Fantastic place for Chinese food. Everything is vegan and so amazing. Even my animal eating guests were impressed how lovely the food was. They used to be a restaurant now only do takeaway and for only 3 days a week.

Really excellent takeaway with food cooked to order and a high standard of hygiene. I've been ordering for the last 10 years and have never been disappointed. Friendly and very good value. Vegan is hard to find and so it's great to know that Veggie World only cook vegan dishes. Meat eating friends have been surprised that they don't miss anything with all the vegan "meat" options on the menu.

One of the best Chinese I have ever eaten in my life! This place just blew my mind. Being a vegetarian all my life I wasn’t thinking highly of this place as usually it’s a mix of quorn-based pattes mixed as veg food but this place is amazing. They make dishes that are so appetising, yet still keeping the authentic flavours. Really impressed and would highly recommend!

Veggie world is the best chinese food in Milton Keynes. I am a meat eater but will always go to veggie world if i want a chinese. The food is exceptional and have ordered so many times, never an issue or missed item. Vegan or not, you must try this place for chinese.

Used this venue when we could eat in many years ago. Daughter craved their laska curry so ordered two for a Saturday night in. Delicious. No strip faux chicken and much less green beans & coriander as previously but still amazing taste lots of noodles so very filling. Defo recommend even tho I’m not vegan or veggie!

I have only been vegetarian for 18 months but I can honestly say this is the best Chinese of all the ones I have had . Even my husband who is nor vegetarian loves it. Really worth a visit

Absolutely exceptional. The variety on the menu is astounding - every Chinese dish you can imagine, but VEGAN!!! It all tastes absolutely amazing as well. Cannot fault.

This is well worth a visit. Such an amazing choice of vegan food with absolutely no compromise on taste or texture. Duck pancake rolls, crispy chili beef, chicken chow mein, chicken balls, prawn toast and salt & pepper chicken were the highlights for us. Honestly can’t fault any of it, the best chinese meal I’ve ever eaten. Can’t praise it highly enough and will 100% be returning.

Honestly the best Chinese! I am the only vegan one in my family, the others are all meat eaters and they love it just as much as me! Everything on the menu is fantastic and reasonably priced. I have had it many times and will have it a million times again! Would recommend mutton curry, beef chow mein, salt and pepper prawns or mutton (or both), chicken and sweetcorn soup, appetiser combo, sweet and sour balls & ribs and rendang curry; I could keep going. I hope one day they open one in London!

Great food, yummy. Sell frozen as well recommend the chicken drumsticks and fish slices. Unfortunately we have to travel a long way to visit, Parking tricky and is not in a nice area. But shall return!

Travelling between the midlands and London, we took a detour and stopped off here to get a vegan Chinese takeaway as we had heard good things! The crispy duck pancakes and the prawn balls are simply brilliant creations. The other dishes were all really good too.

Everything I have ever ordered from the menu has been amazing. It never feels greasy, has so much flavour & I love that there are multiple options for meat alternatives. Customer service is always brill & food is top notch. Singapore noodles are just the best! Thank you Veggie World!

Fantastic takeaway can’t believe it’s vegetarian the chicken curry with noodles is amazing can’t believe it’s not chicken as it tastes just like it, well worth a visit and reasonable prices

We are so happy that Veggie World decided to reopen as a takeaway. We're meat eaters but it's top of our list whenever we want a takeaway meal.The food is fresh and tasty. It's an added bonus that the menu is vegan friendly so we can enjoy all our favourite dishes with vegan/veggie family and friends. The prices are very reasonable too though instead of saving money we do tend to just order more because it's all so good! Usually we go for dinner but the lunch time offer is good value for money too. You know it's the best around when you have a chat to other customers when waiting for an order and they are ordering to take the meal back to London to have with their family.

I have been vegetarian since new year and my daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to a Chinese . We are now feeling very lucky to have eaten one of the best Chinese ever and to have it a few minutes from our house. We have had a lot of Chinese over the years always with meat so we were not sure what it would be like. We started with mixed appetiser which was delicious especially the spring roll. We then had crispy duck and it tasted fresh clean and just like the meat version. I had the stir fry chicken and my daughter black bean chicken with mixed veg rice. There was fresh vegetables throughout which still had texture and fresh taste, the rice was well cooked and the main dishes tasted fresh and delicious and I can honestly say I would choose this Chinese again even if I go back to meat. Well worth a visit and very good value for quality tasty food, using fresh ingredients that you can taste .

We’ve been coming here for many years and the food is still as good as it was on day one. It’s not greasy and full of flavour. The team are amazing and so welcoming!

Been craving a Veggie World for the last two weeks, but we're trying to be good and save money for holiday next week. We were weak and we caved in and took the 12 mile round trip to Veggie World!I've never had a bad meal here. The food is utter perfection. Tonight we had the gorgeous Tofu in Yellow Bean Sauce with Peanuts, "Chicken" in Black Bean Sauce with Green Peppers and a Mixed Vegetable Chow Mein with Tofu. Delicious. Everything was so tasty and beautifully cooked. Whether you're vegan like me, or omni like my partner, try this place. You won't regret it.

Calling all vegans! Make sure you keep this restaurant alive and thriving because it's perfection. All the taste of a high end chinese take away without all the bad karma!

I went back to this restaurant after few years and was very please with my food! for borns vegetarian like me it is bit strange as most of the dishes have "faux" meat (they really look and have texture like meat). but, I had a laksa tofu soup and it was very good. Hope to come back to this place very soon

This takeaway has finally re-opened after being closed for a little while. Tonight was the first time trying with my boyfriend and we were pleasantly surprised. So many great reviews about this place and we could see why. We tried a few different dishes. To start we opted for the vegan duck (with pancakes etc) which was tasty but there was no ‘mock meat’ as such. The pieces were cut into strips and were basically like long crisps? Very “crispy” That wasnt what i was expecting, they had a nice taste but we were a little dissapointed. For mains, we tried the veggie beef in black bean sauce, crispy shredded veggie beef and the veggie chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce. These were all lovely dishes. Nice flavours and the mock meats were very realistic and tasty! We also had fried rice and salt and pepper chips. Both yummy. The staff were really friendly and its AMAZING to have a whole takeaway for veggie/vegan options (we were informed that even though some of the dishes are labelled veggie theyre all vegan!) All in all worth the visit and will try some other dishes again soon!

The staff are friendly, and the food is amazing! The salt and pepper chicken was my favourite, along with sweet & sour chicken balls.

Me and my family love this place, absolutely lovely people working in there, the food is second to none and the prices are really reasonable, they also have a freezer to purchase goods and the ‘bacon’ is the best I’ve ever had !! Everything in there is vegan and delicious!!! If you haven’t been your not living yet

Had a take away with friends and tried loads from the menu, including vegan sweet and sour chicken, vegan beef curry, vegan chicken balls, vegan prawn crackers, rice, noodles and a few other dishes.

I have been using Veggie World for a number of years and was so upset when they closed. But, now they are back as a Take Away only. This works for me as I tend to collect a family meal anyway.

Rachel and Kim are so friendly and lovely, fantastic people and lovely to chat to. They get to know you and have known me over a dozen years!

I'm disappointed not to be able to eat in as I live quite far from Bletchley and having to drive such a way for a take away is a pin, but the food is definitely worth it!

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with a group of friends and everyone, veggies and meat-eaters alike absolutely loved the food. We've been coming to Veggie World for every special occasion for years. Every birthday and anniversary - any excuse.

Fresh prepared food. Always delicious and hot. Nice clean area to wait for takeaway or to eat in. Every body needs to try there food.

They've closed due to staff shortage and "other reasons", you can still buy the frozen foods and they say they'd like to open again. So have hope, but don't visit for the restaurant. A real shame, their food was amazing!

Mundo vegetal ha sido mi roca en un lugar difícil para encontrar comida vegetariana en Milton Keynes. Cada plato es ridículamente deliciosa, el personal está más que feliz y servicial, y nos haga sentir que somos parte de la familia. Me traslado a España y VW va a ser una de las principales cosas que te pierdas SOBRE EL REINO UNIDO; larga vida al mundo vegetal, si tienes la oportunidad de visitar, nada en el menú deleitará su paladar.

La comida es muy buena, agradable tanto si se es o no vegetariano. Menú enorme, buen precio, buen tamaño para repetir, rápido y servicio especialmente amable. La pena viajar a cierta distancia, como yo. El único factor decepcionante es que sólo está abierta 4 días a la semana.

Utilizada para ordenar desde aquí, ahora cada mes semanales o así. La comida es tan agradable, es un cambio agradable de mi dieta normal. Me encanta el pollo al curry y pelotas laksu. Es así que vale la pena probar cosas nuevas, ya que tanto me gusta!

Gran lugar justo en el centro de Bletchley. El personal es amable y eficiente y la comida viene rápidamente. Hay una enorme selección de comida vegetariana basada principalmente por el mercado "maquetas". Sabroso y divertido.

I have visited Veggie world several times with my family and friends. This place is really well organized, They are vary caring and the food quality is haven. They have got few awards as well five stars for food and hygiene rating (means very safe food). We all the way drive from Luton just for this restaurant. I just want to thank you for your friendly welcoming and great food on the menu.

I have wanted to visit this restaurant for years and never had the opportunity. Once there, I was scared that it would not live up to my expectations and be an enormous disappointment. How wrong I was. It was awesome. The food was fantastic. The staff were lovely and the bill was extremely reasonable.

I came here last week for dinner and it really is a hidden gem in Milton Keynes - whatever your food preferences. My friends and I chose a lot of different starters so we could try them all. The peanut sauce 'chicken' skewers were delicious. The dumplings and prawn toast were also gorgeous (no - the prawns don't taste like fish at all).I had duck pancakes and this was delicious - because it's vegetarian/vegan the 'duck' isn't chewy at all and is nice and tender instead (I think it's made out of tofu).The price was very reasonable but please note you have to pay via cash here - cards are not accepted but there's a cash point just across the road. If you're veggie/vegan because of ethical reasons this is a fantastic place. However, if one of the reasons you don't have meat in your diet is because you don't like the taste of it make sure you chose the tofu options as the 'fake meat' does taste like meat.I would definitely recommend to anyone. Give it a try.

I've always loved this place, the food is unfailingly fantastic and the service always really friendly. It's great value, too, which helps! I've been going for many years and it's still my favourite; I must have tried every dish (almost everything is vegan, and there's only one I'm not so keen on - that's great going!). My non-vegan friends love it, too. Eating in, it's a smallish place but there's enough free parking nearby and we've never failed to get a seat. Takeaway, the wait's never too long and the food's always fresh and hot. Can't fault it at all. (Although I'm not sure if they take card payments yet...)

It's getting to be a habit, my daughter and I meeting at Veggie World. The food is freshly cooked as you wait . And what food. Beef Rendang, Tofu, deep fried, add some mushrooms with it. Ho Phun, noodles with veggies and beef ( veggie style ) our latest craze. The menu is fantastic . In fact , with out doubt , this my all time favourite restaurant . Give it a try !!!!!!!

Love this place! I've been ordering takeaways for years. The menu is vast but the quality of food never suffers for it. Every dish I've tried has been amazing. No msg and all completely meat free without any compromise on flavour. Would recommend to anyone.

A huge selection of tasty veggie food! Lots of meat alternatives dressed up like meat dishes to even win over the none veggies! Really busy for such an out if the way area and lovely attentive staff. Big portions that they'll even let you take away if you don't finish!

One of the nicest meals i have had for ages and a superb choice for veggies. For once i was really stuck over what to choose. Service was great, food superb.

I really, really struggle to find food I can eat as a Vegan, but this place is AMAZING. It's also food that non vegans/veggies will enjoy too. Seriously amazing food. The 'prawn' toast is addictive, as are the mini spring rolls. My only complaint is too much choice (which is hardly a complaint at all) as there are so many options! Ensure you bring cash as they don't take credit cards (though there are a lot fo cash points nearby)

Do not be fooled by the simplicity inside. This was very tasty and lovely Vegan food.. The starters were lovely with a wide selection of choice and nice pictures next to the foods in the menu. The service was fast and helpful ... Service is very important and it was top here. Food was cooked very fast and tasted great... I would recommend to anybody if you are in the area. Not many places like this around the Milton Keynes area that cater for pure Vegetarians or Vegans so Thumbs up.... Price was very good compared to London prices for the same kind of food. The Menu was slightly confusing as I didnt know what was starters and mains etc but the waitress helped me out so I was happy.

I came to eat here with my colleage on a Friday lunchtime. Service was friendly yet unobtrusive. We are meat eaters but were intrigued and wanted to try vegetarian food. Whilst the duck substitute in the pancakes didnt resemble duck at all it was still good, other dishes we tried were delicious ...we shall be going back again.

When I discovered this place online I was so excited to try it. Milton Keynes is not great for independent or interesting food places and we keep going to the same chains over and over again. I'm vegetarian and my boyfriend eats meat, but he was also keen to try this place.We didn't make reservations and when we turned up at 6:30pm on a Wednesday it wasn't very busy. It did fill up later on so booking probably would be best to avoid disappointment! Service is incredibly attentive and friendly. We got prawn crackers when we sat down and our drinks order was taken straight away. We went for the veggie crispy duck as a starter which was amazing! It was such a treat to have such an iconic Chinese dish that is usually off-limit to vegetarians. Both our mains were really great, but we ordered a side of noodles each which ended up being a bit much (one side is probably enough for two to share if you're having a starter too). The meat alternatives were very convincing - not squidgy and squeaky like you sometimes get and I think most of the dishes are vegan too.The bill came to less than £20 per person which was great value for the amount of food we had! My boyfriend enjoyed his food very much despite normally being a meat-eater and for me to have so much choice was just amazing! I noticed that the food was considerably less oily than my normal Chinese takeaway which is nice. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - especially if you're sick of all the chains in MK or if you're a vegetarian looking for places with more than one exciting veggie option.

My wife and I are vegetarians with vegan tendencies (",). We have been looking for a while for a new place to make our regular. When we lived in the states there was this amazing little hole in the wall thai place which we loved and we would go to with our friends. This place reminds us of that. It is small and intimate. The food was amazing and so much choice. They have a food kids menu. In short we loved it and will be returning.

Poor service and unfortunately did not enjoy most part of the food, tasted all as soy sauce. Little space for the tables and not very nice decor.

Came here with some vegan friends and did not have high hopes but it was wonderful . Healthy tasty meat free dishes authentic Chinese cuisine highly recommend.

Service and the food was amazing. My 3 meat eating friends were very impressed as well. We had lots to eat and drinks for £15 per head.

The only complaint I have is that there is too much choice, meaning I want to try everything on the menu. This restaurant should be renamed Vegan heaven! As a vegan it gives me everything I want in a restaurant but most importantly choice. The only reason I don't go more often is the distance. But when I do go I can't rate it highly enough.

Great food, I'm not vegetarian but I love it there. Such a variety of food, all very authentic. My parents lived in China for years and even they are impressed!! Has to be a good sign...

We've been having takeway's from here for nearly 2 years so i thought it was about time i wrote a review :-)Food and service is excellent everytime, recommendation are the mushroom/sweet potato balls as starters. For mains either the kung po or black pepper sauce with veggie ji or chic as mains.If you want tasty, and spicy food, order a meal from this place, you'll love it!

Before going vegan I LOVED Chinese food, and since going vegan I haven't had any, so I was excited when I heard about this place...and it did not disappoint! Amazing authentic Chinese cuisine; you genuinely cannot tell the 'meat' is soy based and not from animals...delicious guilt free food. I personally recommend the sweet and sour chicken balls, the special fried rice, and the crispy duck pancakes...all to die for. Lovely friendly staff. Don't expect swanky atmosphere and mindblowing decor, it's not that sort of place, so you if you want 5 star dining it may not be for you. But the food is fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

Speaking as an omnivore, I found this to be a good place to eat with friendly staff serving tasty vegetarian food with many dishes using good quality meat substitute.We went in without really 'knowing the ropes' foodwise and did not really make the most of what was available. My recommendation would be to spend time looking at the menu on their website and have a good idea of what you want in advance.

Tasty food and prices reasonable, service was lovely, nice family business really. My only complaint is that they could do with sprucing it up, feels dated and office/canteen like although I guess that in itself is quite quirky! Will definitely be back to try the mock meats.

As we were staying not far from Milton Keynes, and were looking for a strictly vegetarian restaurant, we were delighted to find Veggie World. The choices, mainly Asian food, were numerous, and many relied on vegetarian meat analogs. I had what was called Sweet Ribs. They didn't look or taste like ribs, but were delicious nonetheless. Don't order the spring rolls: they are very small (4 to a serving) and mostly shell, with very little filling.

Good food prices are reasonable went their with the family for a change really enjoyed it to be honest

First visit to this vegan/veggie restaurant although it's been on our To Do list for some time.Doesn't look much from the outside and even inside the decor is quite plain but the food is out of this worldWe chose a set meal as there was so much to choose from we were a bit overwhelmed. We had hot starters- seaweed, prawn toast and wontons. Followed by duck pancakes then rice fish sweet and sour chicken and vegetables in black bean sauce. Of course these are not real prawn duck or chicken but it would be hard to tell as the textures and tastes are so goodService was excellent and there was so much food we have enough for dinner now sitting in the fridgeGreat food, reasonable prices and good quality. Well worth a visit

This is a chinese restaurant which is 100% vegetarian restaurant. We had gone for lunch. We had ordered three dishes. Prawn with rice and vegies with sweet and sour sauce, chicken with shezuan sauce, beef with black bean sauce. REMEMBER all these dishes are vegetarian. Also they are close three days a week.

Love the freshly cooked vegetarian dishes and the wonderful mix and match take away menu. The staff are always so friendly and guide you to t he best food choices. Parking can be a challenge at times but well worth the effort. Also, no cards taken so ensure you have cash with you. Thoroughly recommend - even if you are not a veggie; and if you are vegan, only one one dish (cauliflower cheese) would need to be avoided.Downside - only open Wednesday to Saturday :(

Better quality than standard Chinese Take-away with the added bonus of being completely VEGGIE. Wide variety of dishes prepared fresh as you order. Strongly recommend to all vegetarians

I visited with a vegan friend.I'm not a vegan or vegetarian myself but was willing to give it a go.The food was far better than expected and the service was fantastic.I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a more interesting vegetarian meal out.

I was so sceptical about coming here. A little Chinese takeaway on Bletchley high street that doesn't even take card payments! Must be awful I thought... How wrong I was! The food here is excellent, the staff are friendly and its good value for money. Don't be put off by the name or the fact there's not a single bit of meat in this place. Their substitutes are just as good if not better than any other Chinese food outlet in MK. It's not greasy like the others and tastes fresh. You can choose your style of substitute meat (veggie chicken, beef, fish etc) and choose what it's cooked in, great idea! The chilli beef is better here than anywhere else and its not even beef. Give it a go and don't be put off by the name. You wouldn't know the difference if you didn't already know if wasn't meat.

Brilliant food and service . Will return . Really friendly and welcoming with good choice on menu and portions just right size . We all had a wonderful time we will be back soon.

The food here is really quite good, it all vegan friendly. It's nice to have so much choice for a change. We've both eaten in and taken away - the restaurant is quite small and simple but the staff are always really friendly. Recommended ? - Yes I would definitely recommend it to any veggies/vegans or just to anyone that wants a nice healthy/different Chinese

My wife is a vegetarian and I have no compulsion to eat meat so we thought we'd give Veggie World a try. We chose from the lunch menu, although the full menu was also available. I had a (veggie) chicken curry. The curry was delicious, though fairly basic, and very good value. What surprised me was that the 'veggie' chicken was just like real chicken in taste and texture. My wife's chow mien was also very tasty and good value at around £3.50.All-in-all, very good value, the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, so we will definitely go again. My only very slight niggle (and it is very slight and why I didn't go for 5 stars), is why mimic meat? I would quite like them to provide good honest vegetarian & vegan dishes without mimicking chicken, steak, pork etc. I would still go and enjoy their food.

I do eat meat but this a really good change and tastes great, very relaxed. Was bring your own booze, I understand that Meat has never been cooked here.

Absolutely amazing, really lovely staff and food fastly delivered to the table. Ordered a lot of the menu, all of which exceeded expectations and was very reasonably priced, very low prices compared to most vegetarian restaurants I have been to, and superior in terms of quality! My only regret is not trying a desert and purchasing some of the frozen food they sell! An amazing experience and I will definitely return!

Delicious vegan food, couldn't fault it, inventive, tasty, well priced. I just wish I could eat every meal here! Nothing fancy to look at, a bit canteen-ish, but great food. No alcohol served.

I really cannot understand the "excellent" reviews on Veggie World. The food was adequate - but nothing more. However, the problem was the poor standard of service. When we arrived, there were just three other people in the restaurant - one was already eating and the couple had place their order. Service should have been prompt and efficient.The one staff member on duty in the restaurant seemed to be preoccupied with taking telephone orders from takeaway customers and serving takeaway customers when they arrived to collect their orders.The food could only be described as adequate. The one redeeming feature was the freshly squeezed fruit juice which was very good.

As some other reviewers have said, although Veggie World may look a little basic in terms of decor, it more than makes up for it with the huge menu, friendly staff, fast service, decent prices & delicious food. Nearly everything on the menu is vegan, with some great alternatives to traditional meat Chinese dishes. We had peking ribs, sweet & sour chicken balls, breaded king prawns & even crispy duck pancakes - all meat-free & highly recommended. The restaurant does get busy, with a constant stream of customers, many of whom were on first name terms with the staff & obviously visit regularly. Definitely worth a visit!

Don't be put off by the decor. Or lack of it. It's all formica and bare, like school dinners. But the food is good and very good value. It's all vegetarian of course (there's a clue in the name...) Not keen on 'pretend meat' myself but the small selection of real vegetable options are very good. Have been before and will definitely go again.

It would be easy to walk past this little café in a busy Bletchley High Street....we have never ventured in before. Now we have eaten there we are determined to return. Its very clean, and softly playing Chinese/Cantonese music and a fresh flower on the table were nice additions as a friendly lady took our orders.Its not trendy or suitable for those who want things their way, but a reassuring and calm environment that allows you to talk and eat.We were doubtful that pork, chicken, beef and prawns could taste so authentic, but they do ! They are made from vegetable protein sources and the noodles and vegetables accompanying them were fresh, and beautifully served. We now know that the oil used (sometimes repeatedly) to fry Chinese/Cantonese takeaways that we usually buy affects the taste of the food, this food is not like that - no grease or smells.. just lovely wholesome, fresh food.We had glossy, saucy, beef ribs and noodles, a special chow mein (meat/fish substitute) dish, a pak choi, baby corn and vegetables/noodles dish, fried beef chilli strips and noodles and a side order of chips. Also a bottle of our favourite wine (that we took), a soft drink, and a pot of green tea and it all came to around £41.00.So it averages around £10.00 a person for lunch it may be less for younger children. You will pay a corkage fee for wine...but we were happy to do so , especially as the glasses were sparkling clean !The only curiosities were that its hard to understand your bill as its hand written as you go along with the member of staff. Also the puddings although lovely are pre-manufactured and mostly frozen ones. The chef is so talented you wonder why they do not create one or two unique desserts..A hidden gem....we cannot wait to return, and know why others on TripAdvisor want this place kept a secret............Also Jeckie was very nice as to helping us to plan our visit.

We are so lucky to have this fabulous vegetarian chinease on our doorstep in Milton Keynes. Lunches are the best value, with a set style menu, but there is still the choice of the main menu. If you come in the evening it is made into more of a special occasion with better plates, and decorated vegetables etc on the plates. Always a pleasure and the staff always have a smile on their face.

Delicious food n great service . Good choice of menu n helpful waitresses. Cosy place simple and nice. Nice drinks menu of veggi juices.

I often call in to Veggie World for lunch as I work nearby.Service is always swift and polite and the range of mock meat dishes is amazing, as well as the hugely popular vegetable dishes.Lunchtime menu at around £4.50 is a steal for such vibrant freshly prepared food

My wife and I regularly make an 80+ mile round trip to visit this restaurant. We are always met with a smiling face and warm greeting. The staff recognise their regulars and always have a chat with you. The menu is awesome so much choice and nothing is too much to ask for if you want to mix and match. The food blows me away, every time I have to remind myself that it's not meat on my first visit I even called a staff member over and said to them that I had ordered a vegetarian meal that's how close it is!If you are thinking of visiting then stop thinking and go!

Met a vegetarian friend [previousVegSoc. management] for lunch and she was impressed by the standard of the food and service.We knew that she would love it but she had not realised that it existed, although it is nearer to her than us, and she assured us that from now on she will be a frequent visitor.

I love it here, we go probably bi monthly and to be honest I'm glad it's not any closer to home as I would be in for dinner far too often. Amazing food as always, great service and outstanding value, I really do love it here.I think we've been coming for about eight years now and we will continue to come back regularly, it's great to not have to worry about what you might get in your food. If you are visiting the mixed appetizer and the crispy duck pancakes are a must (we still have them every visit)

The food was excellent for my partner and I but the place was freezing. Because of that I won't be returning until we have warmer weather!

Wonderful menu choices, excellent food and drinks, most helpful, courteous, humble staff, nothing is too much trouble. Parking nearby in front of ( check parking times ) and free car parks available just off and behind the high street. We always have a great experience here.

Comprehensive menu. You will be spoilt for choice. Staff extremely helpful and provide excellent service. Highly recommended whether you are a veggie or not!

If you're looking for a posh frontage you may think you've gone to the wrong place when you arrive but don't be put off...Once inside........you are treated to a Wonderful selection of vegetarian food at very reasonable prices. I am not a vegetarian but absolutely love this restaurant & everything the owners strive to do here .The food seems to be so lovingly prepared & that is echoed in the exceptional level of customer service we received. We had the pleasure of talking with the owner who was most helpful & very attentive. If I did not know I would believe I was actually eating meat !!!The flavours create such a wonderful tastebud sensation with each & every mouthful. So glad.we visited... We're sure to return very soon - Thankyou.

Many thanks VEGGIE WORLD. Staff were most accommodating to me and my bicycle. I was seated in the window so I could watch over my bike and I was attended to quickly and given plenty of water to replace fluids lost on my ride.The food was great - served quickly and efficiently. It was very good quality and there was a good choice of options.A perfect lunch-time stop on a long bike ride.

I visited the restaurant with my family whilst on a visit to Bletchley Park. Whilst most of us are veggie we all (meat eaters included) were delighted at the great selection on offer. Great value too!If you want to have an alcoholic drink with your meal don't forget it's a 'bring your own' - the staff are happy to bring glasses and bottle openers etc.Well worth visit if you're in the area.

I absolutely love Veggie World. So much so I am more than happy to travel the 60 mile round trip to visit. The selection of food is vast and it's given me a chance to taste a lot of dishes I wouldn't have otherwise been able to. I've taken vegetarian and meat eater friends and they've all agreed that it's delicious and feel the same love. Never really eaten much of real meat in the past I personally couldn't comment on the similarities the substitute meat has but I have been told that it's very similar and hard to tell the difference and even the fussied meat eater has complimented the food! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is always pleasant. This is my go to restaurant for special occasions and if I'm just in the area. Can not praise it enough. Love it!!!!!

Up until the age of 15, I ate meat and I especially loved Chinese food. When I stopped eating meat, I found my choices at Chinese restaurants were dwindled down to plain or mushroom chow mein, egg fried rice and mushrooms that may or may not be cooked in oyster sauce. The only time I could get something similar to what I used to eat was if I attempted to recreate it at home.And then we discovered that Veggie World was actually not far from us and decided to check it out.Wow. Just wow.Suddenly, I'm transported back to being 13 years old, sharing portions of prawn toast, those really big spring rolls and crispy chilli beef with my sisters. But there was no meat involved, and you could barely tell. Admittedly, the aromatic lamb wasn't that close to the real thing, but everything else absolutely was. And it was very filling- my husband and I (who have been known to eat a large pizza each in one sitting) actually had to take some of it to-go because we were so stuffed. Gutted that we didn't have room for dessert- the menu looked lovely!On top of this, the staff were lovely (and were very patient with my calling during the week with questions regarding their frozen stock) and service was prompt and friendly. And they allow you to buy frozen products from them- ask them for the catalogue and you can make your choices. We made off with some vegan prawns (pretty much the only place locally that seems to sell them), shrimp paste and vegetarian pork belly, which I am very excited about trying. There was a lot more I wanted to buy... perhaps next time.One thing to warn potential guests- they don't accept cards. So if you're coming to this restaurant, get some cash out beforehand to save yourself the embarrassing nip out to the cash point when the bill comes. Also, a small point, the restaurant is essentially the front section of a takeaway (yes, they do takeaway!) so don't go in expecting an ambience. Although, for us, this wasn't our priority in the dining experience. All in all, amazing restaurant, great food, friendly staff. And all vegetarian or vegan- whether you've never had meat, used to eat meat or a total carnivore, you will love the food.

Went with my son to this restaurant in the middle of Bletchley. On arrival we were greeted by by very friendly staff. The restaurant was fairly full, but we were served immediately. The Menu is possibly too long and the writing is difficult to read. But don't worry, if you like vegan Chinese food, you will probably like what ever you choose. It would be an advantage if you had a pen and paper to remember your choices as it is done by numbers.But all in all this was an excellent place to eat with very friendly staff.
