This place is excellent. Its famed for its Welsh salt lamb and their Sunday lunch is absolutely outstanding. It's unbeatable, even at home! As well as high quality food the staff are first rate too.

Best fish and chip shop in Swansea. Clean and fresh and tasty fish and chips. You will not be disappointed

Excellent fish and chips from the Frier in the flat cap. Very busy on Wednesday when we called in on way to football. The three of us were last in the queue but were promised fresh fish if we waited. We did and the resulting food was well fried, not under cooked and not dripping in oil. One of the best on our away trips this season. Charlie and football friends.

Our server was the lovely Josie, she made our visit on valentines day absolutely amazing she really looked after us, we can’t thank her enough, we also can’t recommend Peppermint enough we love it there. Thank you Josie & all at Peppermint x

Service was very good, food is always excellent. I recently had the Cajun chicken with onions and a salad. It was the best salad I have ever had, even the chip eaters on my table were jealous, and the chips in the Kings are lush! I can heartily recommend the biscoff cheesecake and the price is very reasonable. Your staff are happy and friendly, food is always lovely. So nice to find somewhere consistently good. Thankyou x

Had my 50th birthday party over the bank holiday weekend. Venue was great, service was excellent and food was fab with a mix of meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Staff friendly and did everything to make the night a success, they even went out to buy more Kahula when they ran out! Great hosting by Josh, he made the night go swimmingly and was really friendly and organised, a great party. Thanks all 🥳

I recently had a baby shower here at The Cwtch and it was perfect in every way! The Afternoon Tea package was phenomenal value for money and everyone that attended said how beautiful it all tasted (the presentation was fantastic too!)
