The food is incredible here! Had a gorgeous brunch burrito and pancakes. Really friendly staff. We didn't do any crafts but will definitely come back in the future!

The staff here are always so friendly and accommodating. The food as always was amazing, we all had different meals and was cooked perfectly. We always come here when in Devon!!!!

Excellent pub, off the beaten track but very busy . Managed to get the snug which was packed with games. Kept the four adults and one granddaughter amused on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Ladies behind the bar very helpful and kindly got the chef to do a large bowl of delicious chips to share.

Superb breakfast. Spotless cafe. Dog friendly in one section. Lovely experience. We had a full English breakfast and a bacon and tomato bap. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had.

Really enjoy visiting South Street Kitchen. It caught my eye years ago as lots of local trades & locals would queue for breakfast. The couple who have traded here for some years offer a consistent, no frills & honest service. Great breakfasts with the option of fried bread.

Excellent stop on our way to Ilfracombe for long weekend We had a cooked breakfast which was great value for money Plenty of car parking and toilets on site

We had fish & chips curry sauce delivered to the lake we are fishing it was excellent fish & chips very hot 10/10 highly recommend the Welcome Fryer, we will be using them again next time we’re here

So welcoming & accommodating for a large group We had been caught out with no electricity or heat in our weekend holiday house after storm Darragh hit on Sat 7th Dec We turned up in South Molten on Sunday 8th with no booking, (did telephone 20 mins before 12 to check availability) and all 10 of us were warmly welcomed for a drink and carvery lunch. Amazing Yorkshires and a great selection of meat & accomps.. The place obviously had regular customers and we understood why! Thank you for cheerfully accommodating us and providing a hot tasty meal!
