Summer Lotus in Norwich

Genuinely foods ok and standard - service is beyond poor and over priced. Please learn customer service it’s important and the covid masks are a little bit out of date. As the title says luke warm average, order at one time and collect earlier - if not look somewhere else, we wont go here again.

He usado Summer Lotus muchas veces y nunca he tenido una mala experiencia. La comida siempre ha estado lista a tiempo y caliente. Gran selección y buenos precios. Frente de la casa muy educado. Continuaré recibiendo mis comidas aquí

He estado aquí varias veces, pero esta noche fue un desastre. Nunca hasta ahora había experimentado algo tan malo. Piedra de algas frías y saturadas de azúcar, chuleta de cerdo asada suey absolutamente insípida, nadando en agua y muy poca carne. la carne de res en Kung Po Sauce, bueno, parecía carne de cerdo cuando se cortaba y no tenía sabor alguno, estaba cubierta de masa espesa y rellenada con muchas cebollas y zanahorias crudas, por cierto, también era el plato de carne de cerdo. Vaya timo. Pagado 14. 70) Me da vergüenza pensar en qué desperdicio de dinero. El peor chino que he tenido en muchos años. Tal decepción y definitivamente nunca volverá y sugeriría que otros tampoco.

Los hemos comido a lo largo de los años, pero ahora dos veces la comida estaba muy seca o no tenía todos los ingredientes. No volveremos. Ni siquiera tienen un servicio de entrega que es una gran falta

Muy buena comida, tiene que esperar 15 minutos para obtenerla cuando ordene en la puerta, pero una vez entré y pedí bolitas de pollo y me dieron bolitas de cerdo. Eeeee

Thought I had found theeeeeeeeeeee ONE but this was awful - food wasn't ready on collection and had to wait ages. It was watery, curry very weak and the chicken was tough.

The Chinese food is typical takeaway, so no surprises good or bad. The wait was excessive even though I arrived at the agreed collection time. The prices are slightly more than average but this followed the surprise of an inflation busting increase to the new menu. I decided to try a Chinese curry, why? I really don’t know... a congealed gloop with raw onion, little curry flavour and little chicken....just nasty! Won’t be revisiting until I’ve forgotten last night’s experience.

AVOID. Got home to find 2 dishes missing. Most places would offer to give you some sort of goodwill gesture for their mistake - but no. Poor customer service. Food is only average. Won’t be using again.

Lovely food, always have Chinese from here despite living 8 mikes away, worth the travel for food I can trust!! Never had a bad meal

they have large menu which can be ordered either by phone or online food is always ready at time stated and is very good

Did a biggish family order on their online ordering system. We arrived well after the designated food ready time and still had to about 15 mins for the order. Food is decent mostly average to good. Only downside was the pork balls the batter on which was very thick and soggy. Mind you the pork inside was good! Overall not too bad and for this area well above average

It was a very busy night there when I came in there was at least 6/7 people waiting for their orders and a few more came in that had phoned order give credit to the lads that was taken orders and given people their orders aswell the chefs were great working under pressure always use this Chinese

Wow the reviews drew us to this take away as we were staying nearby ... not disappointed.. after initial difficulties finding it and being helped by a very friendly local shop keeper ... we finally arrived ordered and received our order. Staff were friendly and helpful but more importantly the food we had was amazing .... so tasty and really sad we do t live near or this would be our new regular take away..... highly recommend if your in the area.

I have never had a bad meal from this takeaway in Mulbarton. I have been here many times and found the quality of their food second to none. Very polite efficient front of house lads who work very hard to please and they do. Nothing but praise for everyone concerned.

Sólo quisiera decir que la comida en este lugar es muy bueno. Pero mi razón para escribir esta crítica no está realmente sobre la comida. Estoy a menudo reacios a teléfono y pedir que me parece que el personal (principalmente la chica) es muy muy grosero y brusco. No les gusta particularmente cuando e Acabo de pasar 23 libras ... solucionar personas. Pero no dejes que esto te arruine su negocio

Abierto 6 noches a la semana (excepto los domingos) cuando se siente un poco lasy es un gran acierto. La comida es normalmente listas muy rápidamente (no entregar). Me encantan las costillas. Sweet & Sour estilo de Hong Kong. curry. curry tailandés. Un par de buenas comidas. entusiasta precios - pero más de uno de los mejores sitios chinos en Norwich.
