Lovely building & pleasant rooms. Dinner -I thought the food was overpriced for the quality.Fillet steak a bit chewy. Mackerel pate starter was a dessert spoon of pate with a piece of undercooked mackerel. Dessert again disappointing. Tiny slice of pineapple with tasteless ice cream & some coconut.shavings & walnuts. I could easy produce similar at home. Service was good & coffee &petit fours were nice. Overall - bit pretentious & overpriced meal.

Had a beautiful Christmas Dinner food was lovely & hot. Atmosphere was lovely and warm Staff was amazing Definitely recommend

My son Paul married Carron at Hogarth yesterday. I want to express how happy we were with the venue. The staff were so professional, friendly and accommodating. Paul's Dad was in a wheelchair and the staff helped immediately with getting ramp and assisting. Food was fantastic I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding, as they made it truly memorable. Visiting a place close to the hotel. I think it was very peaceful and quite considering how much traffic and people were out side of the building. Only thing is the tv is very very small and for £120 for one night is very poor . I can see better on my phone if it was to be next to it. When arrive the main door constantly opened when people passing, so never locked from second door until it got past 8.oclock. So there were lots of youths in the halls sat charging their phones and lying on the floor. It’s a good job my kids weren’t here as it’s very intimating to a young child or elderly person when there making lots of noise. Jade and Shaun I think it was, the pair in reception and kitchen did amazing! Considering when pressure was on them they stayed so calm running round to every ones needs. Jade is on a walking stick and was still going round collecting plates ect. I take my hat of to her as I know how it feels to try be independent and make things “normal” shall I say! Shaun I think it was did grate helping us out. I really don’t think 2 people should be on maybe 4 just to take the weight of there shoulders. Amazing costumer service!

First time here, for a midweek catch up lunch with friends on a table booked for six people. Car park was full on arrival and no tables free as we were taken to our table, so booking advised. A comprehensive menu and excellent lunchtime offer of two meals for £14.95. There were no food complaints from this table and a special mention for the all day breakfast and the fish and chips. Service was good with no long waits despite the restaurant being busy, our six meals arrived piping hot and together. A great find for us, we have already agreed to meet up here again.

Lovely pub excellent food and service 😀

The food was disappointing. We had the Sunday roast before 1pm, but it lacked any flavor. I was lucky to have only ordered from the kid’s menu. My husband said his meal was actually cold—he ate it anyway but found it terrible. We were seated behind the host station, where staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on attending to customers. I don't understand the positive reviews here but we definitely will not go again.

This is the pub at Kidderminster old railway station the home of Severn Valley Railway. It's very popular and presumably helps support the Railway. It's not a big pub but the prices seem competitive. It's comfortable and the customers all seem a decent bunch.

!!BEWARE!! They like to charge you different prices for delivery/online orders then they do collection. This has happened to me on more than one occasion now, they are clearly just out to rob you. When I questioned this practice they weren't interested and seemed to think it is perfectly acceptable to do this. To put it into perspective, and order that according to their website should have cost around £24 cost £31. A couple of quid fair enough but £7 is taking the piss! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This pub is our favourite, we visit most Sundays for the carvery which is amazing! All home made, the beef is to die for the chef really does take pride in his food and it shows! Wouldn't go anywhere else for food, in the summer we also come alot for the play area, animal area for the kids and lovely food served from the outside hut! 110% would recommend this warm welcoming family pub! Where nothing is too much trouble! Don't knock it until ya tried it! You won't be disappointed

Booked a party of 7 for a special occasion afternoon tea. Service was attentive and speedy.. The sandwiches, cakes and sides were all homemade, delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. Surrounds in cafe nicely rustic , only complaint was the room was quite chilly but realise it’s an old building and only so much can be done to heat it. Everyone enjoyed the day and cafe were happy to provide boxes for the items we couldn’t manage to eat. Highly recommend ..
