We have been regular customers for many years however following an experience this afternoon with wrong order taken initially, 25 minute wait for food, sub standard food provided and an exhausting conversation with the shop manager regarding these issues issues , can sadly advise that this will be our last visit to Roberto's. We always support local businesses however find this one a struggle going forward .

Roberto’s large fish supper is the best in the area.

Not about to start handing out bad reviews due to one order being late but that was an unacceptable amount of time to wait for what i ordered. No matter how busy you are.

Food is lovely, how ever this the second time half our order has been missing. Last time half the order was missing and when I called they said we’ll send it back out. Waited another hour for them to send chips to go with our suppers. Total waste 2 hours for delivery which all went in the bin as cold. This time they’ve forgotten the cheese on the chips and the manager is checking cameras as she believes she put cheese on them. Honestly what customer service. The manager is ruining the place.

Spent £16 on a special fish supper and can of juice, it said up to 40 minutes delivery but it took 90 minutes The fish wasn't cod or haddock it was thin and dry and tasteless the chips were yuk I think all these takeaways in my area are selling very poor food for very high prices Better to buy proper decent food and cook it yourself, especially with delivery times and costs

this was only late because off the bank holiday weekend and they were extremely busy

Staff are very helpful and good natured. Unfortunately this is the second time I've visited and am disappointed in the food. I don't get takeaways very often so hope for excellence when I do. Chips were lovely but the fish batter was soggy. Standards seem to have dropped unfortunately. Think it will be Senors chippy in future.

Was some great chips and chicken nuggies served by a joyful and energetic young female with a nose piercing that has some freckles she made my visit great I felt warm fuzzy and welcome in the store will be visiting again especially if she’s on shift haha ;)

ordered food for delivery to ward 11 monklands hospital , I sent a nurse to meet up with the delivery driver at the main door, they must have by passed each other when at the door, then the delivery driver did arrive herelf up at the ward 11 , then said "I canna be running around hospitals with deliverys, not got time for this! then spoke to a nurse for a brief second", then she did wished me well as she reliesed it is a cancer ward she delivered to. bad day much!?

Arrived ahead of time, food was good and delivery person was very pleasant indeed. I shall be purchasing from here again and can say without doubt that you won't be disappointed if you order from here.

Delivery time went up 20 mins as soon as we ordered, and then increased again later. The food ended up an hour late and it was barely warm. 2nd time this has happened with this chippy, won't be using them again.

First time in in a long time, couldn't taste the fish, and the chopped steak wasn't cooked enough for my liking, sorry but I won't be back, the staff were pleasant enough x

Always love this chippy not sure how early it was but taking a guess best chip shop about food always tastes delicious always on time or comes before, doesn’t bother me when it’s late either which I’ve never gotten late before wouldn’t bother me anyways.

Had a delivery on sunday,delivery was fast and food was amazing,we had large special and large special supper,the fish was massive and cooked to perfection,we will definately order again. Almost forgot,we also ordered the macaroni bites,they were also lovely and tasty so thank you for the lovely food.

Had a bad experience with delivery driver, speaking to my great uncle swearing as he is hard of hearing and didn’t answer the door quick enough for him. He is elderly and has dementia, completely unacceptable. Will not be ordering again.

Absolutely love here but a munchie box and a single pizza including delivery just under 28 quid is ripping it for what I got prices are shocking.

It's the best fish supper I've had in years. Honestly, I can't explain how good it was. It was perfect. But the prices in this shop are out of hand. £4 for a roll and chips makes it hard to justify ordering from here. But the food is so good, honestly. Amazing fish and chips.

Food and the delivery drivers are 1st class. Food is always excellent aswell. As I have said their delivery staff are nice natured and easy to get along with.

I ordered I cheese burger and I got a batterd burger and without buns or anything shoking I don't understand why I got a burger in batter when I asked for a cheese burger after working all day 17 hour shift and got hit with batterd hamburger out raged

There was item missing was told it would be delivered and nobody came. Chips were not made fresh, usually everything is fresh.

I’m Absolutely disgusted with Robertos tonight ..paid £7.20 for a hamburger supper & there was a handful of chips in the box if you were lucky ! As a regular I’m really disappointed & annoyed to think that staff found it acceptable to send that meal out to a customer ..get your house in order

Special fish was undercooked, very thin and greasy. Chips were hard. Straight in the bin!!! I would NOT recommend ordering from here even if you were starving.
