chips was hard the chicken was dry will not be ordering again from here

I ordered Fillet Steak in Black Bean but the dish was full of ginger, which isn’t right. The dish must’ve had at least 3 tablespoons of chopped ginger in it - it was inedible. The chips were nice.

The food is fine, the delivery driver, buckle up... He "arrives", calls and instructs on what we have to do to come get the food we paid for, after telling him he has the wrong entrance and where he needs to actually go (which is only 1minute away btw) he lists off a bunch of poor excuses why he "can't" and "we must" do as he says and go to a location that is not normal given the building configuration and no other driver has ever pulled this bs that he just did. Anyway out of pure luck and asking people who also live in the court how to get to the area he was insisting we go to we finally bump in to him, or more accurately he nearly bumps in to us with his car. So all it took was a rude attitude telling the customer what hoops they need to jump through for their food, then nearly running them over for us to finally get what we paid for. Never again, sack that dingleberry.

Rip off prices and poor quality = poor value for money.

Food is great. Driver please read the notes especially where it says there are no doorbells to flats and to ring. I have NHS shift work neighbours who shouldn't be woken to alert me to food on the doorstep

Found foreign objects in my food. Rang to inform restaurant they did not want to except that it was non food item. Tried to pass it off as hard chilli. Explained it was like a stone. But they would not accept that. Please avoid at all cost. They did not take my complaint seriously, clearly do not care about health and safety and did not even ask to see the item to do any kind of investigation. I will be reporting.

The special fried rice was really poor. Curry sauce very watery. Black bean didn’t remotely resemble black bean sauce. Salt n pepper prawns were decent. Quick delivery.

I would rate this place 0 if i could they have stole 30 quid of me and won't refund i rang tuesday asking for my order to be cancelled because they doubled my order which made it 30 so i cancelled and this man said i'd get my money back but i've been sent a '£30 cancellation fee' becsuse they prepared the food already but i cancelled 1 minute in completely scammed me

Best Chinese around the food is delicious.

I am so disappointed with my food. This was by far my favourite take away a few years ago, since the previous owners. And the last few times I have not eaten my food. My tum yum soup was very greasy and no flavour, the s&p ribs had no meat and just fat and gristle. Chop suey rolls were over cooked and tasted days old. I thought I'd give them another chance tonight but I won't be ordering again.

King prawn curry was very runny, like water and chicken satay only had 4 small pieces of chicken. Very disappointing meals.

Delivery man was rude. I was late answering the door because I was preoccupied . He got angry. He should ask first the reason why I was late to respond not just be angry. The Chicken noodle soup was DISGUSTING never have I had chicken noodle soup from any Chinese so bad. cabbage, carrots, thick noodles and what tasted like boiled water deffo the last time I’d order. Beef fried rice was ok hubby said but loads of broccoli and veg in it. Back to the drawing board for the chefs because this was not Chinese style food

Ordered meal and then realised had ordered collection rather than delivery. Know this is boring but rang them up and it was sorted immediately. Turned up on time and was delicious. Delivery guy such a nice man. Cheers

Great meal - would have liked a little bit of salt on the chips and in the curry - it was a little bit lacking in flavour, but had i been at home i could have got salt from the kitchen, but i'm working away and ordered to my hotel room so couldn't add it from here. That aside, the food was great and perfect service, thank you.

Food was nice, can’t complain, but purposely didn’t order prawn crackers as I had spent over £20 so would get a portion free. I never received any. Shouldn’t promote stuff like that if you’re not going to fulfil it

The Beef in Black Bean was good, big portion. The soft noodles weren’t what I expected, they were the thicker chow-mein noodles and not what is normally served.

Great food lovely and hot staff very nice curry just right. Would recommend.
