!!BEWARE!! They like to charge you different prices for delivery/online orders then they do collection. This has happened to me on more than one occasion now, they are clearly just out to rob you. When I questioned this practice they weren't interested and seemed to think it is perfectly acceptable to do this. To put it into perspective, and order that according to their website should have cost around £24 cost £31. A couple of quid fair enough but £7 is taking the piss! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

£27 .. Not a let down on the food however not at all worth the money for what it was.. Delivery was around an hour for 5 mins down the road we're sure mistakes were made by both parties 👍

We ordered 4 large kebabs and a portion of chips to take away. Chips were nice but very greasy. We ordered 2 lamb Shish kebabs and 2 donor, when we got back to the Premier Inn to eat we couldn't believe how small the kebabs were. As well as being small they had given us 2 very spicey kofta kebabs, unedible for me and my daughter as we cannot tolerate spices. Not what we ordered at all.These went straight in the bin, thank goodness we ordered chips!

Visited the takeaway to get a curry for a night out with my family. Orderd chicken korma with a chicken jalfrezi. Service was average could have been better. The food itself tasted old but didn't take no notice until the next day when me and my wife and children ended up on direar. Avoid this place unless you want to fall ill

Hi Order food at 6:55. Food should have have come at about 8:20, that fine. But keeping an eye on my app it asks me to give a review, so I did. It’s not very good as I didn’t have my food. 830pm came and I phone the shop to find out where the food was to be told he had left . 9pm came and phone the shop back to speak to people or have No customer service at all and say that the food had been delivered but to the wrong address, so I need to phone just eat to get a refund. Where they need to transfer it to a complaints teams ????? 1 hour 20 minutes late... order McDonald’s for my son and had to walk up the road for chip shop Just eat need to look into it but it’s your word against there’s

This was one of the only places open on Sunday’s and I hadn’t time to prepare anything at home after a busy day. I ordered a mixed kebab with salad but when I got home to eat it I was so disappointed ☹️ dry meat small portion and low quality product. I would rather stick to my usual place in oldswinford 🙄

Fantastic independent restaurant that promotes local produce (including spirits you can buy to take out), service was great and really friendly.

Could menu choice, food was ready to collect when stated, staff were friendly and food was nice and tasty.

This is the only takeaway you should go to. Exceptional service from Lala Saab and co. Always up for some banter and a joke...10/10 food...try the zinger burger meal from here. This takeaway has never let me down...been going here for 11 years now. Pizzas are also nice. I’ve tried so many takeaways and this one is just the best...need I say more?

We always prefer to order from road house lived here 5/6 years and used to get the chicken and chips but now we always get the pizza each for all of us the sizes are perfect 7” for the kids 7”for me and 9”for the husband always Order the chips not keen on the fries my self and on cheap nights we get the 12” buy one get one free special which goes around all 4 of us. Wonderful place keep it up guys ;-)

Great food piping hot on arrival

I've ordered from here several times before. Past few times I ordered it was terrible. Chips cold and definitely not fresh. A hair in the pizza. Over charge for sauces and salad. Extra charge on delivery and the irony is it takes over an hour to get to you when your just up the road from them. Over all poor.

Ordered mixed grill and a mixed meat kebab. Both meals were exactly the same. Food was cold. Disappointed as 1st order was spot on

Gave a very good review on my last order, specifying how quickly the food arrived. Last night I ordered food just before 8pm and it didn't arrive until 10.15! Restaurant said it was problems with just eat and they didn't get the order straight away yet I'd had a note on the email to say the restaurant had added 20 minutes to the delivery time. It arrived eventually and the food was good, this is the first time I've had problems so hopefully it was a one off.

Chicken legs looked as though they were taken from a Tyrannosaurus they were that big. Everything arrived hot and was 30 mins earlier than stated. Excellent all round.

Usually have a really good experience with this takeaway, and hope next time is better, but this time they added 20 minutes to the original time, and arrived 30 minutes after that time! So 50 minutes all in, on top of regular delivery time. It was a Thursday night and we don't live too far so not sure as to the reason...

They changed the dilivery time to an hour shortly after I ordered, which was fine but the food turned up 20 minutes later than that dilivery time! I don't live that far away, when the driver tuned up he did not apologise, my food was soggy and cold and had been thrown around, it was a mess. 15 quid down the drain for very simple food. I could've pulled somthing out the freezer that would have tasted much better. It's a shame I've been ordering from here for a couple of years now but as of recently the quality and service has been abysmal.

Roadhouse was recommended to me and i will say BRILLIANT , great service , great food , will always use Roadhouse now . Well done guys

said it was too late to cook southern fried chicken so they threw chicken tikka pieces with chips instead. paid for coleslaw and never received that. Never again!

Great food, always arrives hot and the drivers are really friendly. My partner is dairy intolerant so takes pizza without cheese and Roadhouse have always double checked when delivering that her order is correct. It's the little touches of extra service like this that make Roadhouse stand out. Top. Banana. (or top pizza even!)

Food was ok but took 2hours 10 mins to come. Was ordered as a birthday treat for my son but had to give them something else as they couldn't wait that long so complete waste of money. Would have cancelled if we were made aware of the delay.

Ordered before 8 meal arrived at 20 past 11. No apology , tried to get through to store 8 times in 20 minutes just be told it's still in oven. The chips and pizza bases are soggy , then didn't upgrade anything. Will not be ordering from here again, however nice the delivery driver was.

food was 45 minutes late, poor quality looked like it had been cooked this morning and warmed up tasteless shocking meal all in all waste of time and money, delivery driver were polite and apologised for the delay, best part of the meal were finishing it!

Ordered food at 20.12 hours on sunday 7th. Email said it would arrive at 21.15. At 21.30 hours i rang to see where it was. The person who answered the phone.. Said to ring back later when a manger was there as he only worked there. I rang again at 21.45 to be told another 20 minutes. Food eventually came at 22.12. This is disappointing as foid quality is excellent but this time service and delivery failed massively. Sorry.

This was my first time ordering from Road House and I have to confess to being somewhat disappointed. The chicken I'd ordered tasted OK, but had a somewhat fishy odour to it, which I found slightly off-putting. The ice-cream I'd ordered to bump the total cost over the minimum spend was missing. Unfortunately, because I'd placed my order late at night, the takeaway had closed when I phoned to notify them of this.

Chips was hard and had a funny taste. When we've ordered in the past we've had wrong food delivered and taken a while to sort out.

The food is always good when ordering from road house, unfortunately the last 2 times I have ordered the delivery has not been on time. I was given an original time and both times were added an extra half an hour on, although adding that up to an hour and 15 minute wait the deliveries were still not on time, I had to call the restaurant and they said 'it's on its way' 30 minutes later it still hadn't arrived. After calling the restaurant again and them assuring me the delivery will be with me in a couple of minutes, the food finally arrived I had no apology of the driver not even a hello. At this point I had waited so long for my food that It was too late for me to enjoy it

I have left our free pizza order in note box, but this was not send we were given two of the same. I rang to let them know, I did get a sorry but no offer to send the right pizza.

My food was delivered quickly, but the delivery driver was a bit arsey with me because I didn't get to the door fast enough. The kebab meat was dry and full of gristle, with only a tiny spurt of sauce in there to cover the mountain of C grade meat.
