just been to try the new chefs cuisine. I had the steak pie and my friend had the chicken stroganoff and it was so good Fantastic value for money and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. go try it you will not be disappointed

This is a super cafe where there are lovely cakes and the best tea / coffee / hot chocolate around. I love it.

My husband , my mum and myself went for breakfast on Sunday late morning and I have to say it was absolutely gorgeous, staff where great and could not have been any friendlier. This is the first time we have tried here and definitely won’t be the last. Breakfast was lovely and my mum had a baked potato with cheese and chicken and again lovely. Cakes also look lovely and we had a piece of gingerbread, which tasted so good, looking forward to returning.

We did not stay in the hotel but booked into the restaurant. The menu wasn't huge but there was plenty to choose from. I had the chicken starter and the steak pie which were both very good. My partner had the pate and the shin of beef. Clean plates all round. Good service and friendly staff.

Have eaten here twice and can say they have one of best fish n chips in Glasgow. Food is lovely but their service has been super slow in each time we ordered. Every time we had to wait for longer than expected!Again after getting food, it was so tasty that we have forgotten about our waiting and the delay of food! will go again but defo this time will ask the manager to prepare it a bit faster!

Good place for a quiet drink, especially when you have to wait ages for somebody coming off the train! Good place for meals and a great pit stop after coming off the train from Glasgow or Edinburgh.

I don't like the machine asking how much I want to tip when paying by card.

Visited with the good lady and our wee dog. Sat in the beer garden to enjoy the Bank Holiday sun. Pint of shandy for the missus and a pint of fresh orange and lemonade for me (joys of driving) - katsu curry for her and salt and chilli chicken for me Good size portions and came out quite quickly - we both enjoyed thoroughly. Total came to just under £21 including drinks - cannot fault it. Staff were friendly and attentive - really liked the little allergy flag in my wife’s dinner Thanks - will be back
