Been here a couple of times and love it. Fairly priced and excellent piping hot food both times. Staff were lovely too. Sat in for the second visit and it was great experience being served very quickly.

We walked into OPPA restaurant on a Saturday evening without a booking as we fancied Korean food. We ordered the pork crispy dumpings, cheesy tbokki, spicy chicken cheesy sizzler bulgolgi and pork cutlet noodles to share. I’ve tried many Korean places and in my opinion, the food was average. The tbokki lacked depth of flavour and was in a watery sauce, the pork cutlet was chewy and slightly cold, the noodles were average. The only thing that was decent in flavour was the spicy chicken cheesy sizzler bulgolgi. The waiters were nice but also failed to give napkins with our cutlery which is just standard restaurant procedure. I’ve previously visited this place a few years back and the food was much better. I personally would give it a miss. I also felt like since the food was still edible and I did eat most of it, I didn’t raise my concern to the waiter which is also partially my own fault. It cost approx £20-25 per person.

I've been here on multiple occasions and it never seems to disappoint. Always a great pleasure eating from this little local Chinese place. It's located well in the city centre near to the market. They have a range of options - all clearly pictured with descriptions on the wall. They serve halal meat/chicken. The food is delicious! They cater to your "spice" needs depending on how you'd like it. The hand pulled noodles are great and the meat is perfect. The broth is tasty also! Delicious food and great staff - I'd always pay a visit

The Sautéed Pork is a must try as is sweet on the palette. Rice and Cumin Lamb is recommended and definitely for the hot spice lovers the spicy tofu is a wonderful choice.

It was my first time, got noodle it was very delicious. They are friendly, cosy atmosphere.

Nice food. Decent location. Service average. Good choice and unusual fusion flavours. Heard they were gonna pack up and call it a day. Shame but not a surprise. It is difficult to make a place this work in this area unless the product and price and service and spot on.

Always fresh, spicy and delicious. Long wait times can be expected due to quality offered which is reflected in their popularity.

Amazing food added with a good service!! Must visit place.

We went there last night (Saturday 14th December). What can I say - 5 stars on all levels. Easy to find and easy access parking. On entering we were met with a friendly greeting, prompt acknowledgement of our reservation and showing to our table in the restaurant. Bright, warm and good atmosphere- no blaring music. Speedy drinks order taken, swiftly followed by menus. No rush to choose - just efficient. We ordered starters, but wanted to wait before ordering mains - again no issues. Excellent starters and main courses. Delicious and piping hot. A great selection on the main and specials menu. Portion sizes are very generous. Pudding wasn't too much of an arm twist - again excellent choice and standard. All in all - excellent front of house experience backed up by a chef who knows his stuff. Already looking to come back soon. Thanks all at The Shoulder of Mutton - brilliant team.

Always blown away by the food and friendly staff, lots of great veg starters and mains eg paneer/babycorn in chilli and salt and aubergine in black bean sauce are two firm favourites in our household. Alan also makes some amazing deserts too!

The food is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from, the deserts are mouth watering including the warm chocolate fountain, they also have a bar. You are charged before you eat not after, so just be prepared.
