The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

Visited Tim Tim for a take away and felt uncomfortable with the woman server not interested in taking my order. It feels like these only want orders that are deliveries. They have a barrier of chairs so you can't get to the counter. The food was okay but not great. I've had better from other venues, so will use them in future, not Tim Tim.

Food was mid. Gyoza was fresh but the king prawn stir fry. I was given prawns in bitter sauce. No noodles no rice AND I paid £12. Ridiculous, will not be coming back :(

Food was absolutely banging, tasted so good and was fairly priced. The staff was all friendly and very attentive. Especially the girl with brown hair and glasses, very friendly girl, polite. I would 100% recommend eating at china brasserie and I'd definitely come again.

Came in for lunch and was really disappointed. Food was not good, looked like mine had been dropped off the plate and sloshed back on and half way through picking at it I found a long strand of hair at which point I stopped eating. Didn’t bother to complain as had a bad experience recently (not at this restaurant) and didn’t want the confrontation. Restaurant almost empty and now I know why. Won’t be going back.

Food quality is above average and acceptable. Recommended rice rolls, golden tripe, beef cypress leaves, and dry-fried beef river.

Extremely good food! Came in and ordered vegan duck pancakes to start which were definitely the best I have ever had. Then some noodle dishes which were also delicious and not greasy at all. They had inane amounts of vegan options which surprised me too. Just some really good food! Has to be the best Chinese place I’ve been to in a while.

Fantastic food. Good amount of meat in the special chow mein, excellent curry sauce and chilli fried. Cucumber maki sushi always perfect. Great timing on delivery. I recommend.

La comida era fabulosa, tenía ‘Banquet be’. No había estado en el restaurante durante unos 25 años. Parecía que había más mesas. Ya no tenía manteles. Muy ocupado y muy ruidoso - pero era un sábado por la noche. No como otros banquetes que he tenido porque el arroz vino en tazones individuales, en lugar de un tazón para servir para compartir. Los otros platos fueron compartidos. El servicio fue un poco atropellado y fallido - probablemente porque estaban muy ocupados. Tuve que recordar al servidor las galletas de gambas. Otros artículos solicitados no llegaron - tuvo que preguntar dos veces. No muy relajante, me sentí un poco como un café en la calle en lugar de un restaurante. Podría ser más agradable en una noche de semana, o para llevar - lejos.

The food was good, the service was ok but seemed only one member of staff was working and he was doing an excellent service. The environment and atmosphere was ok, but the whole place needed a good clean. Other staff members stood around doing nothing and just chatting loudly. No headwear, nothing covering hair in the kitchen. Dirty glasses left on side while they were talking. I won't be recommending.

Absolutely awful, really bad quality Discovered the duck was not made in house hence it was mainly fat and soft jelly-like in most parts the rest wasn’t much better Will not be going back which is a shame as the staff were lovely

Great Chinese food. Lots of choice, with a great vegetarian selection. The tofu dishes were excellent. Nice atmosphere, and good fast service.

Having moved to the Island over 30 years ago one of the 1st Chinese I had was from the dragon pearl. We have eaten there many times and the food WAS always good. The restaurant WAS always busy, tonight empty. Didn't go for some time but the last time was about 9 months ago, food was poor. Having visited hospital tonight, on the way home decided to try them again. What a waste of money, food was tasteless, beef was mostly unedible(very tough) and sauce more like gravy. 2 thirds went in the bin. To top it all I was told 5-10 mins, was more like 3-4 mins in which time I had to listen to the 2 young girls talking about contraception ect. My advice to Dragon Pearl, time to rethink. Sorry.
