The Kingsbridge in Swansea

Visited the Kingsbridge for my daughters 18th birthday. 24 of us enjoyed a lovely evening in a great setting. The service was fab! Staff had decorated the table ready for our arrival with balloons and banners I’d delivered earlier. They constantly checked in for drinks and to make sure everything was alright. Food was terrific! Hot, mouthwatering, homemade and generous! Ohh those ribs and garlic sauté🤤 Pub is nicely decorated with warm wood features. I’d like to revisit on a cold winters day with the open fire going. 5 stars all around from my family!

Beautiful pub, food and staff! Booked the kingsbridge for a family birthday Monday evening expecting it to be a bit quieter as my mum is hard of hearing. Arrived to a completely full restaurant with a real buzzing atmosphere.. on a Monday! When I spoke to the waitress and explained our issue she quickly offered us the private dining room upstairs. I didn’t actually know they had this room but what a find it was. Our own private space where mum felt comfortable and could fully interact with us. Food was fantastic! Sea bass was the stand our dish i think but the steak and ale pie and lasagne both went down well with the youngsters! Looking forward to returning to try the festive menu this December. Thank you Kingsbridge for accommodating my family needs so well.

We have been several times and the food and service is fantastic. Highly recommend the specials for all the courses. However the standard menu has lots to offer , especially the Camru Chicken and Caribbean coconut chicken 😋.

We have used this restaurant for many many years but unfortunately it is not the same standard as it was, we all know things are very costly now but please rather than drop your standards raise the prices, I ordered a home made steak pie with you on Thursday and it would have been better described as a pastry pie, it contained just two pieces of grisly meat the rest of the pastry was filled with ultra thick gravy which was holding the top up, being with a group of friends and family I didn’t complain so as not to spoil the atmosphere

I love this place. It’s all about quality, and serving the best food. Every meal is cooked to perfection, with piping hot food served and presented well. The staff go above and beyond. Such a lovely place. Real homage chips, good pub grub, a posh meal, something in between. There really is something for everyone. Try their lotus biscoff cheesecake. I’m hooked!

Always amazing food, and have great specials on offer. Stunning beer garden and staff are always friendly. Looking forward to our next visit (luck to call you our local)!
