The best restaurants serving British food in North Lanarkshire Glasgow and Surrounding

This was our first time at Harrington’s as my friend kept telling me how good it was. Well all I can say is it was better than he said. Food was outstanding, and a great menu. John and the staff were totally outstanding with the service. Can honestly say best meal I’ve had in a long time dining out. Will definitely be back with my own family very soon. Excellent Christmas Lunch. Very busy but students coped admirably and the whole experience was exceptional. The food was very well presented and tasted devine. Stephanie served us today and was very polite, efficient and made us feel very welcome.

This cafe run for and by special needs young people and is a welcoming place for coffee and cake while employing those who are disadvantaged by normal employers. Very friendly atmosphere.

Attended for Christmas lunch with colleagues. Three course lunch with coffee for £16. Good service. This restaurant is the showcase for final year hospitality students at New College Lanarkshire. Open to the public.

This seems to be our families go to pub for food. Been a few times over the past couple of months and it never fails to produce amazing food. The steak pie is probably the best in Airdrie I would say. The meat is so soft and gravy is delicious. The hand cut chips are the best but my son would probably disagree and say that the mash is. Very reasonably priced and the staff are always lovely. Will be back again soon

Love a wee visit to The Bunny Coffee Hutch when up at Carron Valley for a walk/run. The coffee and cakes are fantastic and the staff are really lovely too. Highly recommended!

Done almost 200 reviews and this place is in a different class as fish and chip shops go. Shop is immaculate. Lovely friendly staff. I won't go on and on but please do not change what you are doing. I hope you guys do well as you are a credit to the petersburn area

We all enjoyed our lunch. The lounge was nicely decorated for Christmas but we found the room a bit cold. Wishing all the staff a lovely Christmas and all the best for 2025.😊

Good inexpensive food served well

Popped in on a Sunday afternoon for a family lunch with kids. I ordered Lamb Rump and it was delicious. Kids enjoyed their chicken nuggets and macaroni cheese, whilst my wife had an excellent steak and ale pie. Great service, family friendly atmosphere and fantastic value for money. We will go back.

Excellent food and service. The fact that we queued to get in says it all. In spite of being so busy everyone was so nice, waitresses pleasant, and attentive with a cheery smile. Menu offers things that are a little different from your usual cafe. We will certainly come back next time we are in the area.
