The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

My husband popped in to try you as Ko Wah closed. We are new to area and was a little apprehensive but were pleasantly pleased. The meal was great, meat fell off the bone on spareribs, it was not salty like some are. The lady who took order was helpful friendly and said we would enjoy the meal. Oh how right she was we will be back.

They are the Chinese takeaway service. They only accept cash that's the down point but can grab cash from nearby SPAR. I liked this place among other I tried recently. You can ask them for the type of flavours you want.

This place is authentic western Vietnamese food. During the weekend get there a little before lunch and dinner rush to get a seat because it will be busy. The Pho is amazing the broth is great, the flavour changes every time I eat it but that’s ok because it ads variety 😆 we used to eat Pho at our house in San Francisco very regularly and this place makes me happy now we live in Notts. Delicious.

The food here is AMAZING. Tastes just like the non vegan dishes. The crispy beef is spot on, amazing crunch! I order the meat version everytime it’s available at other restaurants so can attest that it tastes just the same 🍲 The salt and pepper chips are delicious. I also had the pork balls with sweet and sour sauce which was 10/10! The main star is the “duck”! I had the duck chow main and it completely tastes like the real deal with some help coming in from the hoisin sauce too. Ordered twice in a week because it was that good!! Next to try for me is the duck pancakes, kung po chicken and popcorn tofu. Yum!

An unforgettable experience! The rice and noodles were some of the best I’ve ever had – perfectly cooked, flavorful, fresh, and served hot. The sauces were amazing, each with a perfect balance of flavors. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. I highly recommend it! If you’re looking for authentic Asian food, top-notch service, and a pleasant atmosphere, Sweet & Sour is the place to be. I will definitely be back!

Nice food. Decent location. Service average. Good choice and unusual fusion flavours. Heard they were gonna pack up and call it a day. Shame but not a surprise. It is difficult to make a place this work in this area unless the product and price and service and spot on.

Fantastic place for Chinese food. Everything is vegan and so amazing. Even my animal eating guests were impressed how lovely the food was. They used to be a restaurant now only do takeaway and for only 3 days a week.

Fabulous food and drink at honest prices. The food is freshly cooked and service attentive. Never had a bad meal here, just great!

Taste House is a takeaway restaurant so 'Atmosphere ' is limited. The staff are incredible and the food is great 👍

Ordered chicken chow mein always have this dish stir fried noodles with chicken and veg and sauce what I received was bland chicken and veg small portion of noodles separate not chow mein will not be coming here again

The poor reviews on google are not justified . The food here is excellent and the prices very fair. I eat from Chinese takeaways up and down the country and this ranks in the top 10

Ordered on Bank holiday may 5th they were busy but food was awful I order duck which was dry also chicken satay which was 2 small pieces of chicken on each skewer in some gravy in the tray I could find no sign or taste of peanuts anywhere also ordered the chicken with lettuce leaves which was nearly all celery I would say their was about 1 dessert spoon of chicken in whole tray worst chinese I have ever had will not return.
