Hemos estado muchas veces y no puedo entender las malas críticas, nunca tenemos un problema que siempre recopilamos, pero a tiempo y ordenamos la calidad de la comida correcta. Ajustarán los ingredientes si preguntas cuál es genial para nosotros.

This food was absolutely disgusting my husband’s chow mein looked anemic. Had to throw it away . I ate a bit of my salt and pepper chicken because I was hungry but I now feel sick! Waste of money . Never again!!!

Me and my husband spent our 30th anniversary service was great make a mean battered sausage and Dave loved his streak pie overall shaming place 10/10 😍

This has been our favourite Chinese takeaway for years. Had a really dissmeal last month but decided to give it another go. Yet again the spare ribs had no meat on them and the prawns in plum sauce was in Pineapple chunks like the duck. Why have plum sauce on the menu when they don't do it? Really disappointing. Won't back unfortunately

Always a regular customer at Lee’s. Absolutely love the food, generous portions for the price. Always quick delivery too.

Ordered takeaway and for third time in a row was over 40 minutes late on delivery. When arrived some of it just Luke warm. When contacting to find out where delivery was, the woman was rude on phone. Certainly need to brush up on customer service skills. I hoped third time lucky but I won't be going back to them after this.

Genuinely foods ok and standard - service is beyond poor and over priced. Please learn customer service it’s important and the covid masks are a little bit out of date. As the title says luke warm average, order at one time and collect earlier - if not look somewhere else, we wont go here again.

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered at 5.33pm, was told an hour for delivery. Called again at 6.40pm, told driver had left and was on it way. Called at 7pm, they apologised and called the driver and he said 5 mins. 7.11pm driver called to say he is outside. We realised he wasn't were he was meant to be. He was rude when I asked him questions as to where he was, he then shouted 'I wasn't talking to you' down the phone after I said excuse me. Eventually found the driver and he was just as rude in person. On checking the food, I was missing an item. Called the store and explained about the driver and missing an item, they were very apologetic and said they would get the missing item out to me. I refused as I had wait 1hr45mins for my food. Got into the car and drove to the store, again store were very apologetic but I had 3 issues with the order I wasn't happy to accept their apology so collected the missing item and left. This was meant to be my sons birthday meal, but unfortunately it was ruined by the delay and then the food was luke warm and mum (me) leaving to get the missing item. Shame their old delivery driver was amazing so kind and polite. Needless to say I will think again before ordering from them.

I was told they can't wash a wok to avoid food allergy risk. Singularly unimpressed. Shame allergies don't count under disability discrimination!

Sintiendo hambre en Putney y decidimos comer chino para el almuerzo, este es un pequeño y agradable restaurante con una buena selección de sabrosa comida a un precio razonable. La sopa WonTun fue excelente y el cerdo a la barbacoa se comió bien en general, un sabroso almuerzo que no rompió el banco. .

Hemos utilizado esto muchas veces en el pasado y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema, pero cuando llamé por teléfono esta noche a las 6 pm y pedí un poco más de £ 18 . Tuve que volver a llamar dos veces y preguntar si mi pedido estaba en camino... y ella explicó que habían empleado a un nuevo conductor y que se había perdido... y la segunda vez dijeron que lo volverían a hacer y lo enviarían directamente... así que cuando finalmente llegó justo antes de las 9 de la noche de hoy llamamos por tercera vez... para decir que era demasiado tarde para comer ahora... ya que mi esposa está discapacitada y también es diabética... y dijo que tenía una buena mente para pedir una comida gratis por esto y la mujer no se disculpó... se rió pensando que era una broma y dijo que le dirá a su jefe... no puedo creer que hubiera ni siquiera una disculpa... de hecho, será muy decepcionante. 🙁🙁

Lucky house Chinese takeaway serves excellent meals & delivers quickly,prices are reasonable,staff & premises spotless.I would definitely recommend.

Normally love they're food, unfortunately tonight after being told hour to hour half for delivery we waited over 2 hrs 45mins Food wasn't as good and luke warm . Disappointed

Was one big lump of congealed mess, I ordered a large but they squeeze it all together so it all tastes the same. It’s nothing like a Chinese meal. It’s like something I would make at home then wish I hadn’t bothered
