Just popped in for a pint. 1st time in and it was a beautiful setting sitting out by the river. Kept an eye on food passing me and it looked good and very well presented. Will give it a go sometime

Romantic night away for a birthday treat, nice rooms although could do with smart tv for connection to Netflix etc, spa was disappointing as they allow families in and no real relaxing atmosphere as advertised sadly. Restaurant for dinner was ok, I had a chicken dish but this was poor quality, the steak was much better looking than my portion. Staff asked if it was a special occasion when we’re being shown to our table and I said yes a birthday and nothing was don’t about it, not even a slice of cake or a free drink. Breakfast was booked for a specific time and we had to wait 15 mins for a table which was disappointing. The hotel could do better for actual guests staying here rather than a few for all, slight modernisation of the tech in rooms would enhance business guests or anyone wanting to stay. The spa was the biggest disappointment, it’s just a pool and a couple of hot tubs nothing special and not relaxing with too many kids jumping around.

As a family we have eaten here many times over the past 7 years. We loved the food and service here. We would have highly recommended anyone to eat here. Sadly our most recent visit was underwhelming. The majority of our food was served lukewarm and even when reheated (upon request) it was still a bit of a let down. The staff did apologise and reheat the mains and sides for us. Sadly we will not be back and we would no longer recommend anyone to eat here.

Watch out for the massive service charge on your bill. This is not America. They should consider charging less for a larger booking. I know of two places in the city centre that actually give a complimentary drink to each person in large groups as a small gesture. Do not expect to receive such good Irish hospitality in this spot. Slightly less people could go than we originally planned to our mid-week lunch. The staff were inflexible. They wanted our group to pay for the meals of the two people that could not make it for genuine reasons. Very robotic short sighted approach. The food is very average. There are lots of better options. Do not recommend.

Excellent customer service from young but very friendly staff. We underestimated time before our coach trip back to Belfast was due to depart, so the lovely staff wrapped up cakes and drinks to go which was very much appreciated.

Great food and great service. Recently ate at Yard Bird with my husband whilst on our mini-moon. Small but perfect menu, the service was great despite it being really busy!! The ladies serving were serving with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. We both had the buffalo burger which was spot on!! Dessert was a build your own brownie which was the perfect end to the meal. Decent prices, would highly recommend to friends and family when in Belfast!!

Buon Pub dove poterai rilassare per bere una buona birra e mangiare un pasto caldo. Zuppa del giorno e Irish stew consigliati.

So , we had come here before in February as a family of 6 adults - the staff were friendly, but my view was that the food was ok at best, the drinks were pricey and the layout meant people were always squeezing past - personally I could take or leave going back but wanted to try again to support local business. Roll forward to April - table was booked on the Friday for Sunday at 5 - got there only to find no booking and no space - even though evidence of the call was shown . Turned out better in the end as we went to Blue Chicago and had a cracking meal at about £50 less than the last one we had in Teddy’s - shame as would have liked to support a small local business, but unlikely to give this another chance.

Went for dinner only. Nachos burnt, topped with what looked like dog diarrhoea and a few red chillies. Wife's steak request medium, served rare My fish burned on one side, chips cold, best thing on the plate was tatare sauce, no doubt out of a container. Bread n butter stale. Drink machine out of syrups so fizzy water. So disappointing will never return I've given a 1 star review as you can't do zero.
