Fui a la hora feliz un viernes por la noche. El ambiente era un poco moderado, ya que era temprano en la noche, pero las bebidas eran excelentes y muy razonablemente precio durante la hora feliz. Aprovechamos el brunch sin fondo con 40% de descuento en la factura total, pagando £ 30 de depósito. Tuvimos que cambiarlo un par de veces, que eran receptivos y ofreció nuestro depósito de vuelta. Deseosos de probar un brunch asiático sin fondo, llegamos a las 3 de la tarde, nos encontramos con Stevie que era genial, acogedor y hablador. La comida era agradable, no lo suficiente, sin embargo, los cócteles eran encantadores si demasiado hielo, por lo que se aguó muy rápido. Una buena experiencia, buena música, carecía de ambiente

Después de haber visto una promoción del 40% en el sitio web de lanzamiento suave decidí reservar su experiencia de té de la tarde sin fondo como parte de nuestra celebración de aniversario. Mi pareja también fue retirado 1 año de su cuarta cirugía a corazón abierto, así que fue una ocasión especial añadida. Al reservar, se le cobrará una tarifa de reserva de £ 30 que se deduce de su factura final. Nuestra reserva fue a las 3 pm y una vez cruzamos el puente de Westminster a las 2 : 15 nos golpearon con un tráfico increíble y cierres de carreteras debido a una protesta que tenía Piccadilly, Hyde park y alrededores cerrados a todo el tráfico. Después de 30 minutos estacionario me doy cuenta de que no haríamos la reserva a tiempo. Llamé al restaurante y entendieron y retrasaron la reserva 30 minutos. Una milla más adelante y 20 minutos después llamé para actualizarlos de nuestra hora de llegada. Esta vez no hubo respuesta. Dejé un mensaje describiendo la situación y pidiendo una llamada. Nada. Llamé otras 4 veces sin respuesta y sin respuesta. Para esta época y tras numerosos desvíos y cierres de carreteras terminamos fuera de Bocconcino. Así que pensé que si Lucy Wong ni siquiera se molesta en llamarme, probaría suerte aquí. Explicó la situación y la ocasión y el personal de Bocconcino fue más allá. Mientras estaba allí, finalmente obtuve un de Lucy Wong a las 4: 32 ( 1 hora y 32 minutos después de la hora de reserva inicial. Reiteré la situación y el hecho de que los había llamado 5 veces. Se negaron a reembolsar mi depósito afirmando que las cancelaciones deben hacerse a más tardar 78 horas antes. No debería estar persiguiéndote para mantenerte actualizado, debería tener que llamar 5 veces solicitando una llamada de vuelta y luego recibir una casi 2 horas después para que me digan “oh bueno” Bocconcino escuchó nuestra conversación y el gerente no solo dedujo £ 30 de la cuenta para compensar a Lucy Wong, sino que también nos dio una botella de champán gratis. Lucy Wong debería avergonzarse de que un competidor tuviera que corregir sus errores.

Went to the restaurant for a dinner with girls and everything was great: the food, the cocktails, service and atmosphere. We I’ll definitely be back and more than once.

Have been back to Lucy wong now on three occasions and each time has been wonderful. Beautiful decor creating a 1950’s Hong Kong vibe with interesting cocktail menu and just enough food on the menu to satisfy and cravings . Cocktails are very well priced for the quality and taste and the happy hour is perfect . Tables are cosy and well spaced out so you have privacy. Stevie the manager is really welcoming and attentive and the waitress also super polite and helpful. If you go here leave any attitude at the door it’s a cool laid back bar that doesn’t need any pretentious guests, but more happy chilled souls who appreciate a good vibe and a great cocktail.

We really enjoyed here. There were loads of cocktails on the menu we wanted to try but my partner and I only had time for three each. All the cocktails were amazing and they don’t scrimp on the alcohol so you do get what you are paying for. Great atmosphere with good asthetic Toilets in a bit of a weird place so feels like you are entering another building to get to them Most the staff had flawless service. One server was a bit angry seeming when she brought our drinks. She seemed to slam mine down which then spilled. Thanks my pants got just a little wet (no more than from the rain) and only a little on my shirt. Not too bothered. She was very apologetic after and did get me a replacement.

Our first visit we loved it from the warm hospitality, the authentic atmosphere and wonderful food and cocktails, you could easily miss this walking past .. but venture down the stairs into a fabulous experience.

Amazing place! Drinks were were great, especially Breakfast in Beijing! You should try this cocktail! Food was very good, we had the duck and various Dim Sum - all tasted amazing! Service was very efficient and staff were very attentive. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Overall I wouldn’t visit here again. You can see why it has average or below-average reviews!! The venue itself is fantastic. The decor is great with an overall glamorous, suave and sophisticated vibe. Great for any late business meeting, date spot or birthday celebration. However, that’s where everything stops. As standard, let's break this down: Service 1/5. Service was somewhat lacking here. For a cocktail bar that seems to be upmarket with upmarket prices, you would expect attentive staff that ‘want’ to ensure you’re having a good time. However, although the bar was pretty empty, all the staff were more happy to stand in the corner and chat rather than see if anyone wants a drink (like me, waiting). It took a while for someone to take the order so we had to ask someone for some service, after which drinks came in a staggered approach. Understanding there were only 2 of us, only ordering 2 drinks, 1 drink came first and then the other followed a few minutes later. The first drink took around 15 minutes to come. The snacks we ordered were forgotten off the order. At no point were we proactively approached for drinks, snacks or to see how everything was. This place could be great if managed properly. Drinks 1/5 Cocktails were disappointing on all fronts. Prices are quite steep with 3 cocktails including service charge coming to £50!! So for that, you would expect great cocktails, however, they were definitely not great. They did not taste great, some tasted watery and the others of pure alcohol. Although the cocktails sound great on paper, they’re defiantly NOT being made correctly. In summary, I won't be in any rush to come back. There are definitely better places for better cocktails and better service.

The decor & mood lighting of the bar is ideal and creates a cosy, intimate setting. Although the price is on the high end, the cocktails were delicious - highly recommend the Shanghai & the bramble. The steamed dumplings were average but this place not designed to be a restaurant, the food are nibbles/snacks to go with drinks. Our waiter was very friendly and took the time in socialising with us.

Promoted as an homage to Hong Kong’s 1950’s timeliness glamour, this bar/lounge/restaurant is a gimmick and has no real flair or personality. The cocktails are creative but overpriced and the dim sum and roasted meats were really bad, rubbery and poorly prepared. Such a bad representation of what true Cantonese flavors should be! Three hosts greeted us before one waved us to our bar table. The live music consisted of a singer belting out Norah Jones classics at maximum volume. (Hong Kong 1950’s?) We had to request a table in the back of the restaurant so we could hear each other speak. Service was spotty because the place was packed with trend seekers. All-in-all, it was a shockingly disappointing evening. I guess if you have no knowledge of true Hong Kong culture and cuisine, you might find it somewhat interesting but if you are looking for an elevated, authentic experience, skip this and head to Chinatown.

Honestly, a big disappointment. Roast duck did not taste nice at all and the meat was tasteless. Pork belly was crunchy and crispy but dry. To have the audacity to charge as much as you do when the food and drinks were not even all that. Dim sum was over cooked and all stuck to the sheet.

Went to Lucy Wongs last night with some family and friends, had a great time!! The roast meat sharing plate and dim sum basket were really good and the cocktails were spot on, especially the dragon old fashioned. Great atmosphere and live music will definitely come back soon :)

My friend and I had a great evening at Lucy Wong yesterday. Service from the staff was excellent. I was impressed by the quality of food and drinks, also good value for money. Our 2 favourite cocktails were cherry blossom Manhattan and the sidecar. There was a good buzz when the live singer performed at 8.30 pm. The dim sum basket, sharing g plates, really tasty. Cantonese roast duck, delicious. I noticed a few people walking around with their phones taking photos of the very beautiful interior and furnishings. Will recommend some of my friends to check this stylish new venue for themselves.
