The best restaurants serving Chinese food in East Midlands

Several of the signature dishes are delicious, especially a pot of lamb and scorpion when the weather is cold...so much so that even if you are not in Nottingham, you often want to eat it...

Absolutely terrible Ordereed £50+ worth of food. Was 45 mins late then had the cheek to ring and say that there was a road closed so had 2 choices ... Come and collect or order canceled (no re.fund) Had to battle through Uber eats to get my refund.... Disgrace of a food establishment

Absolutely awful the worst Chinese meal I have ever had ! The only thing that was good was the delivery Do not order from here

Absolutely disgraceful. 1hr 40 min wait for 2 x pizzas and a kids meal. Called TWICE to check and lied to both times being told 5 mins and on there way. Order clearly forgotten about but didn't have the decency to admit and apologise. Even the free garlic bread that it came with was burnt. Order for next days tea and you'll be fine.

Don't waste your money,the food is disgusting,we spent 50 pounds on 3 dishes mine was completely inedible and went in the bin ,each dish with crispy beef on was horrific,that dry I couldn't smash a piece on the floor,I gave them a call only to be met by the most disgustingly rude woman,I felt like I had been robbed,the food was definitely stale probably reheated from days before! I will never ever use again and I will make sure I spread the message far and wide in the area that this place is to be avoided,it's never ok to treat a paying customer the way they did ,

Placed an order on Uber Eats. After an hour and a half’s wait with no delivery, we were told it would be another half hour. Nothing arrived. Tried to phone back and they had taken the phone off the hook! After continuously trying, the phone started ringing, they answered and then put the phone down on me without even speaking. Food never arrived. Will NEVER use these again!

Always fresh lovely food always ordered from here without complaint but todays prawns chilli tastes so chewy and off clearly reheated and just feel that every order gets lesser in quality it’s a shame My review previous is Sam Angel

Always good. The same quality as I have had for the past 5+ years. I recommend the crispy shredded beef.

All i can say is food must be Microwaved. We ordered at 17:10.. paid £55 for crispy shredded beef , chicken chow mein,salt and chilli.chicken ..chips and half of duck ..we was told it would.be 1 hour ! 20 minutes later ot arrived ( we live around 4 miles away. All food was cold.. parts where warm but other parts cold! We wasted the whole lot . I did try calling the store but the owner wasn't interested. Usually I go spice of canton but they do.cash on delivery and I didn't have cash in house . The picture added is the whole food order chucked away into.1 bag..(£55 worth :-(

Unfortunately, it is probably the worst Chinese takeaway we have tried. Portion size is fair, but all the dishes we had ordered had an overpowering flavour of spices.

Delivery was great & our chow mein was lovely. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat the munch box as it had sugar on it, rather than salt.
