Food might be fresh and tasty but the staff's attitude for a take away café absolutely stinks. Particularly Pauline and that Chinese guy. They've sadly lost a valuable paying customer because of it! Have tried other places and been a lot more satisfied.

Without doubt the most delicious food in Brum…. QBox is an absolute winner, Dan’s talent is out of this world. Highly recommended. We literally Turner up! Ordered food and drinks which arrived timely, food was lovely to enjoy - you need to be careful with retardant which brands themselves Turkish - This was perfect. A small family run business, which you can feel the attention to guests. Could not fault them! Recommended!

I went into The Bell this afternoon/early evening after not coming to the pub for a few years and to say the staff are rude is an understatement. I was served by a man (I think his name was Alan as i heard a few people speaking to him) and he served me. He was rude, entitled and it was quite obvious he thought he was better than everyone else. Staff members like this make paying customers not come back. He scoffed at every question and spoke to me like i was thick! The other gentleman on the bar was lovely and the girl seemed okay too. Such a shame this lovely pub has gone down hill due to rude staff members!

Servicio muy amable y la comida era muy rápida. Tenía una salchicha sin gluten y patatas fritas y estaban muy bien al respecto. Cocinado en freidora separada y no mucho más caro que el no gluten libre. Volveremos.

Clean, good ambience but my meal was a disappointment the rice bowl was tasteless doesn't reflect the description. However my friends fish and chips was great. Cocktails weren't too bad not much alcohol in them but ok !

The Junction: A Mixed Bag of Experiences The Junction certainly benefits from a good location, making it easily accessible. We popped in expecting a relaxed meal, and the food itself was nice – flavorful and seemingly fresh. The service was generally not bad, with staff being polite and attentive when they were around. However, our experience took a bit of a turn when our order arrived. We had specifically ordered a chicken burger, but were initially presented with a chicken salad. Mistakes happen, and we appreciated the swift action to rectify it. Unfortunately, our replacement burger arrived with what appeared to be the exact same chicken that was on the salad. This was quite disappointing and made us question the attention to detail in the kitchen. Adding to the frustration was the surprisingly long wait for our food, especially considering the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy at the time. This delay took away from the overall enjoyment of our visit. On a positive note, for those driving, the free on-street parking on Sundays is definitely a bonus. Overall: The Junction has potential with its convenient location and tasty food. However, the significant error with our order and the slow service, even when not crowded, left us feeling underwhelmed. While the free parking on Sundays is a plus, some improvements in order accuracy and kitchen efficiency would greatly enhance the dining experience here.

The old Harborne pub was acquired by Joules Brewery a few months ago. Their beer is great and their redevelopment plans are exciting. Can't wait to see the new New Inn in a few months time

Myself wife mother in law granddaughter 2 1/2 , and family came for a meal tonight , disgusting food ,the service well the staff looked liked tramps , didn’t think the offers worked right either40percent off your bill, and waiting for the granddaughter pudding don’t go there waited 45 mins , got to be new owners got to be , normally this establishment is bang on
