A cozy independent pub tucked off Exmouth Market, perfect if you're looking to avoid the usual crowds. They do have weird hours though so check they'll be open before visiting! They've got a great selection of beers - some of the usuals and some lesser-known ones. Don’t miss the English Sparkling wine, and the low-alcohol lager is worth a try too. Prices are reasonable for the area, and the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. The decor is simple with a fun touch, and the owners, often behind the bar, are friendly but not overly chatty. It definitely has a pleasant atmosphere. Just a heads-up: if you have Citystack, they may be a bit unfamiliar with it.

This is a very good family-owned restaurant offering delicious traditional Chinese cuisine. The highlight of the menu is the house specialty fried rice, which is exceptional. While the ambiance could be improved, particularly in terms of table arrangement and storage, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. The prices are reasonable and well worth the quality of the meals served. It’s a great spot for a quick bite if you’re looking for good food.

I had a quick lunch here . I am not a vegetarian and chose a fake chicken dish which was delicious. The food was quite spicy ( perhaps necessarily to mask its blandness ). Service was prompt and efficient. I will go back.

Went to Elementary on our last trip to London as we always do, and this time was invited into Tayer! The service and the drinks in Elementary were amazing as usual. Great to be able to experience Tayer. We had gone into Elementary the day prior, and a member of the team was talking to us about Tayer and asked if we had been in before. They said they would invite us in on our next visit. They remembered us the following evening and we went straight in! Will continue to visit each time I go to London as it's my favourite place for cocktails.

Had a really good experience here, all the food was great and everyone had a great time. Was a little while ago now but I think I had Singapore Noodles which were really good!

A great find. A lovely welcome by the owner and his hospitality was amazing. Looks like a basic take away with a couple of tables however, the food was absolutely gorgeous and just what we needed after an exhausting day.

Gran concepto Ambiente relajado y divertido. Gran colección de juegos de mesa. Preciosa colección de cervezas. La comida que se ordenó de un restaurante chino en la mesa de al lado olía genial! Volvería otra vez!

I came twice here in less than an hour! The first time it was early in the morning so only sushi was available however the spicy Californian roll wasn't on the shelf, but after asking them they freshly made it right in front of me and it was on the best sushi I've ever had - incredibly fresh and the price is very good too. The second time I went was at lunch and after seeing that their chicken katsu curry was popular I decided to buy it. Unfortunately I didn't realise that it was made using beef stock because it was only mentioned in small writing outside the shop on a foldable blackboard. As I don't eat beef I asked the owner and he was very helpful, apologising for it and giving me a replacement of a chicken teriyaki which is not made from beef stock. Thank you for the excellent food and customer service. We will definitely come again!

Completely empty when we came… and soon we knew it is empty for a reason… had many many Xiang and Sichuan dishes and this one is really really really average… the 辣子鸡(spicy chicken) was verrrrry dried, chili overcooked with many burnt to dark color not appetising at all… the 农家小炒肉 ( stir fried port with chili) uses very thick pork not authentic at all …. The tofu was very greasy…maybe it had it’s time I can tell you in 2024 please avoid this place… won’t come again.
