We literally Turner up! Ordered food and drinks which arrived timely, food was lovely to enjoy - you need to be careful with retardant which brands themselves Turkish - This was perfect. A small family run business, which you can feel the attention to guests. Could not fault them! Recommended!

This is an authentic experience, with genuine Turkish food and service. Having lived in Turkey for many years I appreciated this, and was able to brush up my Turkish language skills with the friendly and efficient staff. Prices are extremely competitive. It's right on Bearwood High Street, which is developing as a centre for ethnic foods.

If a zero rating was possible, it would be delivered here! Last time we came to Anatolias Cafe in August 2022 we both enjoyed our meal. Yesterday, we revisited Anatolia’s, my wife ordered scampi, chips and garden peas, l had a breakfast. There were 9 other customers already seated around the cafe. After waiting nearly an hour for our food to be served we were very disappointed to find that the garden peas were full of very small gritty pieces, filling ruining stuff! The plate of scampi was returned to the cooking ares. A member of staff tried them, then muttered (in a foreign language) to his colleague and asked if beans would be ok? To which my wife declined. So, and here comes the good bit, he removed most of the offending peas and handed back the plate!! No apology, no offer of refund, no offer or different food! We have 3 words of advice for anyone considering eating here! DON’T COME HERE!! The English breakfast was also poorly made. Use the cafe across the street in tie indoor market, 2/3 ladies, care about their customers!

Anatolia Cafe is the only place where I do visit for breakfast as I am not kinda fan of having breakfast at all. However the place is one of hidden gems of Bearwood area. It has been there for a long time and running by Turkish chef since the opening. For that reason it's been more than 5 years I do have chance to enjoy same taste and quality at every my visit. Nice decorated place, having ample space and playing area for kids. Friendly staff very welcoming and helpful. High hygiene rates. Wide delicious menu always give you an option to go with. Hot drinks, coffee, Turkish tea, besides delicious English breakfast you can go with Turkish breakfast as well. Omelettes, Homemade milkshakes, panini's burgers, jacket potatoes, some dishes from Asian cuisine providing options for lunch. From my experience it is worth to try as I do as much as I can.

Anatolia is one of my fav places in Bearwood, I love going there for breakfast on a weekend, but lunch is great too! The food is always fresh and super-tasty, with very affordable prices and lovely staff, who are very friendly and truly care about their customers. They usually remember you after a couple of visits, and are always very nice and chatty. Highly recommended!

My mom & I visited on Saturday lunchtime. My unadventurous mom had a chicken burger & she enjoyed it. I had the Turkish curry & it really exceeded my expectations! It was full of flavour without being too spicy. Staff are very friendly & we would recommended this café. I can’t wait to go back for another portion of their curry.

Went to the cafe at 9:30 this morning with my partner. We ordered traditional breakfast each with extra bread and butter and two teas. Omg, the bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms were cold. The sausage was hot but well over cooked. The egg was cold and over done, no runny yolk. Then poured the milk in our tea and the milk was on the turn. Our breakfast came at the same time of the teas, so it took no time to cook the food. We was to polite to complain. Never again

Ordered Large mixed meat kebab, delivered with pita separate to make yourself. Huge amount of meat and very tasty. Price £7.50. Pizza, 10" with ham and onion on a garlic base. I thought tasted fine, but one of group thought it was vile. Price £6.70. French Garlic Bread with cheese was a little disappointing, quite bland. Price £2.80. Chips were great. £1.30 a portion.

Great breakfast place. Cooked well. Has a wide range of options including a Turkish breakfast - which I haven't tried yet. I went for the Breakfast/Brunch option - with chips. Have also had coffee and baklava (the meditteraean pastry there). It's a good location and a great place to have breakfast or a snack. Friendly staff.

Me and my partner regularly pop in for the Turkish Breakfast with coffee and tea on a weekend. We usually follow up with Baklava for dessert. The breakfast is amazing comprised of a Turkish cheese roll, sucuk sausage, feta cheese, 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of toast with jams, sliced cucumber, tomatoes and olives. Friendly staff, great food, brilliant value.Would definitely recommend the Turkish Breakfast!

We have eaten here many time usually for lunch or brunch. Haven't been in recent months as food started to taste very oily as though fresh oil not used.Very friendly staff and they welcome children which is great. If the coffee was any good they would pinch customers from surrounding coffee shops too. So perhaps need a proper coffee machine and barista. The atmosphere in there would make me go there regularly if they had decent coffee.Definitely worth a try, as other posts say the breakfasts are nice, both English and Turkish.

This cafe in Bearwood Road is open on Sundays as well as during the week and does an absolutely fabulous Turkish Breakfast with real Turkish sucuk and white cheese. This is definately the place to go in Birmingham for a good cooked breakfast of which they do an equally good full English. The people at the Anatolia are very pleasant and take pride in what they do. The price is very reasonable for what you get and the food is always freshly prepared and very tasty. For those that like Turkish food there are some other good traditional favourites on the menu like kofte and guvec and some really good salads as well as everything else you would find in a normal English Cafe.Honestly - try this place. Tucked away at the bottom end of Bearwood Road just up from the Bear Public house on the crossroads you could easily miss it. Park in Aldi if the road is full and just walk across the road and down to it. You can do your shopping on the way back!

I've been here many times over the last couple of years. It's a Tukish owned cafe which as well as serving all the usual British breakfast and lunch staples also has Turkish breakfast, Turkish meatballs and Turkish Guvec stew on the menu. Today I had the breakfast ( £3.99,see photo) which includes spicy sausage and feta cheese. It was delicious as was the coffee (not Turkish). The food is always good and service can be a bit slow at busy times as everything is cooked to order. The cafe can be a bit noisy at times when the door is open in summer as it is on the very busy Bearwood rd. and next to a bus stop, but that can't be helped.

Here is the translation: "I am very disappointed with the service I received. The attention was poor, and the minimum expectations were clearly not met. The staff showed no interest in solving my problems, and the overall quality of the service left much to be desired. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional treatment and a positive experience. It’s a shame that the service was so disappointing."

Had another amazing night here. Always a great crowd and the acts are bang on. You wanna see Erasure? Here's the absolute best nearest thing. You wanna see Oasis? Here are a bunch of talented lads that give you that and lot more (guitarist and lead singer smash it and massive props to the drummer - always overlooked but this guy was mint!). My ultimate respect goes to the amazing bar staff who are so understanding, patient and efficient. Give these guys a pay rise! Top service under much pressure. Shout out to to Terry and to he who is known as Big Black Ball (he says it's not a condition but personally I think he should get it looked at). 5 stars all the way!

I’ve never been more excited and thoroughly pleased to try fish and chips. There isn’t any takeaway that safely offers Gluten Free in Quinton or around Harborne. This place was recommended to us, they safely offer Gluten Free with a separate fryer and even cooks it right in-front of you, and it’s fresh to order! It costs only £10 for GF small fish and chips, and it certainly isn’t small either! The chips were soft and crispy, plenty of salt, the fish batter was actually CRISPY and the fish itself was flakey, soft and juicy. My husband isn’t GF but he ordered it too and said it’s absolutely delicious! This will now become our regular fish and chip shop, thank you for catering to coeliac disease so safely. You should put signs outside offering GF, or advertise it as i’m sure even more people would flock here. Thank you to the staff🩷
