Incredibly disappointed and disgusted with the food we had delivered from Snax in the City. We ordered two Jacket Potatoes, one with Chicken Tikka Masala and one with Prawns in Marie Rose sauce, both with cheese. As you can see from the photos, the prawn potato looks like it’s been through a washing machine and has no cheese and the “chicken tikka masala” is actually luke warm packaged chicken slices on top of a potato with no sauce. £20 for two jacket potatoes and two bottles of coke. What a disappointment, won’t be ordering from here again.

El restaurante del hotel por estándares de tomillo es bueno. Un menú sencillo, que no es caro, siempre hay nuevos platos para probar. A veces más fácil para comer en que aventurarse por la ciudad.

Called into Flames Bar and Cafe on a lunchtime after calling into Coventry City Centre to do some shopping. Ordered a bacon sandwich which came with tacos, a lovely bit of salad and a creamy coleslaw. The coffee came at the same time as the food and was nice and hot. All in all delicious food served quickly and lovely staff to go with it. Its not the first time I have eaten here and certainly won't be the last. Good food and very reasonable prices cooked fresh on a daily basis.

The service provided is incredibly slow. There always seems to be staff milling around not doing much at all. Yet the queues are backing up. It always takes staff so long to serve one customer and they need to realise that speed is everything.

I have been going to debenhams cafe at least 3 times a week for a couple years, but the service and food has gone down in both quality and quantity, the final straw was the meagre portion of beans on toast,a small scoop of beans that would not cover one slice of toast let alone two. I believe debenhams no longer control the cafe, but surly the must at least try and maintain the quality and service Don't bother going there are better places near by

Popped to town, wanted to support the theatre, choice was limited. I’m coeliac and oddly enough so was the woman being served in front of me. She was asking if there were any gluten free options and was pointed in the direction of vegan food. Staff clearly had no idea what coeliac or even gluten free meant and saw the poor woman as a difficult or awkward customer, even both servers rolling their eyes at me while waiting for her to work out what she could eat, which as she discovered was only a packet of plain crisps. I then went to the Herbert Art Gallery cafe where they had a good choice of gluten free options (it’s not difficult to buy gluten free bread in to offer customers). Really disappointed with the Belgrade and the staff. But recommend the Herbert!
