We came in for a breakfast. My dad ended up with their large breakfast and it looked good, proper steak Lorne, toast made with a half decent loaf also came with a tea. I went for the chicken tikka panini and chips. Portions were massive, everything done fresh. Owner was absolutely lovely, spent a good few minutes chatting to us. Can’t wait to come back 😋 also name is 10/10 🤣

the burgers are always spicy for me good fries good milkshakes but it burned down today sorry if you liked adams diner

Where do I start. Staff are just great, friendly and nothing is a bother for them. Food is excellent, all homemade. When I am through that way again I will definitely go back.

Great food, burgers are always tasty and chips are always fresh and crispy. Wide menu options including great desserts, only let down but item availability. Quite often there are items unavailable because they have run out of 1, or more, ingredients. This, however, will not stop me from returning.

the order is incomplete. I ordered 6 sets. with cola and fries. I got 6 fries. 6 cola. And I got 4 burgers. by calling you. they think they packed 6 burgers on cameras. come on i got 4 burgers. sorry . Because I was disappointed. I was ordering often. And there was no such problem before. Now, with that amount, someone didn't count to 6. I had confidence in you. Now I know . that I have to check every order upon delivery.

Chicken in burrito was dry, far too much rice, the entire dish was tasteless

Came out to Adams as was recommended, Guy out front couldn't have been nicer , meal was lovely portion s were bigand service was quick Highly recommend for a reasonable price less than £15 for 2 meals.

Ordered 3 burger meals, a wrap, nachos and a half chicken. The kids loved the burgers and portion sizes are huge. Burgers were also decent, not the rustlers type ones you get out other takeaways. Wrap and loaded nachos are really tasty. We were to fill to each the chicken, ended up keeping it for the next day!

Foods nice. Placed an order at 22:06 and the takeaway shuts at 22:30. Man on the phone said they will shut a bit before 22:30 i goes im coming from Glasgow and will be there before half 10. Came at 22:28 outside the place and shutters down and phoned them 3 times and no answer. I doubt they even made my food. Pathetic.

Excellent cafe. Had a fabulous “healthy option” Chicken Tikka Masala. Freshly made, excellent quality food, and huge portion, at very reasonable cost. Staff are wonderful, welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

Some time ago this was a really decent place to eat. I certainly wont return. If you make any comment on the food or service you just get a rude response and things go down hill from there. LEARN TO TAKE CRITICISM GUYS It might help you improve your services

Can't order through adams own website for delivery u need to order through just eat which all prices are seriously inflated compared to in shop lamb chop meal is &£5 extra for example if ordering on just eat, not sure if Adam's benefit from this directly for sending customers to just eat or its just eat that benefit solely but either way its a scam.

I tried first time but its totally waste of money. Bun was so heavy. Chicken piece was too much breaded with crump and feels like all dry no juicy. I didnot fancy it. You spend 7 pound for a burger and its all dry.

Great food and very polite, friendly and welcoming staff, especially Sammy who has been amazing every time we have been, making sure we are served and satisfied with our meal. 10/10. Lovely desserts too, especially a Cookie Crumble Milkshake 😋

Offered 20% discount if you order thru website. Then made it impossible to place order so you can only pay full price thru Just Eat. Phoned to ask if I could order over phone but guy was being a rude fool and wouldn't take order.

Went to Bacchialdi's today for lunch. The food was delicious, I had the 3 course lunch, it was like an old Sunday dinner your mum would've made. Everything is homemade right there in the cafe. Portions were great, service was friendly and attentive and the price was more than fair. Its a nice cafe inside too. There's not a single thing I would change, exactly what I'm looking for from a local cafe, simple and unpretentious. A hidden gem. Go!

Well...what's the cons of Adams....nothing. Adams is amazing the burgers are fresh and sauce tastes magnificent I 100% recommend going here it is amazing staff are great

loved it sat in with my mum and stepdad had a beltermy mum had pancakes and my step dad had french toast was amazing totally worth every penny and the homemade chocolate cake is to die for

Honestly the customer service and employees were so rude and the way they handled things was a let down. I love adams and I always get food from here but in the last while they have lost their touch and it’s been awful. Even the food standard has went down. Their screen wasn’t working so my order didn’t go through and they cut the phone on me and should have put something out or something when knowing their screen is not working. I had to wait over 2 hours. I’m genuinely disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now & normally the food is great. Unfortunately after today’s experience I probably won’t be back. The customer service is good but the food was a total disappointment today. Chips were dry, stale & overcooked. The smashed patty had zero flavour, no seasoning at all, no taste. The patty had been cut into so many times to check if was cooked it seems, that the patty was falling apart. Meal was a total let down, & for the price I paid (£29.00) for 2x burger meals, single burger & 2x milkshakes is probably why I’m doing this review. Only upside was the milkshakes were nice. Sorry Adams feels like you’ve lost your touch for the juicy, tasty burgers I remember you for.

Writing this review while munching into my Double up burger, this place is just amazing. Far superior to other burger places I’ve visited and the customer service is great too. Really happy with the milkshakes too, will definitely be back!

Owner is horrible, such rude customer service. Made an order on the phone and he says food won’t be hot when I collect ‘it should be warm’. Was extremely rude and made rude remarks, any toppings I asked for or sauce on the burger he couldn’t do and said i’d have to add it on myself. He was making very rude remarks on the phone so didn’t bother going ahead with the order, later left me several very rude voicemails. Save yourself the hassle and go to burgur grill in Glasgow instead (or literally anywhere).

The burger's are lovely and the katsu chips are dynamite 👍.

Up today to check out the new menu. Did not disappoint! Prawn cocktail with toast hit the spot. Lasagne was best I have tasted in a long time and the coffee is as good as ever. Just a great wee cafe so go along and support them. You will not be disappointed.

Went today for lunch had fish and chip and hot chocolate to drink. Was amazing fish cooked in bread crumbs cooked to perfection and hot chocolate wow delicious. Son had breakfast and he said was lush will defo b back for more... only problem i had was portions too big dont no how they make a profit....

Best wee cafe in town. Excellent food, very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast is excellent and very cheap. Home made soup and cakes are the best. If you get a chance try this wee cafe you will not be disappointed. P.s best name for a cafe, Bacchialdi’s (back of Aldi’s).

Absolutely fantastic food and great service. Food was piping hot and well prepared. I have never tasted a fresher burger from any takeaway ever. Adams has got to be the best value for money takeaway in Airdrie. 👍👍👍

Ordered a cheeseburger with onions. A hamburger with onions a portion of chips. Paid £10.60. Waited 15 min for food to takeaway when I got home and opened two plain burgers and chips. Must definitely will not be back. Took 15 to make and can’t even get the order correct

The food is to a high standard and they have a great choice of cakes and ice cream, the staff are always friendly, the pricing is slightly higher than average but the food makes up for it.

Probably the best burger I've had, the milkshakes were great too. The prices ate very reasonable with a loooot of chips, sadly the chips were average taste wise. Not really an eat-in place as there's not much space, but definitely great for takeaways.

Amazing burger. The poutine wasn't made with curds I think, but still damn delicious. Will buy again. Only suggestion I can make is of the owner or whoever runs their app could put the descriptions of the food on the Adams app menu as I had to look elsewhere to get this info

One of the best restaurants/takeaway in Airdrie. Staff are always welcoming and happy to help. The food is absolutely delicious, whether it be in the restaurant or delivered. The prices are brilliant for the large portions and I honestly cannot find a fault. Overall fantastic food and I find myself ordering from there at least once a week.

King Burger was phenomenal but the Oreo milkshake was on another level. Highly recommended

The staff are the best, happy and delighted to serve all their customers. They are more than knowledgeable about all their menu items and confidently recommend from the menu.

My wife is a frequent visitor, took me out to have a wee look for my 1St. Visit. Awesome. And that's just the staff. Had the king and it was amazing. Rather go here than nando's to be honest. Be back for a wee treat soon enough. Very clean and looks great all over. Great American feel to it.

The only thing is they should offer proper meal deal. You buy burgers separately and drinks and fries are bought separately. Large chicken popcorn box had only 4 tiny balls and rest of the box was full of chips. Food quality is good.

Fancied something different so took a trip here from Edinburgh based on a friends recommendation. Wasn’t disappointed! The staff are nice and friendly, service was great, we had our food ready in about 15 mins or so. Quite an array of things to choose from on the menu. I opted to go for one of their ‘super burgers’, the stacked beef one with a side of poutine chips. Both really tasty! Only problem was i didn’t have any room for dessert - maybe next time! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and try other things from the menu :)

We came from Glasgow to try this Well worth it Good quality food, didn’t have to wait that long even though there where other customers before us. Burger was nice, We had mince nachos with cheese sauce for starters(which I normally don’t eat as most places either have it too soggy or not great toppings) it was very nice, best We ( cousins)have had so far. Others had steak, sausage & chips, chicken wings All with no complaints and loved there food Place was clean and warm. Only thing is would like better choice of drinks (fruit juice, Rubicon) And vinegar ran out due to lack of sachets Idea to get vinegar bottles
