The food at this Chinese restaurant was delicious and arrived quickly, but our experience was overshadowed by the poor service received. One of our dishes was missed because the order wasn’t put through, and when we raised this, the manageress responded rudely and didn’t apologise. Staff seemed rushed and stressed, making the atmosphere noisy and tense. After asking twice for the bill, we were still kept waiting. Overall, despite the tasty food, the poor service and chaotic environment left a lot to be desired. Wouldn’t recommend.

Service was very average. Kept forgetting things. Food was average at best...oily, ready made saucy. Really lovely people but the new lady was inexperienced. Namrata was such a good waitress, made all the good taste even better. She is attentive, patient and very served with a big smile.

Came in today for the first time ever for the lunch menu, and it was phenomenal! Since becoming kosher, I've craved tasty kosher Chinese food for years, and this exceeded all expectations. I had the spring rolls to start, which were delicious and crispy, and had the sweet and sour chicken and noodles for my main/side... again, delicious and incredible. The portion sizes for a lunch were... well... let's just say I am glad I skipped breakfast because they were very generous indeed. The service was excellent, and they were very considerate of my food allergy, which isn't one of the common ones but they took it seriously. Absolutely without a doubt will be back again, and will be dreaming about this incredible food for ages. Thank you for the experience and the fabulous food! MetSuYan should rename themselves as MetSoYum!

I have ordered meals here several times, the food is delicious and the price is reasonable. The delivery time is also fast and the service attitude is good.

The beef was terrible, it tasted like plastic. The chicken wasn't that yummy, but it was OK. The rice was just normal. I liked Prawn crackers, they were the best of the food I took. The building is small and there is only 1 worker inside that cooks and accept orders at the same time. I came there late evening and it was open, that made me a bit happy.

Outstanding service and food. Really tasty starters: spicy prawns & satay chicken with spicy peanut sauce. Peking duck was perfect, huge portions. Mains on set menu B were beef with bamboo shoots & mixed veg, chicken in black bean sauce (spicy), noddles with beansprouts and prawn with cashew and bamboo shoots. Enormous portions plus crust spicy green beans. Took home the remainder- enough for 3-4 people. They even brought out their own special tea. A great evening .(10/10 food )

Beijing Noodles We were a regular to Beijing Noodles Greenford until this experience: We have brought dinner from Beijing Noodles on multiple occasions. Recently the food has been deteriorating rapidly and becoming rather expensive. Our latest order was: Beef black bean: the worse beef in black bean we have ever tasted, in fact it was uneatable. The beef was so chewy we couldn't eat it, felt like we were eating a dish washing sponge, I ended up spitting it out.. was disgusting! Well over spiced to compensate the fatty beef. It was so hot simply couldn't eat it. Definitely poor quality beef ! And the over spice used to cover up the disgusting taste. I order them s dish often from various Chinese restaurants, but never have I tasted such a disgusting dish... The Chicken Singapore Vermicelli Noodle , where was the chicken ? Just noodles.. We paid over £35 for 2 people , where is the chicken , basically it was just noodles as per the photo. We had both had these dishes above on multiple occasions but tonight's was disgusting. What a let down👇 Fried rice was nice , very basic but at least we could eat it . I was surprised the crackers are £2 for a tiny bag. Overall , we wouldn't buy from here again . Food is over priced , the food quality is very poor, quality of the meat is poor. Far better Chinese takeaway establishments around Greenford. If you read the reviews , the owner keeps apologising but clearly the food continues to deteriorate.

I didn't receive all my food and even with a picture to show all my food wasn't received and me calling the restaurant they have refused to help me solve the issue. With either my money back which was under £10 or just to redeliver what was missing. The person on the phoned refused to take in account that I just didn't receive my full order and was convinced I did even though it was her colleague that had sent the food out. I can see that it could be an easy mistake to make as it was 3 orders of the same dish and I only received 1. My kids went without and I've now paid for food that I didn't receive. I'm very disappointed and will never order again and will advise not to order from this place.
