The best restaurants serving British food in Warwick West Midlands

Breakfast here was absolutely awful. Everything was lukewarm and had fake grill marks on it. The sausage was of very low quality, which made it soft and squishy. The ‘grilled’ tomato was a raw, hard tomato which had just been shown the grill. The beans were overcooked and somehow completely tasteless. The best part was the mushroom and even then that didn’t have much going for it.

El servicio suele ser ejemplar y rápido. La comida es agradable para el precio (aparte de un problema que voy a llegar a) . Sin embargo, el incidente de anoche no puede ser ignorado. Pedí mi curry habitual de los jueves y una vez más la samosa estaba fría/congelada por dentro así que le dije a la cocina a través de su agujero de servicio que estaba congelada como ha sido muchas veces en el pasado, ¿se puede reemplazar? El barman (que fue amable durante todo el tiempo tratando de ayudar) sacó uno nuevo para mí que estaba tan cremado que tuve que verlo para abrirlo. Como pueden imaginar, no me sentí muy complacido y pedí una explicación. El pobre barman inocente regresó y dijo: "Lo siento señor, y estaremos hablando con el chef, parece que esto fue una especie de final. ¿Puedo traerte uno nuevo? " Como se pueden imaginar siendo objeto de una "broma" que se puede gastar en un colega o amigo en lugar de un cliente de pago me insultaron diciendo "están tomando el p*ss" y exigí un reembolso. Tengo £ 1. 76 de vuelta para la gran actualización de curry. No es el mejor comienzo para un turno de noche de 10 horas. Es una lástima que voy a tener que reconsiderar si comer / beber allí de nuevo dado su conveniencia, pero puede tomar un tiempo para superar esto.

I will start by saying that do not normally eat in the pubs attached to premier inns, the food is nearly always dry and horrible but tonight, well, tonight, it was completely different. Firstly the staff on the floor all very pleasant and helpful , well done to you all. Secondly, to the kitchen staff. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. I can say it was the best mixed grill I have ever had In a pub attached to a hotel. Dan, Craig and Tom, really well done lads. You did the chain proud this evening. I had plans for visiting Asian restaurants this week but you will probably see me again in Thyme before Friday. Well done to all the staff. Ps, the wins were also great. Thanks for a great meal.

The best tapas , the best service, the best atmosphere in Leamington Spa . We enjoy every single time we visit there.

Everyone in the local area had hoped that the pub would change hands this month. It has to. This pub over charges and staff are inattentive. It used to be the hub of a lovely village. Now it is avoided by all locals.

I go for breakfast every week but the last 2 weeks have been horrible the bacon is just rubbery and fatty the egg is burnt it's just not nice the drinks machine was cold and the cups are dirty the staff take ages to serve even though there's about 5 people behind the counter just not good

Food is really good and a good price, nice old building in line with what I expected from Warwick itself as an area. The staff were so good as I have fussy children and they bent over backwards to accomodate them

Myself and my husband met up with our daughter for something to eat. There was a huddle of young girl assistants and we had unfortunately interrupted them. I asked one young lady if a table could be cleaned. She picked up the cups and glasses not attempting to wipe the table, My daughter wanted jacket potato (basic) but the kitchen closed at 2.00 and it was 2.30. This was the only table and 80% of customers were on laptops and mobiles with only an empty cup or glass. This will not financially support your business long term. There was a young lad trying to be helpful but was outnumbered. The teas came two thirds full with no sugar or teaspoons which we had to ask for. This took 2 trips, then a cake arrived and an apology from the young lad saying they had run out of scones! A replacement was chosen. Nobody appeared to be in charge, experienced or interested in working in hospitality. We will not be returning, sorry for the inconvenience.

A lovely Mother’s Day meal for our family of 5, the bar was really welcoming and Nicole was absolutely fantastic in making our experience special and tending to our every need! Will be back soon thank you all!

Visited with my Aunty she wanted a toasted sandwich, I wanted pancakes from the breakfast menu, she was told she would have to wait for 10 mins as they were serving breakfast, I went to order and was told breakfast ordering had finished, I was a bit put out as about 5 mins before 4 men came in and had ordered breakfast, we both felt me and my Aunty that the staff seamed like they didn't want to be there, they seamed rushed off there feet and took ages to serve people there was hardly anyone in there, my Aunty and me both agreed we would nt like yo see the staff managing when the cafe was busy, there is hardly anything for adults to do at Hatton craft center it used to be a real treat to go up there and look around the shops but now it's dead when we visited there was only the garden centre and Christmas shop open, the highlight of the visit would have been going to the cafe but even that's disappointing and expensive
