Amazing wee cafe at the the gateway to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The decor and atmosphere is warm and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff, providing amazing food at great prices. Sit in, sit out or takeaway at the window. Facilities were also immaculate. We were staying at a local hotel and visited for breakfast, sitting inside before check in. Full Scottish breakfast was the best I've had, with especially good haggis and Lorne sausages. We then visited the next day for a breakfast roll to go, before heading home. Robert was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the local walks. Beautiful wee cafe and we can't wait to return.

¡Un entorno muy simple para una comida bellamente preparada! Pan fresco y caliente. Cordero tierno y perfectamente preparado. ¡Vale la pena!

Wonderful little bakery in Aberfoyle. We popped in to find some treats to take home after our holiday- ended up buying half the shop lol! Staff were delightful and very friendly and can be watched making the shop's goods. Lovely products from traditional Scottish gifts to biscuits, cakes, jams and chutneys. All very reasonably priced and packaged so beautifully we bought lots of items as gifts. We bought a Mars tray bake, lemon and elderberry and Tea cakes, shortbreads and numerous flavours of cookies. All were absolutely delicious and melt-in-the-mouth. An absolute must-visit if anywhere in the area. Will definitely be ordering more online, thank you!

Its worth saying that we were five hungry people on their first trip to Stirling. The people who work here were SO friendly, looked after our every need. Especially Javaid and Haroon When they found out we were also Muslim, not only did we get the proper reassurance that their food was halal but they also invited us back after they had closed to serve us traditional (Pure milk - no water) Pakistani tea - served with fresh cream and also some chocolates. The tea was amazing and provided free as we were their guests. The food we bought was very good value for the quantity and quality at the price. Great place and food. Can’t believe it is ranked so low in Stirling on TA. Hopefully this review will reassure Muslim travellers in particular if looking for somewhere tasty, guaranteed halal and great service. You get my vote!

Came here once during our stay in the Sterling area. We would have come more often, but it's not open for dinner daily. It's a very nice, cosy Pub. Very friendly, cheerful staff. An nice and happy atmosphere. We got a nice table by the window. Our Bulldog was welcome as well. Got some beer and ordered some starters and mains. Had baked goat cheese and Haggis balls for starters. Both excellent choices. Nicely executed. For the mains we went for beef steak strips with chips and Bangers'n'Mash. Here again: Both great choices. The steak was nice and tender. Good grilled flavour. The bangers were wonderful - from a local butcher. Good stuff. The highlight were the delicious chips (fries). I don't know how the cook does it, but these were probably the best fries we've ever had. Crunchy and crispy (like we've never had before) and inside hot and tender. Divine. Brillant chips. Prices are fair, staff was great. Food excellent. A perfect package. Loved it.

We checked out the reviews for restraunts near where we were staying and The Inn at Kippen came up. We were not disappointed. The food was fantastic! Best meal I've had in a long while. I had duck breast and my wife had the blade of beef. Both meals were delicious. The menu had plenty of choices on it including steaks so this gives me an excuse to return. The server was also polite and helpful. We will definitely be back !

Got accused of stealing when I didn’t and said I put it in my coat pocket and I told them to take a look at the cameras and they did and didn’t even get an apology
