Delicious food! We had vegetarian starters, spring rolls great, summer rolls very fresh. Hubby & I had spicy squid and veg dish,superb, also had mushroom and tofu,really spicy,also excellent. Son & gf had lemon chicken and beef pho,they loved theirs too. Great service. Decor very basic.

I strongly agree that this is the best pho places in town.The food was Amazing and flavourful as shown in the picture attached, and wonder pho is trying to show the town how good their pho is and is warning other pho restaurants. December 2024 update - went back yesterday and the service is just as amazing and polite. The food is so so good. We had prawn mango salad, pork spring rolls, lamb curry, sea bass and tofu pho (#51) and seafood pho (50) and the anchovie chicken wings. I love drinking the peach milk tea. I can't recommend this place enough. September 2023 - Got recommended this place my friend and it did not disappoint at all. The service was so friendly and efficient. The food came quick ans tasted absolutely delicious. Couldn't recommend it more! We had salt and pepper prawns, beef garlic pho and chicken bun hue. The Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk was also amazing. You need to come here!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly, professional, and gave us really great recommendations. It’s not a huge restaurant and was busy the whole time we were there. Highly recommend the garlic beef pho - so tasty and filling! Obviously had Vietnamese coffee, and really enjoyed the summer rolls spring rolls and the anchovy chicken wings. Next time we’re in Nottingham we’ll definitely come again!

Fabulous dining experience! We went on a friends’ birthday night out, on a Saturday. I’m quite a novice at Vietnamese food, so I think I played it safe with crispy fried king prawn starter, and a mixed meat fried rice. Both dishes were absolutely lovely, I could have eaten them again! Quick friendly service, hot food, good value, everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs. Would definitely recommend & go again to try something else!

Very nice food indeed, cosy atmosphere, toilet floor was a bit slippery so caution is advised for little ones and elderly folk. Staff were great and accommodating.

Great prices, truly delicious food: the crispy spring rolls are especially inventive & perfectly seasoned. Beautiful presentation. I had the tofu & veggie fried rice- it could use some more tofu. My husband had the king prawn flat noodles- it had 8 king prawns. Both were super tasty. Nice lighting & decor. 2 person tables are a bit close together. Nice wine/drinks list. VISA accepted. Go early: they are popular even on a Monday.

Very nice place and kind of a hidden gem. We came at a strange time to eat, so the atmosphere is likely better around mealtimes. Was here with my mate and they welcomed us warmly. We ordered starter as, with summer and spring rolls which tasted amazing. The pho soup snd rice which came next was also incredible. Both of them were so tasty. The atmosphere here was great too and we didn’t need to wait the food for long. Great job Wonder Pho, would recommend this place and would come back again

Bún cá cay was incredible - would highly highly recommend, I think it is on par with (or even better) than the bun ca we had in Vietnam: which was our favourite dish. Such reasonable prices for the amount of food you get, so much fish/meat and high quality broth. Already planning on when we’re next coming back here to get more bun ca

It is amazing the food is fantastic, u will love it if u like Asian food (Vietnamese food), the service is quick and they r so kind and helpful, the r songs that r not too bad, the atmosphere it can be loud but not too loud it can also be peaceful too. We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything exceeded our expectations. The authentic Vietnamese beef pho was rich, aromatic, and absolutely comforting, with tender slices of beef and fresh herbs that elevated the dish. The grilled pork with fried rice and a crispy fried egg was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. I love the sauce very much! The salt and pepper squid and frog legs were standout dishes—crispy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The squid was tender, and the frog legs were juicy, complemented by sautéed onions and chili for an extra kick.

Vine aquí en la calle 21 de diciembre con mi marido. Para empezar, tenía un rollo de primavera, que es el mejor rollo de primavera que he tenido mi marido tenía gambas. Para la alimentación tuve curry de ternera, mi esposo tenía curry de cordero y OMG fue increíble la carne se derritió en mi boca Me sentí tan mal que dejó algunos, pero estaba tan lleno que todo el personal era muy amable Definitivamente volveré aquí todo fue perfecto 🥰

Best Vietnam food in Nottingham, competitive price and nice atmosphere!

All stars deserved! Tucked behind a cosy street in Nottingham town centre, this home feel restaurant produces authentic Vietnamese cuisine. My friend and I each had a Pho and we shared a dish of stir-fry tofu and aubergine, and it was prestige! It was my friend's first time trying Vietnamese food and beer, he is a conservative eater and he was really impressed. Thank you for presenting proper Vietnamese food at its best! A must visit in Nottingham!

Amazing as always. The food is spectacular and the staff are incredible. We are regulars and we keep coming back because it feels so welcoming here. We love Julia and our server Darius was just brilliant. What a lovely guy.

The food was great, the staff may have been rushed as they forgot to bring out two of the mains for a little while longer than the others. I did enjoy what I ate and would recommend this place to those who want to try Vietnamese cuisine.

I don't often leave reviews, but had to for this place. We went on Saturday night at 7.30 and the place was heaving, but in a nice way with a nice buzzy atmosphere. Food arrived quickly and was piping hot. The portions were generous and the food was simply amazing. It's probably one of the best Asian meals I've eaten..... Ever. You will need to book as it only seats about 40 people. Well worth a visit :I will definitely be going back.

Ordered the pork chop and lemon grass with fried egg. They said it will take 15-20 mins but they served it much sooner. They have a very extensive and mouth watering menu. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Had bun thit nuong, smelt and tasted so sour as if something was off (not the sauce). Place was very cramped and loud. Drinks were not nice.

As soon as I had my first spoonful of spicy, warming broth I thought to myself 'Why haven't I been here before?' We've been to the Pho chain restaurant in Nottingham a few times and always enjoyed it but now I've discovered Wonder Pho this will be the place I return to. I had the Bun Hue Special - rice noodles in a spicy broth with mixed meat. The noodles were light and not at all stodgy. All the meat (chicken, brisket and beef slices) was tender and perfectly cooked. The king prawns were plump and juicy and the broth was just fantastic. Spicy but not too hot. Warm and comforting. Perfection. I didn't need to add any of the extra chilli but I did put in some beansprouts for crunch and coriander because I like the taste. Very reasonably priced and tremendously tasty. We'll definitely come back.

My first time trying Pho and we loved it! The portions were nice and big staff were super polite and we got our food almost immediately, would highly recommend their food and service!

We recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The noodle soup was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor yet light, not greasy at all. The egg noodles with seafood were equally tasty, with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh seafood. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the presentation of the dish. The plate they used for the noodles looked quite cheap, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. A simple switch to a black plate would elevate the presentation and make it truly excellent. Overall, fantastic food and highly recommended!!

Horrible experience with food. Thier Broccoli has small insects in it which was clearly visible even after cooking. Broccoli was trimmed which showed that it was gone bad but they still used it with insects in it. After informing the staff all they had to say was they’ll give me a partial refund on the food which I did not even eat after finding insects. Eventually they gave me a full refund. Bad customer service too. I would not recommend this place to anyone

My partner found this unique place to eat since we often like Japanese food though we would have a change. They have a lot of options especially considering I am vegetarian so don't eat any meat or seafood. All the staff here were super friendly and kind. I ordered the Tofu and vegetable spring rolls dry vermicelli bowl which was really nice. My partner got meat spring rolls and mixed meat combo which has a lot of different things in it definitely worth the money.

Great food served quickly and effeciently. Flavour and leaves you wanting more, only problem is the portions are generous so you can't fit any more in! The tables are very close together so don't expect a quiet, private conversation.

Absolutely banging. Got us in with no notice and the best pho I’ve ever eaten.

Went with my partner to order some food and had to send back my glass as it was dirty with dried food still visibly on there. The plate had further food stains left on it and when my partner complained about only having 2 prawns in the stir fry, the women became incredibly defensive, rude and confrontational. She argued with me for over 5 mins about my partner sending the food back, I decided to cancel my order and informed her we were leaving and only paying for the drinks. Disgraceful behaviour from staff and poor hygiene standards.

Great food with very generous portion sizes. Booked a table for 7pm on a Saturday and it was full the entire time so I would recommend booking. However the staff still provided excellent service and were very friendly.

I went with my partner to the Wonder Pho restaurant in Nottingham. Like the title of the restaurant we experienced some wonderful dishes. Those that worked in the restaurant and served on were also very pleasant and welcoming. We ordered the Pawn Summer Rolls as a starter which was served with a lovely sweet sauce. The food was very fresh. Our main meals consisted of Vietnamese Stewed Beef Rice, Mixed Meat Fried Rice and Camfire Beef. These were excellent and the meat was so tender. The meals were not over spiced and there was no chili anywhere which was a relief. We had Green Tea to accompany this food. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to go again when I am next in the city.

We went today after having a haircut. The food was lovely! We have a bowl of rare beef pho and some chicken fried flat noodles. Oh and some salt and pepper chicken Portion sizes were decent and affordable. I will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a genuine Vietnamese food experience you will not go far wrong going here. Top notch for literally everything. Food has that authentic taste and like in Vietnam, where there are lots of Vietnamese eating, the place must be doing something right. Service good, food good. I've eaten here many times now and yet to have a bad experience.

If you're like me and don't rate the chain PHO, come here to get your Pho fix. We wanted to order the BBQ grilled quail, but they ran out, so instead we shared the prawn summer roll starter (£6.80), very fresh and refreshing. I had the Bún cá cay (Spicy fish noodle soup, £13.80). Unfortunately they ran out of fish cake, so replaced this ingredient with prawns. The flavour was decent and amount of noodles given was plentiful, would've preferred if there was more seabass and of course fish cakes. Tofu was fried to good ol crisp level. Fiancé had the Bún bò giò heo (Traditional homemade pig trotters Bun Hue, £12.80). Very flavourful, right level of spice, a lot of meat and very filling. Lemon Grass Tea and Peach Ice Tea (£4.00 ea) again were really refreshing, tasted freshly made rather than poured from a can or bottle.

One of the best grilled pork Bánh mì’s I had outside of Vietnam! Delicious. Can’t wait to come back to try more dishes.
