Had a fantastic Sunday dinner at this pub. For my dinner as I’m vegetarian I had the mushroom & tarragon pudding with fresh seasonal vegetables and fluffy crisp roast potatoes and gravy. It was cooked to perfection and very filling meal definitely didn’t have room for a pudding. The staff at this pub are very welcoming, friendly and happy to serve you can really tell they are a grate team who really enjoy and are happy in their jobs. I would highly recommend a visit

Full of drunks , nasty ATMOSPHERE SOON AS YOU WALK IN ...IVE REPORTED THEM FOR THE UNDER COOKED FOOD ..DISGUSTING

Exceptional afternoon tea for my sister’s hen party - staff were wonderful and food was delicious. Just the right ambience and highly recommend. Robbie and Julia were so accommodating and professional

Service was excellent, loved the train .. but let down by the food, the 5 bean portion for breakfast, accompanied the smallest mushrooms ever, tasteless sausages and dry bacon…nothing like the photographs….quite why beans were so rationed, was beyond us, as the photograph showed a fair portion of beans.

Food is good, ambience is lovely however what made this place special was the friendly service by Mr Oliver I will rate 5 stars for its prompt professional and friendly service. A must go place.

Waited 50 minutes for food 😩 and when food arrived it was terrible mash potato was smash gravy was very salty on my Sunday roast my husband got gammon which was very salty and chips were like door stops and not cooked

Horrendous! The food itself was OK but the service was absolutely atrocious and this was 5.00pm on a Saturday evening. Had to ask for drinks, kids running riot and parents not giving two hoots - an accident and claim waiting to happen. Had to interrupt the waitress to get the bill as she was too invested in a conversation with the next table. Absolutely NEVER again

A truly awful experience, I thought with it been new years day, the Mrs and I would go out for a nicer breakfast than you'd get at Wetherspoons (Wrong) The food was cold, hash browns rock hard, bacon was good, sausages well aged, eggs... we waited 5 mins, some undercooked did arrive, I didn't fancy them, as I don't get sick pay, I was somewhat shocked as a tried to book in on-line, only to be informed by the website 'unable' to book a table. Its possibly the worst breakfast I've ever had, no doubt I'll get a standard corporate reply from the duty manager....please don't bother

The worst breakfast ever no bacon. What is breakfast without bacon? We could pick something else for it and I wanted an hash brown big mistake I got a sausage instead and everything was cremated except the beans. My husband had a large breakfast and wanted extra sausage so we took them home for the dogs but they didn't wanted them either. You would think that Morrisons standard of quality would be reflected in the restaurant but it doesn't. Lesson learned no more breakfast's for us there. Waste of £18
