My friends and I attended the bottomless brunch for my birthday. What a brilliant experience that we will def be returning to again. Our server was Joe, what a polite, fun and attentive young man he was, he made the experience even better, always on hand to take orders for our next drink and meal, cannot fault him. And then when my friends brought out a surprise cake, Joe sang the loudest and had the whole bar sing along with him. One of the gentlemen who ensured we always had a drink and good service was Jack, what a lovely, polite and cheerful young man he was too. The staff here along with the experience was 5⭐️Thank you so much!

Dreadful - Booked a meal for 7:45 and turned up 15 minutes early for a drink. We got approached straight away and got told to sit down anywhere whilst they get a table ready. We ordered the 2-4-1 cocktails and waited for our table. As time went by (then 7:55) we got concerned and asked the staff when our table would be ready but then got told we can sit wherever and didn't need to book. So we went to sit down at a different table and looked at the food menu, and scanned the QR code at the table. This wasn't working, so we went to the bar to ask for help with the app, we got told its not working, in which I asked if we could order food there and then but the waiter insisted that a member of staff will be with us at the table to take an order. 10-15 minutes went by and no one approached our table. We left and went to Turtle Bay (greater and a lot more helpful staff there/better atmosphere!).

Told staff about a medical condition meaning that I could not drink any kind of energy drink, staff immediately accommodated for my condition, and let me know which drinks contained energy drinks, and substituted drinks for a different mixer if possible. Amazingly understanding and friendly staff, and a nice relaxing place for a drink.

Attended a cocktail making masterclass for my birthday which so much fun!! Josh was super friendly and helpful and the cocktails were great. We really enjoyed all the food and they even brought us prosecco at the end which was amazing, great experience:)

Honestly, I've never had so much racial prejudice in a place by the staff before. We were unable to be served at the bar, waiting for 50 minutes with no cue, all others being served before us. Unacceptable behaviour and I do not recommend anyone of colour or race attend this disgusting establishment.

Our server Jo was awesome throughout, quick service and very friendly. Will definitely be back soon.

Both the food and the service were amazing here. Jess (one of the management team serving us) was attentive, friendly and warm, and Alex, the bar colleague, made sure the drinks kept flowing, and were perfectly put together. The food was quick to arrive and delicious. Couldn't recommend more, particularly the Bottomless Brunch. If you're looking for a great place to kick back and watch rugby/any sporting events, definitely worth a look.

We have had the absolute best time thanks to Jess and Alex, we have done a few bottomless brunches and this had been by far the best. They are both an asset to your team

I was there just for a drink, but the staff at the bar seemed very unprofessional and the housekeepers were unable to strike up a conversation. I was kicked out without any reason and no one was able to come and explain the situation to me I asked security what happened and he told me that he knew and that's how the manager came I asked nicely to call the manager so we could have a civilized conversation and explain the reason why he kicked me out, he refused to come I was put in very unpleasant situations in front of my work colleagues What happened did not seem normal to me and I would like some clarification on this situation

Got served by a lad with a fantastic attitude to customers, I think he is called Joe. Cocktails for my partner we excellent and on offer once i signed up to the app, worth it as was hassel free.

Cocktails are honestly amazing but waiting over an hour for food we were told would be half an hour and being kicked out at 9 because they use an app to check pass IDs instead of a UV light so they're falsely claiming my friend's valid id is fake.

Went for lunch, Food fab, service excellent only down side was it freezing in side making the experience unpleasant, heating needs to be on.

Joe was fab, made the best drinks and was super polite all night long x

The food was great and the cajun fries in particular are delicious. The prices are very affordable for the big portions and overall I would highly recommend food or cocktails here as the cocktails are just as unique and tasty.

The new menu is much improve and the vegan options are really tasty.

Lots of options for vegetarians! I had the cauliflower karaage and I thoroughly enjoyed it! They had a very interesting menu with fusion of different Asian and western food.
