Been a customer for about 10 years now. Don't have as many as I used to. Always nice food. Normally have delivery but today I popped in on way home from work.

Not impressed, food gone down hill, used to enjoy the food a lot. Recently placed an order, chicken balls seriously lacked the essential ingredient...chicken.Spare ribs just about fit to feed to a dog. Curry sauce very bland and peppery.. Fried rice tasted like it had be sat in a oven for hours. Cheese omelette absolutely tasteless..lacking cheese. Really wouldn't bother using again

Delivery drivers constantly parking on and driving along the pavement when they have a full parking bay next to them! Food from here is good, but have to highlight the safety issues I have with these drivers.

Rotten and gone off bamboo in my dish. Spend a lot of money on a big order, just the one dish that was gone off and nasty and takeaway refused to acknowledge my complaint and put the phone down. Disgusting customer service. You have now lost business from me, all my family and friends. Boycott all the way. McRotten you should be called.

Rooten bamboo in my food smelt and stank discusting called to give feedback and the staff insisted that I must be mistaken. Arr they calling me a lier terrible service bad food and do not appreciate their customer base.

I would not even give one star if I had the choice made an order and one of the dishes had gone off bamboo in it called up to tell the shop owner she insisted and was very insistent that it could not be possible that it was not the way I asked her if she made the dish herself she's been present and that she wasn't the supplier of the people that supply the vegetable that came in a can maybe it was contaminated maybe there was a whole who were the first customers of the evening waited until the shop door opened but she told me that she been serving it all day. That was not physically possible as we were actually the first customers we serve the whole family this dish it was gone off obviously touched everything else and I'll play and absolutely stunk. It's not about the money obviously it's a takeaway it's not a 5-star restaurant it's about the experience in to be insulted and have poor customer service and argue back with the customer telling us that basically what I'm saying is not the truth not physically be possible why would I waste my time to call them back with customer feedback. customers in the long run that are the backbone of their business without the customers that buy their food they would have no business. Poor customer service and no I do not want to eat rooten veg I can tell the difference you can smell it.

This place really is hit and miss some days you couldn’t ask for better others you really have to question if you’ve just ate chicken or CAT or even RAT

I do love ordering from this Chinese HOWEVER I never purchase chicken because no one there knows how to cook chicken clearly. Always rubbery & just plain vile! An occasion it was pink too! I'm absolutely disgraced learning I have to self isolate because KEVIN the driver was quite happy being the delivery driver wearing no PPE & not being contactless knowing his SON who lives with him has COVID-19 IM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND MCCHINA HAS NOW LOST MY CUSTOM! Pull your finger out your backside! Its not difficult!

Fantastic chinese.. never had a problem with them always deliver great tasting food and always hot.. I won't go anywhere else in Leicester for Chinese food.

To night I ordered from a Chinese my friends have been telling me about for a while I ordered chip curry sauce bbq sauce egg fried rice and chill salted chicken and im disappointed to say that the food was disgusting the chips was soggy and tasteless the sauce smelt really bad and was really watery the egg fried rice had multiple hairs in the only thing that was any good was the chilli salted chicken i rang them up and told them i wanted a refund they told me to bring the food back so they could check it they made me put the food back in to the bags it came in and take it back to the shop overall im really disappointed with mc china express i wouldn’t recommend eating here

I ordered here after hearing lots of good comments about this place so tonight i tried the food when it got here the bbq sauce smelt like smelly breath and the prawn crackers where stale once i had plated the food up it was okay the chips where soggy and had no taste to them the curry sauce was like water I started to eat the egg fried rice and i found multiple hair in the rice i am very disappointed with the out come i will definitely not be eating here again i made sure i took the food back to the shop for a full refund on the meal overall very disappointed with the food the staff where great tho about

Cleanest, friendliest takeaway in the area. I have a fungal intolerance, they always make sure no mushroom comes close to my order.

Have been ordering from here for years, tried other options in the area but always revert back to this one.

I rang my order through confirmed what I ordered was correct told me that it would be an hour but took a hour 3/4 to come then when it arrived the order was wrong they asked me if I wanted a replacement or a credit note obviously with me having family round I wanted a replacement but that then took another 40 mins to come and the pancake rolls fell out of the bag they were in and the BBQ sauce was only 1/2 full this was very disappointing and some what spoilt the evening.

Very disapointed with tonights meal food was cold, chowmein was tastless, and Lemon Chicken rubbery and stringy. Won't be having another one.

Excellent service from the staff and the food was delivered quickly and was delicious. I would highly recommend this take-away.

The best Chinese in Leicester. Great selection on the menu and cater to fussy eaters. Lovely tasting food, never had any issues in the 15+ years I've eaten from there. Food is always cooked how it should and the prawn crackers compliment nicely as the free side.

The food is always consistently great here. There is a wide choice of dishes and the service is great. The staff are friendly and efficient. Although this is the closest Chinese to me I would still use it if further away in preference as it is so good compared to the others. It is a take away establishment only incidentally.

We have a banquet at my brothers when the family goes round. You get a good choice and the service is quick. Prices are average.

We use this takeaway very often as the food has always been off a good quality. They have a good selection and are of average value in comparison to other Chinese takeaways. I'd definitely recommend the A2 set menu meal of beef and mushrooms, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, spring roll and a spare rib (we swap the spring roll for chips and the fried rice for a boiled rice at no change in price) as for £9.50 it is amazing value and you get more than enough to feed two people even though it's a set menu for 1 person! I would say they are a little cheeky asking for about £1.50 to deliver two streets away but hey you can go and pick it up if that's an issue. Their delivery times can be a bit long as well and they are always very vague when you ring to ask where it is. Overall though I'd recommend this takeaway 👍👍

Friendly welcome. The food is excellent. Best Chinese chips in Leicester! Great choice of menu. Been using it for years not just because it's just over the road . If the food wasn't good we just wouldn't use it! Highly recommend it.

So this is my local takeaway and to be honest there are a lot of chinese take away places around me but this has to be the best one. We ordered our regular order of bbq rubs, chicken curry, egg friend rice and a portion of chips. The food was as nice as always but the spare ribs were particularly good yesterday. I would recommend this chinese to anybody looking for an affordable and tasty chinese.

We've tried a few Chinese take aways on the hunt for a good one. This place was the best so far. Grade 5 in the food standards rating which is important to me. Really good rice and chicken in batter in the sweet & sour sauce was great, lots of veg in the sauce. Just how we like it. We'll be back to this take away.
