Calamari great, dumplings with dip, not so good. Shame, too much vinegar and salty! I've had better in London and have experience of the real thing in Thailand. This is not it. There was a cocktail hour when we were there that made it a bit better. They also need to change the food images on Google. It showed a crispy pork dish that I was told was never available at the restaurant.

Had a quiet dinner by myself. Food was lovely, even the small plates were substantial and tasty. At the end, Maha gave me a fortune cookie. It's prophecy is coming true and my life has only got better.

Worst pad Thai i have had in ages, didn't feel well next day either. Only redeeming feature was the very good service.

After four of us ate a meal here, the two that shared a strange tasting Pad Thai, had vomiting and diarrhoea. I received no response when contacting the restaurant.

Fuimos aquí a cenar con la familia. El pad thai era muy dulce (creo que habían añadido salsa agridulce). También pedimos fideos de Singapur. Ninguno de los dos fue particularmente bueno. También fue bastante difícil conseguir el servicio básico de mesa, por ejemplo, conseguir nuestros platos despejados. Solo había otras 2 fiestas en el restaurante. El camarero era agradable, sin embargo.

Had the vegetable Singapore noodles. Not very flavourful. While I wasn't expecting authentic food, it had strong "British Pan Asian" food vibes and lacked any real depth of flavour. Disappointed, especially given the quality of other food options in the area

Went to Tootoomoo on Sunday and they gave us an amazing table for two. Food was amazing and nice. Cocktails was very authentic too. The best of all was Mahi who looked after our table. She so very professional, spot on in food and drink recommendations. Thank to the team at Tootoomoo Islington and above all very special thanks to Mahi.

First visit to Tootoomoo, loved the vibe, great service and stunning food. Had to leave early as I wasn't feeling well (not the food!) So would have loved to had stayed for longer, will 100% be returning.

The food wasn't that tasty, and for a Saturday night it wasn't very busy. The service was nice.

Ordered for takeaway. Had Singaporean noodle, pad Thai, and chicken dumplings. Singaporean noodle was good, pad thai not authentic (very saucy), dumplings were good. Very quick and friendly place!

Was so happy to get a table! It’s a popular little place and for good reason. If you love Pan Asain food , fresh in tapas and sharing plate sizes, this is the place. Nice vibes and friendly service. Will be back soon

Food was ok but way too expensive for what it's worth. The £12 cocktails are a bit of a joke when it's clearly cheaply prepared. Have had so many better meals for less than £30 a head, so quite disappointed overall. Quite small and cramped, would not return

Average food and average service

Fantastic quality and equally fantastic value. The Gyozas, Dumplings and Szechuan Chilli Chicken stir-fry were all absolutely first class, and the Malbec by the glass was excellent too. No frills and as "down to earth" as can be, but it is Street Food so that's how it should be. Very highly recommended indeed.

Popped in here early evening before a show and although was quiet when we arrived, things started to pick up later as we were leaving. Service was lovely and prompt. We had dumplings to start along with some prawn crackers which were tidied away in no time! Pork & Kimchi ones got my vote. For mains we had Katsu Curry, Thai Green Chicken Curry and Beef Bombay Satay. We shared noodles and rice, but didn’t make much of a dent in them as mains were so good. Thumbs up all round, along with clean plates. Good sized portions and we all left happy. Dishes were well cooked, hot and we all agreed the Thai curry was the best we had eaten. The beef satay was tender and just the right amount of chilli kick. £100 for three of us with drinks, which is a fair price for London eating. Would go again if in Islington:)

The staff member who served us was helpful, attentive and friendly; the food came quickly which was hot and absolutely delicious - portions were very generous; menu had lots to choose from!! Can’t recommend this restaurant enough - looking forward to going back again soon!!

Two of us ordered steak - claimed to be rare and with a sauce. Was honestly the worst piece of grey, dry and overcooked meat I have ever been served. Asked for it to be sent back and was told it was meant to be like that because the blood had come out of it in the cooking?! Refused to eat it so ordered some noodles and a green curry instead which were completely flavourless, but edible I guess , although the curry tasted like something from a jar. Couple of things with the bill - posters claimed 20% off dumplings on a Tuesday. This was not added to the bill, but decided to leave it for a quick exit. Also as we ended up eating separately to the rest of my party, decided to reduce the pre-included service charge on the bill, but was told we hadn’t paid the full bill. Service charge is optional and would’ve thought a slight reduction on the bill anyway? Needless to say, won’t be returning.

Food was very disappointing. The pad Thai was almost inedible and had a peculiar taste as if it had been contaminated with washing up liquid. The spring rolls were pleasant however so I can't fairly rate it 1*.

A journey to flavor paradise! The Prawn Crackers were addictive, the Edamame provided a refreshing crunch, and the Vegetable Gyoza was a taste of authenticity. Each bite felt like a celebration

Exceptional food, hot, fresh and lots of choice. Didnt get 5 stars purely because I'm not sure why I had to pay a 12.5 service charge when we were told to order & pay via the website. Surely if you are expecting this service charge, staff taking our order should be part of this!?

Beef was foul, tough as old boots with heavy use of chilli to masquerade the age of beef. The noodles were soggy and oily. Wontons were overly pink and suspiciously over seasoned for chicken. Will never order a takeaway again. Used to be ok but appalling food.

This place is nice and cosy. Good variety of dim sum. I loved the Wednesday deal every 3rd dimsum basket is free. Highly recommended

Went in for a late lunch, as we were passing by. The staff were happy and friendly and very quick, attentive, but not intrusive. We quickly ordered drinks and they arrived quickly and were attractively presented. We ordered a Spicy Cucumber Margarita, Bali Matai, and Sparkling Elderflower. They were all lovely. Our starters arrived, and we were surprised at how large they were, we ordered Squid , Chicken Satay, Korean Fried Chicken, and duck spring rolls, again perfect presentation and delicious. Main courses were Chicken Katsu Curry with steam rice, Prawn Pad Thai, and egg fried rice. Again beautiful and really delicious and large portions. We were so full we took enough home for tea. Overall a wonderful experience and delicious food and great value for money. We will be back again

My friend and I had a great dinner/chat time in Tootoomoo Islington tonight. Very friendly caring staff, helpful with choosing our food. My friend had Gyoza, Katsu Chicken, and I tried new vegan noodles. Both were great, delicious and the portions were more than big enough. For sure I will come back and I really recommend the vegan and I’m not vegan. The taste was amazing! Compliment to chef!

Pad Thai - terrible, drowned in an obvious packet sauce that was way too sweet, prawns were also obviously bought frozen and tossed in last second The staff were very nice and the place looks and feels nice inside but can’t say anything good about the pad Thai

Was here for my b'day party with my friends for bottomless brunch. The service and staff are really friendly. Their food quality is really good. One of the best place for bottomless brunch. We really had great time and was really best b'day party I even had. Would definitely recommend to visit once ! :)

It was my first order at Just eat i never ordered anything from there and was using different delivery apps and my first experience was so disappointing i was waiting for food one hour more and when it came i already started to cook different food because i was hungry. So when it came i had a lot of food. Anyway thanks for the it was deli but one hour waiting from the restaurant which was next to me is too much i think.

This spot is worth trying. They serve big portions for convenient rates. Regularly neat and with great atmosphere. Will visit here again.
