The best restaurants serving British food in Northern Ireland

I have used this chip shop for many years and have no hesitation in recommending it for a takeaway. I would also like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to one of the members of staff called Yasmin for finding my wallet and made sure it was safe until I got it.

Great food freshly made chicken fillets which are actual fillets not some processed meat, chips which are crispy but not burned, really recommend as I'm really picky on food with my kids

Drinks and staff are great but the food not so much. Come here on a regular basis so decided to stay for dinner tonight. Lasagne was not fit for consumption. A dry lump of mince meat, no pasta, no white sauce, no flavour, covered in a thick slab of melted cheese - boke. Garlic bread almost burnt but somehow also cold. Chips undercooked. Management need to take a better look at the food leaving the kitchen.

Such a wonderful find! Very pleasant and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food! The mushroom toast was amazing - very flavorful with an excellent combination of textures. The coffee was nice as well. Highly recommended!

Was in Rumour for breakfast this morning, excellent food excellent staff and keenly priced. If your in Armagh you should put Rumour at the top of your list for visiting

The food was nice however the woman who served myself and my family was very unpleasant to say the least. She was rude and spoke harshly when asked about breakfast foods, she also sharply and abruptly kept slamming our plates and cups onto our tray and wouldn’t even look at us half of the time.

Comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Portadown, 30 minutes walk from the station. The beds are very firm and the previous resident had turned off the radiator TRV so I woke up stiff and cold, not refreshed. Decent breakfast and nice bar. Food drinks and room rates a little expensive given the facilities and location.

Staff were attentive, food was great. Didn't feel rushed

Food and menu choice was excellent, we had a lovely meal and drinks 🍷. Recommended.
